The first time the dishwasher leaked the maintenance men were very quick to respond. However; the dishwasher still leaked when I tried using it loaded for the first time with the appropriate soap. When I put in a request a second time, Carlos switched out my dishwasher. It has not been leaking ever since. He is always very kind and respectful!

The office and corporate staff is a joke, it takes seven phone calls and repeated voicemails to recieve a response.I repeatedly reported a drug dealer with his apartment number and description of three cars he deals to; nothing was done. The smell coming from the airvents makes you unable to sleep.

All staff is very friendly and respnsbable. The environment of this apartment is very quiet and safe. One thing I am dissatisfied is that when I moved in third day two pieces of galas in the carpet, which break my foot. I think they did not make deep clean of carpet.

Everyone is very nice. I really haven't gotten to know anyone here but the office staff is nice. I wish the trash was closer to my apartment and I wish all the covered parking by my apartment wasn't handicapp. I do like that I can park on the street!

We have had a wonderful experience living in this community. The appearance of buildings and courtyard is always in tip top shape. Lawns are always well maintained and manicured,I always enjoy walking around the grounds.Pool area is always kept very clean, Alex does a great job keeping these areas in great shape. The maintenance crew always do a very good job with any problems that we report. They are very friendly and very easy to talk to about what it is that we need fixed. We just renewed our lease and we know it will be a wonderful experience just as we have had the last couple of years. The office staff is very top notch, always helpful with any questions we might have.

I feel very good at this complex. All the staff are friendly and kind to the resident. This area is clean and quiet. Every trouble you encountered can be resolved at first time. The staff is active and try any way to communicate with the resident who is not native speaker.

The complex is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Management is always very helpful, prompt, and courteous. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner with no evidence that anyone has even been in your apartment. There are MANY long term residents. It is a very nice place to live.

The current property that I live in needs a serious remodel and or update for the price we are paying. For what it is, it's not bad just a little overpriced and run down. The staff generally does a good job but need better subs on make ready and preping appt's for new tenants.

Wonderful outdoor environment and comfortable indoor environment. If you have a car, you would enjoy the free parking place with the cover. The carpet is soft and I like the structure of the apartment. But, the place I like most is the swimming pool, which is just in front of my apartment.

Everything here is very good, the stuffs are very nice and are willing to help you deal some problems. But there is one thing, if you want to transfer to an other apartment,the fee is too high if our contract does not end. Hope the fee will decrease.

It's a really nice and quiet community. The maintenance requests are fulfilled really fast. Kirsty at the leasing office is extremely helpful & nice. I can't say that for the other lady that sits there. All in all its a good place to be with a family!

My biggest complaint are all the "extra" charges added on to the monthly rent & mandatory charges on cable even if we do not want to be with Time Warner. I feel it violates my freedom to choose as a consumer. Not a good PR strategy on your part in my opinon.

Very good landscape, and well maintenance everyday. Lots young students from China living here, they used to talk loudly. Friendly environment for kids, they can play safety in the public areas. So far so good. Local police guards this apartment usually.

I am really satisfied with this apartment. My neighbors are quiet, and when the do have parties or make noise, the walls are relatively thick, so I don't hear much. The appliances are pretty good, and the management is prompt and friendly. I would recommend this apartment complex.

I feel Courtyards at Campbell is a very safe and quite community. What makes this apartment community special is that it is amidst a residential single home area, which makes me feel it is a very safe community. The office staff are helpful and dependable.I would definitely suggest this to a friend.

We moved here in August 2013, leasing manager is fast in responding to maintenance requests, community is mix with single occupants, families with children and international students, they have some monthly activities, it's not bad place

pretty good. nothing to complain about. Staffs are helpful, and the location is perfect for everything. I would love to stay as long as long as the renewal price would be reasonable, or close to market price. I would definitely recommend to my friends (already did).

A quiet community with great environment. Has many green plants and two pools which we can swim at anytime. The facilities nearby are sort of convenient for people who has no cars. In short, I have a pretty good living experience in this community.

I lived here in different apartments for 2.5 years. Most of my 2.5 years, I liked the quiet neighbourhood, the covered/assigned parking. Available street parking for guests and the safety of the apartment complex. The management of the complex is a problem. Maintenance people are friendly and quick to sort problems out. However, the management sometimes does not inform the maintenance people about the issues. Once our AC unit ran out of freon and so was not cooling the house at all. When we complained to the management, they seemed not to care much about it. They would say that since the summer is so hot, the apartment is probably not able to cool down well. Being students, we normally were away during the day time and hence escaped the worst part of the day. We waited a few weeks and later realized that our AC units don't stop running as they cannot maintain the temperature we set them to. Even then our complaint was of no use. The lady in the office (other than the manager) would not agree that its because of a problem with the AC unit. Even when we ended up getting a huge electricity bill she would not agree. Only when we decided to fight/argue with her, she agreed to send the maintenance and it was immediately recognized that Freon needed to be refilled. Our apartment developed cracks on the walls and we complained multiple times and did not want to do anything with it. Once a maintenance person brought something like putty and applied on the crack to cover it up. But, nothing more was done on it. Every time the lease comes for renewal they increase the price. I was looking for jobs and was unsure of the time I would leave the place, so they took advantage of it by putting me on short term leases and extracting much higher rent than the normal rent. I ended up paying close to $150-200 more per month for close to 8 months. In the end when I found a job and had to leave the city, they did the worst possible exit for me from that place. My new employer wanted me to start in 30 days, but the management would not understand my situation and do not consider that I was living there for 2.5 years with no issues at all. They wanted me to be liable for all the 60 days rent (even when I requested that I am a student just graduated and got the first job and hence would be problematic to shell out $1000 extra). I offered them other options that I would find my replacement and bring them over etc, but they did not want that. They also did not want me to sublease it for 1 month. I requested them that I would give them the key 1 month early and if they can find someone earlier so that at least a part of my rent would be covered. Since this place was close to UTD with lots of student population, it was not difficult to find a replacement person. They said they would try, but the horrible management lady did not even do the inspection for my apartment till the end of the second month and there by asked me to pay almost $1200 dollars for that month and extras for some cleaning etc (we maintained the apartment very well and it was in an excellent condition when we left). That was extremely insensitive and rude of them. I was moving from a grad student to a postdoc position and it took me many months to overcome that hit on my pocket. My complete experience of 2.5 years was good except for the last 8 months of squeezing and for the price I had to pay while leaving. The whole stay would be good as long as you are able to give sufficient notice before you leave.

Courtyards at Campbell has an excellent environment, it has many trees and beautiful flowers all around our apartment. Also live here is very safe and convenient, we can reach several supermarkets easily, and I will recommend my friends to live here too.

This is my first time come to US, I'm a graduate student here. This also the first time live home and live alone. I feel very satisfied with this apartment and community. The swimming pool and gym are very helpful for me. The staff are very Responsible, reliable, and professional.

It is very beautiful,convenient and comfortable. Especially for UTD students, it is really easy to get to the school bus station. And for the students who do not own a car, there many shops can buy different kinds of things. And also, the officers here are very friendly.

I really like this apartment. Especially of all the very helpful staffs. They are always happy to help you with the problems you face. I also enjoy the swimming pool a lot. The pool is a good place to spend the afternoon in summer and very beautiful in fall and winter. The only problem I face is that the apartment office don't help take the parcels delivered by USPS or UPS. This bothers me a lot.
