From day 1 Apartment has mold and mildew smell inside when entering that doesn't go away. Black particles are coming out of the air vents when the heat runs. It makes it hard for me to breathe when I told the apartment office they refused to help other than telling me I can pay $3000 to break the lease or $800 in fees to transfer apartments. Wood is rotted inside apartment. Tenants upstairs seem to have 5 or 6 people inside a 1 bedroom apartment and there is banging on the floor all day

Proximity to stores, restaurants and twin lakes makes it one of the best options. Also, it's covered with trees all over, which is a big plus during summer. Another great advantage is that it's close to UTD and UTD's bus stop.

The appartments are very nice and clean , comunity very nice not problems and quite please , i like because have a lot of tresses and make the place peaceful..the person in the office are very helpful and always asking ypu if you need something else .

I love the fact that this place is quiet I don't have any problems with anyone I can always find a parking spot and I can walk around the neighborhood and feel safe Also my neighbors look out for each other there was somebody walking in the neighborhood and one of my neighbors told me to just make sure when I leave out to watch which way I'm going come to find out we never even seen the person before but it is reassuring to know that you have neighbors who can look out for you

The apartments are convenient and close to stores. Within walking distance very quiet mostly college kids but still quiet parking is good except for scooters there annoying two pools and bbq area I'm satisfied

In terms of the location, it is really good; grocery stores (like Target, Tom thumb), and dining places are accessible on foot by 5 minutes. For students of UTD, there is a stop of the University shuttle bus nearby.

I love this community expect maintenance. I have to wait for lone time for maintenance to come and solve problem. All the time, they are telling we don't have enough staff to solve your problem quickly. Other problem is appliances that they are old and complex should renew them.

my first week revealed a musician living upstairs who played live music, when i complained the manager let the person know who complained and he did $5000 worth of damage to my vehicle. tons of maintenance issues that took weeks to solve due to unskilled maintenance staff. my ac was broken for a couple of weeks because the guy was working on the wrong unit, no hot water about six times, water leaks in my bathroom that flooded my apartment that still have not been repaired completely. drunk abusive neighbors who woke me up in the dead of night fighting and screaming. when i moved in the manager was terrible and has since been fired. i am usually gone from thursday night through sunday night so who knows what kind of crazy happens on the weekends if all of this type of stuff happens on sunday through wednesday night. another thing of interest about this property is that there are a lot of people from india or the middle east.... which is ok because they really keep to themselves but they dont drive very well and you have to watch them when they are coming and going in the parking lot as they are kind of unpredictable and drive very slow.... if you are apartment hunting you will be glad to know that people from these regions of the globe give a property a higher risk of bedbugs.... i do not know that i have encountered bed bugs but i do know that there was something biting me for the first few weeks i lived there until i set off a few bug bombs i got from home depot.... so there is that.... even though its kind of an old property that needs alot of updates to the outside the location is great and in a nice neighborhood.....its close to a good mexican food place but probably some other properties that are run correctly could say that too .... if you are looking for an apartment in the area then keep looking .... my intention was to live at this property until i buy a house but alas i am having to move again

yes, it is very clear and very quiet in the community. I Like it. I often go to swimming and fitting center. it is very convenience. I want to recommend this apartment to my friends. If I come here, I want to rent it again.

Everyone around is nice and they try to be helpful. I haven't been here that long and it's been raining for almost 3 weeks waiting for them to fix the gutter. My mother lived here for almost 20 years until her death in 2012. She enjoyed it; particulary the parties.

I enjoy how quite the community is and how close so many retail areas are just minutes away. Maintenance service request are taking care of ASAP. Another upside is the parking there are always plenty of empty spaces.

The environment is safe and quiet. Every time if I submit the repair request on website, it's very convenient to have staff to repair immediately. It's very important for us. However, the rental is a little bit expensive. Hope it can be decreased a little.

Courtyards at Campbell is a great appartment to live in. Good people@Leasing office. Great Facilities. Good ambience around it, safe and nicely located. And yes affordable. Doesn't have a great gym, but overall it is pretty much worth living. Go for it!!

it is a good community where u will not feel like being in an apartment it is completely different from others interms of calm,cleanliness and the surroundings the garden which is maintained here is very will not be in a building of 4 or 5 floors and it feels like u stay in an independent house with good nature around you

Everything has been great. It's a nice quiet community. No complaints from me. The leasing office has been friendly and professional every time I speak to them. The only thing I will complain about is the alarm from Target across the street.

This is my first time in states away from family but courtyards makes me feel like home away from home. I have made such amazing friends after coming here and sitting by the pool having long conversations after a tedious day has become our favorite thing now.

EASY MOVE IN AND GREAT LOCATION... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER RESIDENTS .... MANAGEMENT PUT ME IN A BAD SPOT BY REVEALING THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO COMPLAINED AND THEN MY TRUCK GOT KEYED BY THE OTHER RESIDENT.... MANAGER TOLD ME SHE WOULD NOT FIX MY TRUCK.... NO SURPRISE SINCE SHE COULD NOT FIX THE THINGS THAT BROKE IN MY APARTMENT. WATER LEAK AFTER WATER LEAK AND AC THAT DID NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY WERE WORKING ON THE WRONG AC. JUST TERRIBLE

Its been great so far. The people at leasing office and other staff has been welcoming and have helped with every possible thing. Being a previous resident of this community, I was already impressed with its location and overall service and it has continued even after I moved in to a new apartment over here!

The staff here are very welcoming. Especially Sherrie who reaches out to people . It is very well maintained not just the inside but outside as well. I did see one or two roaches inside but on the whole ,a great place with a great location because of its proximity to target,UTD ,Banks and other commercial centers.

This is the best apartment staff I have ever had! they are so sweet and accommodating, I've had a few special needs and accommodations and they obliged without flinching. They remembered my name the second time I came into the office. It has gorgeous courtyards and it's such a great diverse and friendly community. The apartments are a little above average, I'm in an economy apartment. But the culture and staff make it such a great place to live!

There is a good environment with lots of tree and flowers, and leasing officers are friendly although sometimes they have a bad memory to do the service that you had an appointment with them. Generally, this community is good and close to UTD.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Courtyards. It's a quiet community with beautiful surroundings, attentive management, and a great maintenance staff. Complaints/Issues are taken seriously and resolved quickly. I will happily stay another year!
