Be careful. Any units facing sun will not keep AC. Extremely old - windows are a joke and rain will cause flooding. Noise blocking is not existent. Bugs invaded my old 2 story unit before I complained enough to get switch to new unit (smaller and no rent relief). They ripped out my entire kitchen and installed fans due to flooding without any compensation. Madison and Areli are really nice in office, but there hands are tied. Grounds are really nice and well kept. Parking is solid and the location is really good for groceries and food. My new unit 24201A is nice and am lucky they allowed me to switch. Thanks MAA - recommend MAA Addison Cirle more - lived there for 2 years - loved it.

Convenient to shopping food and gas. The property is old but maintained very well. Quite and clean. I feel safe walking anytime of the day. The staff plans creative gathering for the residents; such as adopt a plant, pie day, and sweet treats.

Staff is really friendly. Mantainance is good. Community is not as loud. Location is good. Target is close to the appartments as well as some restaurants. Bus stop to go to the UTD is at around 8 min (walking distance) from the community.

Quiet community nestled in an established residential area that is convenient to necessary grocery stores, retailers and nice restaurants. Highlands North is also convenient to all major thoroughfares.

This complex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood which I enjoy. Any maintenance request is resolved promptly. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The property is well maintained and pets are welcomed. The property is located in a safe suburban neighborhood.

Pros: Great neighborhood, free parking, and maintenance is timely. Cons: bright community a night. Unless you replace the default blinders the apartment stays bright at night, which Makes it hard to sleep

I didn't want to write a review but I kept getting asked. Now November 2025. The living conditions outside of my apartment are bad there's poop everywhere, there's no parking. People walking pass 10 being loud and in groups, some apartments are over flowing with people. Example my neighbor has a 1 bedroom had like 4/5 adults living there first it was only her now 4/5 of them. I understand we share the water bill. So we paying for their water usage too. Parking the same the over flowing of people that park in the parking lot. We talked to management but they have excuses. I have solutions. Give us parking stickers also once a week come in early and stay late to get the parking in control. Missing things from the back of my truck. Put cameras so we know if it's our neighbors stealing or people that live close by. Real question, with real management these things can be taking care of in 1 week. Because of these problems I'm not thinking of extending my lease once it's over. Can't work with excuses people need real solutions.

I have lived here 21 years and have never had a problem they couldn't fix. The girls in main office are the nicest and friendliest. If any thing goes wrong in the apt it gets done almost the next day. Parking is the easiest some near your back door.

Expensive for the quality of apartment and the community facilities. For instance there is a fitness center that is always smelly and gives me allergy anytime I visit. Most of the equipment in fitness center does not work. Dog ---- at my door step.

Although the area is nice, the units are very old. I'm going on my 3 year now and rent keeps on increasing even though on the website is shows a lower amount than what I am paying. I guess they hook you in with a lower rent for the 1st year then they increase it every renewal by a lot.

Lately the trash and dogs poop are not been pic up by residents. I have a dog and always pick up his necessities, right no it does not matter if is a big or small walking in the grass is not easy and the weekends look horrible with the trash everywhere.

Overall, everything is excellent, particularly the management and maintenance teams. My only concern is that the pricing feels slightly high. I would also recommend offering an optional room-cleaning service team upon customer request at a reasonable fee.

Truthfully, I've really enjoyed it. The grounds are kept very pretty, although all trees and flowers do attract a lot of bug near the units. It's a trade off. That said, pest control is fine, though I do have an issue with spiders. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with good quality, and the office does seem to encourage residents to make long-term homes in the apartments. Communication from and with the office is easy.

Quiet community near to all amenities, stores and major roads..The complex is old so there are a lot of maintenance issues but the crew and office staff is generally on top of it and very obliging. Parking is not an issue so that is a big plus. We have not had proper hot water for four days now and that is frustrating. There is also a neighbor who consistently does not clean up the dog mess which is a source of much annoyance. I guess that is apartment living.

Beautiful property and always beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, so very helpful. I've never had any problems and anytime I've had a maintenance issue, usually minor they take of it right away. I could not be happier.

Well maintained property, great office staff. Maintenance gets work orders completed with 24-48 hours. Ample parking , no charge for parking under canopies. A very clean and quiet property. Very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Too much -------- with management, clearly there is something severely wrong with the pool in our section and clearly no one wants to fix it water leaks all over the grass and creates mosquito friendly environment. Maintenance obviously knows about it but it never gets any attention.

The worst rental experience I have had in my life so far. Very unbalanced management. Upon move in, there was a roach infestation. Numerous rainwater intrusion, plumbing, and electrical problems. Cabinets and doors are in a poor state of repair, obviously outdated, nearly falling apart - much unlike the unit that we toured. Completely unacceptable for a complex that labels itself as "luxury." Have had my car burglarized here twice in the past year. Rent went up $300 upon contract renewal. Paying for MAA connect monthly internet is required, and the Internet is poor quality, especially for the price. Gym equipment is unmaintained and residents do not respect gym etiquette. No kind of surveillance system for the complex that I could see. Packages stolen off of porch twice. My incoming mail has often been returned to sender for unknown reasons. People do not clean up after their pets. Pools are often closed, but clean. The pros: The complex is usually pretty nice and quiet, and it's in a relatively sleepy little suburban neighborhood area. Carpet is nice. Maintenance people are great, and are usually quick to respond to requests. Unfortunate that we had to put in so many. I don't think I'm that picky of a person, or that my complaints are unreasonable for the price. Maybe we just got unlucky?

I'm very please with my apartment and the community. The property is beautifully landscaped with mature trees everywhere providing lots of color and shade. The property is in excellent shape and very well maintained, and is very quite and has a peaceful vibe. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to meet your needs and make sure you're satisfied. I'm really glad I found this place and I highly recommend it!
