The movement to Courtyards at Campbell is quite satisfying. Although when we first in, we found our apartment smelt weird, and we think it is because of new carpet. In the same time, we found part of our apartment equipment do not work and reported it to the leasing office. After few days, they came over and fixed it. Overall, we love our new apartment~

All regarding maintenance has been excellent. I feel there was some lacking in the past management -- most of whom are now gone. I am very disappoint in the messiness of the trash areas -- it seems people just don't care that their garbage is everywhere. I feel lately that the management caters to "turn-over" lessees and this is a detriment to the well being of the property. The grounds are well maintained, I think it's more a matter, I never know who lives here and who doesn't. for a small community -- that was one of the reasons I originally liked it here.

Well, I moved in this apartment coz the environment is good and people live here are mostly student. The room is just fine coz, I really don't mind it is so old coz the price is good. However, there are two stuff can make resident away from the apartment. First of all, the attitude of the officer in the leasing office. I never see such disrespectful person in my life, every time I talk to her, it just like I owe her, which makes me really depress and angry. It can be my darkest time after talking to her. You will find lots of negative review About the officers but she is still there and her attitude is the same. The second thing is the apartment cannot sublease, which I think is really not considerate. We need to pay a lot of breaking fees to leave the apartment. Although I know it is the regulation, but really not think of the resident's feeling. So I will not recommend my friend to live here.

Have loved every moment. I've already met many residents who have been very friendly. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I also love the location. I would recommend it to anyone. There are many stores and restuarants close by. Plus its very quiet.

Good, very quiet, timely maintenance crew, good staff. Just needs to make sure that the smoking apartments smoke does not leak into the non-smoking apartments, and if it does to fix it and not just say that there is nothing they can do. Or just not putting smoking apartments next to non-smoking apartments.

My overall experience at this community has been wonderful. The staff is courteous and friendly. The grounds are kept up with and always look good. The community is a nice quiet place to live with plenty of ammenities nearby.

Not friendly staff and they don't answer to your questions properly. Work order and maintenance are quick but the staff is rude. I definitely won't suggest this community to a friend . The neighborhood is only good about this community. I suggest management to be friendly but not rude

The complex is very nice and quite. However, I am still waiting on repairs to be made to my unit where black mold wss found months ago. I have takes and talked to Darleah in the office and she keeps saying she need to call the guy that can do these repairs. I have a small child and she has been in and our of the dr. office with headache and other symptoms that there is severe moisture in the walls with turns into black mold.

With the exception of sidewalks from parking & length of the walk in front of bldgs. The slope of landscape from the bldg to walk, even a light rain creates a walk up to ankle depth, then a slippery mud walk is below to get in our homes. Going out is an unpleasant trial!! Returning at least allows you to bath, but ruining shoes is a HUGE costly inconvenience.

I think I did a survey earlier and complained about the speed of maintenance service. This time it was quick and good. I filled out a request form online and the next day technicians came and solved the problem for me. This is pretty good experience.

It's nice and quiet. I love my apartment. I just wish I had cold water. I was never told if there was a gym or anything though I don't really know any information on the property I live at. But that doesn't bother me. I'm pretty happy overall with my home.

I've been here for two nights now. The grounds here are lovely, park like even. The apartment itself is not remarkable. It is an older building and the wear and tear is showing: The cabinetry in particular could use some updating. On the other hand, it was freshly painted, newly carpeted and the appliances and bathroom fixtures were extremely clean. So overall i am happy with the apartment. The rent is higher than i would expect for the quality and age and stage of the place, but then, perhaps i am not aware of how much apartments go for (i have not rented a space for over ten years). The one complaint i have is the office staff is not customer friendly. On move in day, i had forgotten some paperwork and had to make a few calls to get the documents faxed to the office. It created a bit of chaos as i was in a time crunch. IN the hustle, the office agent neglected to ask for the pet deposit and first months pro-rated rent, and i didn't think of it either, as i was intent on getting the truck unloaded and headed back to an appointment. On my way back home (i live 80 miles from the apartment, which i've rented to be closer to school) i received what is popularly called a "nasty-gram' indicating i had not paid the monies and needed to 'rectify' this as soon as possible. i responded back saying i would be back on Monday and would drop it off either in the drop box on the way to school, or if there was not one, then as soon as class was over. The tone of the email was annoying, but i figured it just mirrored a lack of people skills, as many people are not that great at using written communications. However, When i got back to the apartment after class on Monday, i found a letter on my front door which turned out to be a late payment notice. How can i be delegated responsibility for late payment when the agent neglected to collect payment while i was in the office? I understand the agent may be trying to cover their own a** should they get audited by their boss, but now i have a past due notice in their records and i look bad. This is bad business. I can see that while i really like the apartment, the relationship with the office is going to be fundamentally hostile and i will likely be moving as soon as the lease is up.

The awful food smell in our apartments has made us want to move and never come back. We wake up choking and with migraines. We can't even sleep in our own apartment when this starts. It's horrible. In the middle of the night we have to go get a hotel room just to get some sleep. It is not worth the money we pay, especially BC it is out dated, foundation problems, and spiders. I feel like I have a full time job cleaning every wall and baseboard and air vents just to get rid of the spiders and the awful food smell. We shouldn't have to live with this. And not to mention we have a drug dealer who lives in the next building from us and has traffic in and out constantly and there always sitting on our door step to our bedroom drinking and leaving there trash there. We thought we would start a family here but we can't.

Worms are present all over the new apartments and it is not so welcoming to find wis in a new home. Staff availability at office is less and hence it is difficult to contact them. The maintenance department needs to be available 24x7 to solve the problems.

Some office staffs are very very unfriendly. But maintenance workers are friendly and helpful. When I told some office staff that my apartment there are problems, they always said that it is not a big deal and everything is OK. I have two very unpleasant experience.

It is a beautiful, well maintained community - not institutional looking like many apartments built today. It is quiet & I always have felt safe here. And over the years I've enjoyed knowing manny of my neighbors. The office staff is great & quickly responsive to any question, concern, or maintenance request. I also love that the apartments are on a street that dead ends. This eliminates a lot of needless traffic & ensures more privacy.

Don't actually hate the place, but they give you your minal move out notice via email the last day before it's "sent to collections" which is kind of childish. I don't mind paying for whatever I have to, but it's pretty nasty move. Also the apartments (being on the side with the COURTYARD) are VERY moldy, with very bad weather stripping. The apartments have that 'wet' smell to them and it's just a mess. You get charged more for worse living than McCallum. Live on campus, or at the newer not that much more expensive apartments North of GBT or West near Preston.

1.This community is very quiet since it is not near by the road. 2.To many mosquito bite us when we moved in, because too many trees here. 3.And also the sunshine inside is not enough because the trees.4.The quality of the utilities is not good enough, so utilities may easy to be damaged.

I like this place ,it's very close to Target, Sprouts and Tomthombs and the traffic is very convinient, people of leasing office are very nice and helpful, the only question is the apartments here are too old and sometimes there are small worms on the wall especially in the raining days. The price is competitive among apartments in this area.

The overall experience is good. However, the floor plan is not that good for me, because washer and dryer should be placed inside the bedroom, it will make so much noise when they work. Also, the toilet was blocked on the move in day, but it was fixed very soon.

For the most part, I am satisfied. I am new here and have noticed that there is dog poop that is not being picked up by other dog owners (not cool since I have a dog and pick up after her) and have noticed at least 5 stray cats. Not sure if that is the norm
