At first it was fine. Very quiet, well kept up community. They don't repair things in a timely manner. They don't don't communicate when things are being worked on. They spam the hell out of you email with useless messages

Great place to live. Beautiful and serene. All office employees are so nice and helpful. If and when needed maintenance is quick to fix it Neighbors are quiet, free covered parking, no crime issues. I've never had any issue with bugs inside my have a nice little gym and clean laundry facilities. I can't express in words how much I love this place.

I've had a really good experience. Any issues I've had have been fixed quickly. Any questions I've had the office staff worked swiftly to answer them. It's been amazing here. It's very close to my daughters school and I really love that the neighborhood is kid friendly.

Property management was inconsistent during staff changes - managers did not honor agreements made with previous managers, apartment policies changed, quality and regularity of service changed. MY APARTMENT HAS WASPS IN IT. There is a wasps nest outside my apartment I have reported three times. I am allergic to wasps.

This place is fine as long as you do not have to deal with the office staff. Among other less severe issues, the office staff might make mistakes like charging an extra amount they were not supposed to, which they will only fix after several days of multiple email exchanges. Random water shutdowns without notice can also be too frequent.

It has been great I love the location with everything I ever need as far as necesities, food, restaurants etc. all within walking distance. The landscape of the complex is really nice it's exactly the type of place I was looking for. It's also a very quiet community which is nice.

The office staff has changed so many times - there is no "Community" feeling. The office staff that is here now always seem annoyed when you come to them with a question or, God Forbid, you voice a concern that you have. They do not have the time to deal with a current resident. The grounds are decent, in general, if you can deal with the mud that is everywhere, all the time. I will say that the maintenance crew has always been excellent, they have always done the best they can to manage any maintenance issues and they have always been friendly and professional but this property is old and could use a makeover. There is no security on site. I have had 2 vehicles stolen from the lot and I know of at least 2 other residents who had vehicles stolen from the lot.

We really love living here. One of the big draws is the landscaping. It is always green and lush in the courtyards, even in the winter. Another big plus about living here is the maintenance staff. Jason, Carlos, and Caroline are the best workers that we have had in the 12 years that we have lived here. We haven't really gotten to know the new office staff yet, but they seem very friendly, helpful and efficient.

I enjoyed living in this apartment. It's affordable and in a quiet neighborhood. The appliances were brand new when I moved in. There's plenty of parking and it came with everything I needed at the time.

When I first moved in, the apartment complex was fairly decent. Since I've moved in I've noticed that the foundation of my building is in horrible shape and people constantly have to slam their doors. My door would not open without me using a screwdriver to pry it open. There are dogs that bark constantly out on their patios. The swimming pool wasn't technically open until the beginning of August and the pool was not very well maintained and almost looked green. The pool chemicals were off most of the summer. Overall this entire community complex seems to have gone downhill. I hear domestic disputes with people yelling through the walls constantly. Maintenance requests are rarely ever completed in a timely manner because they are short staffed, or that is the excuse I have been given. It took them over a year to fix the crack in my bathtub (on the 2nd floor) and it's still not fixed correctly. My lease renewal is coming up and I highly doubt I will be staying with this complex. It has seemed to have gone downhill very quickly in the past year.

They came into my apartment when they clearly told not too. I also stated on the order to come between certain hours because I have dogs that will run out of the apartment. Thank goodness my boyfriend was home. Unfortunately for you he has covid and was trying to stay away from people. So now since they didn't call or knock they have been exposed and now have probably exposed everyone else.

I love the community. It's quiet everyone is nice and friendly office staff is nice. The people in the community are very nice as well. I feel safe while my kids are outside playing and can't enjoy their playtime with their friends.

This is my first apartment and it's a great community. The complex is hidden in a neighborhood So it's very quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The apartments are older and some things are a bit outdated but they are in great condition for the age.

Since the first time I toured this complex I felt at home. The grounds are beautiful. The complex is quiet and family friendly. I feel safe and my kids love having a courtyard right outside our front door to run and play. Parking is great! The front office staff are always so friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to call this place home.

Very quiet, great location. Pet friendly, reasonably sized. Older complex, lots of mosquitoes, stays very wet. Need more insect repellent plants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hope to enjoy my lease term. Great for college student or retirees.

It's been pretty good so far. No major issues. The staff have been greatly helpful. Any and all issues have been solved quite quickly. I love the area and how it is maintained. The amenities such as the dog park are fantastic.

Good. Private. Quiet usually. Repairs need to be submitted online for effective results by management. Buildings are various floor plans and some more or less covered by trees. There are three quadrangle groupings of buildings. Updates are done annually upon renewals.

Haven't had much to experience beside the Nats,Flys and Roaches around the complex but overall the community is good and a nice place to be when you're starting off by yourself. The people are friendly and the staff os very nice .

Fine pretty clean and quiet I like the fact there is no breed restrictions. Apts are kept clean but they are dated. Would like to see wood/lamented floors a standard because pets are accepted, should not have to pay to have put in.

Overall it's pretty positive, I just had some bad luck with prior neighbors and it wasn't properly documented which was frustrating. Just need more communication between the staff, that would of drastically changed my Google review.
