Experience has been short but great so far. Maintenance staff always gets to requests within two days. The grounds are maintained regularly and fallen tree limbs taken care of with a day or two. Overall would recommend this community.

So far I’m enjoying the quality of life being here. I only see it getting better. In close to everything and everywhere I need to do and see. There are a couple of small niggles, but otherwise, it’s quite good.

A bug infested waste of $1700/month. They took so much of my hard earned money to make no improvements to their community. The money we gave was more important to them than their actual community. They took all of the money I had saved up for my new house. Over $6000 paid in a span of 1 month for literally nothing. I’m hurt, broken, and broke trying to figure out how I’m going to get back on track

We used to thoroughly enjoy living here but unfortunately the community is going down hill with Venterra taking away services but increasing price and the change in resident mix has led to groups of feral children roaming the complex making excess noise and being a general nuisance.

This is a very satisfying experience so far, all the staff from the leasing center are very nice and helpful and make me feel as an important part of the community, and that is always like that. About the ground, the over appearance of the complex is nice. If you go up stairs in the buildings, the stairways are dirty. The don't get blown off by the yard guys like the first floors do. And, the dumpsters are surrounded by trash both big and small items.

The community location is great. The maintenance team is top notch. The leasing office assistants are also not bad they make sure to listen to all your complaints. The keyless entry is an awesome feature to have, especially as I am very bad at handlings the keys.

Venterra Coles Crossing has been a wonderful experience thus far. So far we have enjoyed all of the amenities that are in very good shape and kept up well. Our apartment was very well maintained when we moved in and we have had excellent interactions with both neighbors and the staff.

I requested an extra shelf in laundryroom above the one that is already there. And they said they couldn't do it because there's a pine in the middle. I told them and sent a picture of the shelf already there that brackets are not screwed in the middle. If they can align it the same and screw on the studs. But they didn't respond and closed the order again.

By far the best complex I’ve ever lived at, no complaints. Maintenance does there job to the T. The front office is always helpful and does their absolute best with anything we’ve called about, the neighbors are very friendly and it’s a quiet place to be. Plenty of things to do in the area whether you like nature walks or nice restaurants! Absolutely worth it

While this area is “safe” the maintainance team is a bit lazy. I asked them to re caulk my guest bathroom tub because there was mold coming out of the old caulk. I was recommended a certain Lysol spray for mold and was told extra caulking is considered a remodel and have to pay extra for it because it’s considered a renovation lol. I will not be renewing again.

If there was one word to describe my experience here, it would be inconsistent. One days things are great, other days, I question why I’m paying so much because I don’t feel like I’m getting my moneys worth. There’s been tape on my units windows since I’ve moved in. I’ve also mention some aesthetic issues on the outside of my unit that has yet to be addressed. I had to ask for a towel rack in my unit. Preexisting damages including mold in the shower/bathtub that was just covered by caulking. Then if I want to have it removed, I’d be charged?! I also wanted to change the paint in my apartment and was told that I’d have to pay for that too. I also wanted a screen for my patio door and I was told that was an additional cost. So many standard things that cost extra, and it’s ridiculous.

We are enjoying it so far except the reoccurring ant invasion in all of our rooms. We also have large roaches in the garage that we can’t seem to get rid of. Lastly, there is a significant crack in the wall by the front door. That should’ve been sealed. Otherwise, it’s been good so far. Deja in the office has been excellent.

It’s a nice place but there are dogs that constantly bark all day and all night. The walls are so thin so you can literally hear everything your neighbors do. The apartment is very pretty but the restrooms look so old and outdated.
