Rent is reasonable. Upkeep could be better, I.e. exterior doors need to be painted, a lot of mud when it rains, courtyard needs to be landscaped. Recycle bins should by each trash receptacle. More pest control is needed.

We've had a great experience with this apartment complex since first looking for one to move to. We wanted a good neighborhood and also wanted a complex that allowed dogs, especially pit bulls. This apartment complex had both of those. The staff is amazing and hasn't disappointed at all.

The apartment complex is maintained well. People are nice and the complex is quiet and friendly. The only problem is that the rent is raised too much every year, between 40 and 50 dollars. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and competent.

This Complex is very old and apartments are dated. Maintenance response is getting poor... I believe that the amount of rent charged by this complex, there are mane other better choices in the area! Office response could be better.

Your assistant manager Katy was great but otherwise service from managers has been bad! Just interested in getting money from us!! Taking months before now to get a handle for our refrigerator and freezer! Met with the General Manager all she really cared about was getting money out of us!! We were moving in had a rental truck not totally blocking the driveway and General Manager Gina when we were coming out to get more of my things out of the truck!! She wasn't nice and said she had been waiting for 10 minutes to get past our truck!! Not friendly at all!! Not impressed by your present management at all!! Not Happy at all but a great wonderful Maintenance team!! Very nice and kind, Alberto and another new hire -------- Gentleman! I don't know his name, but he's really great!! Love both of them!!

Courtyards at Campbell is a great community. The location is ideal because it is close to stores and you don't have to drive far. The commute to my son's school is close also so we get to enjoy mornings together which means a lot to me. Overall a quiet and quaint community.

I really enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly and work very hard to keep the grounds clean and neat. Maintenance is very quick in their response. The residents are very pleasant and everyone minds their own business. The amenities are always in working order and kept in good condition.

When we first moved in the apartment 16102, there are many fleas there. Many daughter was bited badly. Almost every of her body are bited. I require to change the apartment. However, the manager just provide me one an apartment, which is a studio. I planned to lease a 1 bedroom and 1 bath room apartment. The studio is a little small to us. I told the manager. But she told me I can not choose the department which I like. That means, I should stay in the studio and never change again. This is not proper. I hope that you company prove me a change to move an new apartment which I like. Then it make us happy and make your company better reputation. Now I thought that I was punished by the rule that I did make a right dicision. I should take a look at the apartment first and then sign the lease contract. But how can I fould the fleas just by having a look? You should provide us another choice.

I just got here but it's pretty nice so far, I guess? Location of mail and laundry is a bit far, from my apartment at the edge of the complex, so I can tell that's going to be a little annoying. Also, kinda expensive.

Great location! I had bad experiences on different occasions just days after I moved in. They contradict themselves, their contract says one thing and the staff say the opposite. And you are lucky if they pick your call. Such a disappointment!

The Courtyards at Campbell is overall a great community. The amenities on the premises are kept clean and grass it cut nicely and regularly. There is not much I would change about the interior of the apartment itself. I would like for the appliances in all units to be updated (I am pretty sure mine are older than I am) as well as the cabinets. The apartment is well maintained. Service requests are answered and correct promptly. The only issue I really have is that the leasing office is understaffed, so they rarely answer calls and it is hard to get response from them unless physically in the office.

Even tho my car was broken into & vandalized & times, I feel safe here. The complex is situated in a great location for everything! Shopping.. Dining, fitness centers, pond, park, anything including highways

It is a good community. Maintenance service is very good. Leasing office team is very friendly. Community can provide washer/ dryer facility for each house. Community is clean and quiet. Suitable for families and students.

The community seems very quiet and clean. Maintenance responds within 1-2 days and work orders are easy to submit via the app. The complex is close to bus stops, grocery stores (Target, Tom Thumb, Sprouts) and very close to UTD. Great place to live if you're a student trying to avoid a long commute.

It's a warm and welcoming community. The manager listens, staff friendly and residents nice. The location is accessible to banks, schools, work, eateries and all the important places rolled into one, could never ask for more!

Dog poop is everywhere in the courtyard. Do a DNA sampling on incoming dogs and then do DNA samples on poop and fine or evict culprits. This is a major issue. The apartment was in good condition when I moved in but, the cleaning service did not do a very good job getting it clean and ready. All sinks were dirty and both toilets dirty.

Resident for 2 years. Grounds are kept up. They come out every Monday and make sure the leaves and trash are picked up from the grounds. Customer service at the front desk is great. They are available during hours which are accessible. Maintenance crew knows there stuff and fixes things correctly. Packages are safe at the office or front door. Safe community.
