Nice, Quiet Apartment, Nice Landscape.
I am currently living in Courtyard @ Campbell off Lauder Lane.

I´ve lived in 4-5 different apartment complexes before, this is by far the best.

Friendly neighbors, staff is always kind. Upkeep is great. No insect issues.

I´d say you get what you pay for definitely.

DSL hookup as well.

Good place.

Ants, no help from management
When I first moved in this was a really nice complex. However, the management has changed hands several times, and the complex has really started to go down hill. Our neighbors are rude and loud, and our unit has had a sever ant problem for over a year now, and nothing beyond having Orkin spray has been done. I´m very disappointed with the current state of the complex, and am moving out because of it.
Great Choice!!
I lived at the Courtyards for almost 10 years. I hated to move, but was transferred with my job. Given the opportunity to move back to Dallas, I will definitely plan to live at the Courtyards at Campbell. The residential location, goes hand in hand with the friendly office staff, making the Courtyards an excellent place to live. It´s the best kept secret in Dallas!
