Just Moved in. PROs: Quite, Good office staff, Good Landscape,On the bus route of UTD, Near to many stores and food joints, Many trees, Good Lawn, Shaded Parking. CONs: Community is bit old, so the apartments. Apts are small in sizes, Expensive,Appliances and wooden works are old and worn out. Not Gated, Not much machines in Gym and no free weights, pool is not that cleaned, Mandatory cable connection even if you dot use it. Bathroom and kitchen are small. Not much open spaces

service provided by the staff is good, they are very patient and helpful. i am satisfied with the overall environment of the community. this is a nice place to live, but the laundry room is too small for this big community and always busy and is far away from our building.hard to imagine i need to carry clothes in hot/cold day for 5 minute walk.

I like the place and the neighborhood. As a UTD student is very convenient because it is less than one block away from Campbell Rd, where the UTD shuttle stops. The office staff is not always friendly as one would expect, however, the maintenance staff is very helpful and polite.

I love this place and once I moved in, I don't wanna move anymore. Although there is no gate in this apartment, the security is fine. We are surrounding by lots of houses and they are very friendly. It is also a very connivence location, feel so lucky to find this place.

Older buildings but things seem to be doing well. Though I would say that it is a bit over priced for the quality though the location and quiet make up the difference. The office staff does a good job but sometimes they do seem to miss entered work orders and community events that are planned by the office have been somewhat chaotic.

complex manager, darleah fine is excellent--always polite to residents, replies to maintenance requests within day or two--our maintenance guys, alex alfaro and michael warner have been here for years (i have been resident 14 years)--they know how to fix ANYTHING and are very competent in their work --pleasant, peaceful place to live--darleah is very careful who she allows to reside here--keeping the troublemakers OUT

I lived at the Courtyards for a year while I attended UTD, and while I moved to a fancier apartment later I kind of miss the Courtyards. It was a great first apartment. The maintenance team was great, always quick to respond, and did a great job (something lacking at my current complex). They never just went with the quick, cheap fix, if something needed replacing, they didn't hesitate to do so. It is within walking distance of a park, stores, and restaurants, which is really nice on a cool Spring day. My downstairs neighbor at the time did have a dog that barked rather incessantly while they were gone, but I could drown it out pretty easily with the TV.

This is a good community. My only complain is the machines at Fitness Center are broken. They are old too. However I do not mind equipment being old. It would be great if you could fix those. Fitness center was the main reason I decided to live in Courtyards at campbell.

Great neibourhood like it in summer, even though a lot of bugs, but horrible office staff, maintainance people are very friendly. the leasing office will rob you around $180 just for the "express cleaning" even though I have fully clean every inch of my apt, even though a staff from the leasing office has do the move out inspection with me and both of us sign on the item need to be charged that is not clean enough, which amount to be $60 in the statement we both sign, but when I received the move out statement they mail to me a week later they charge me $180 rather than $60 we agreed and signed! I called her asked why I got charge that much, her explaination was " I dont know we need to charge u extra cleaning fee before but then I realize we need to do that", I said but I carefully cleaned the apt and you do the inspection with me and we both signed" but still I got charged not matter how I argue because they just cut it directly from my deposit. I really dont know if both the resident and leasing office sign how can they charge you $100+ more without any notice.

I have lived in my apartment for 11 years now. I love this complex and the location. It is located in the middle of a residential neighborhood. This gives the resident a feeling of being in a secluded area away from any high crime spots. In all these years, I have never seen any police cars within the complex due to problem residents.

Courtyards at Campbell is a well-maintained apartment complex. The grounds are lovely. The maintenance staff is very competent, friendly, and efficient. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The complex is close to every kind of store and restaurant.

I have enjoyed living at the Courtyards at Campbell. Their maintenance staff, although changing from time to time, has always been quick and efficient. Staff is friendly and will take the time to explain issues that come up. Social events are hosted by the office staff helping us to know who our neighbors are. It is a quiet-after-10pm community (actually always). A security company patrols the complex, too. It's a great home and I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful community.

---- brought a lot of bad memory to us. Her service is really bad. Her attitude is always cocky. She does never show her friendly attitude to us. Everytime when I realize i have to deal with her, i feel so nervous and uncomfortable. The rent keep increasing every year, even the apartment is getting old. This community is near my school, in a very quiet site and very convenient to shopping. I think free car sheds is the best advantage of this community because this winter had snow and I was free to remove the snow. It's great to protect my car and time saving.

Courtyards at Campbell has a good environment. Convenient facilities around the apartment complex like Tom Thumb, Target, Sprout, Exxon Mobil, Firestone, Laundry, etc. It is very safe to live here. The only thing doesn't satisfied me is that the apartment is a little bit old, drain pipes are not reliable.

It is a solid community with many inter-community activities. I've never been to them, but the fact that they occur at all in any community in the area is amazing. Also, a nice pool, attentive staff, and fast maintenance. Overall it is an excellent experience, the only downside I can think of is the forced cable payments.

Good enviroment and neighborhood, covered parking and awesome staff. However, the level of noise is not that good specially when cleaning the garden, etc. And also the rent rate is always increasing. Overall speaking, it is a good living place.
