Office not responsive to needs of a resident with a handicap in my opinion. When without heat it took 12 days, 3 phone calls to get it on. Couldn't get out of my apt when there was ice and snow as I use a walker.

Quiet, and safe, but the sound can be heard easily by neighbors. The maintenance is efficient and effective. There are several supermarkets nearby, such as Target, Marshall, Sprouts, and Tomthumb ; and the school UTD is very near within 5 mins.

Overall this complex has been very proactive in completing work orders in a timely manner and almost to perfection in all instances. It's a very quiet complex at least around our apartment, as well as adequate parking. They have onsite storage units as well. But we did have several issues upon moving in, which were all addressed and most all resolved to our satisfaction, most within days.

This is a beautiful complex full of Trees and nature. The people here are all very nice and friendly from the office staff to the landscapers. The occasional problems are well communicated and taken care of very quickly.

I have been living here first in a 1 bedroom and then in a 2 bedroom apartment. I did also renew my lease once and will move into a 1 bedroom apartment soon. The is really nice and staff is very helpful. The only problem would be noise between the 2 neighboring apartment and that can be a bit inconvenient.

This property was a home to me throughout my time as a Student in UTDallas. It is in a good location and also a good property to live in. One of the best things I liked about Courtyards is the greenery, something that was lacking in other properties nearby UTD. The staff is absolutely great, especially Katie 'The Go-to person' for me and many like me. She is someone who has a great caliber of leading a property on her own one day. I say this because she is someone who understands what residents go through on daily basis and makes sure things are resolved before it becomes a big headache. The only thing I didn't like is the equipment (esp the treadmill) in the Gym, something that management has work on. Overall i had a great experience during my two years of stay there. :)

This is a delightful place, Although old, the facility is very nice. Wish I knew where the fitness center is. More social activities. The blinds are very bad. Drawers in kitchen keep popping out. Mud constantly at dumpster. Pls correct.

I have loved living at the Courtyards. Over the years, I recognize the fact that office staff makes or breaks a place. They are the ones you will deal with for maintenance, rent issues, bug control, etc. Mostly we have had great management/staff but I would suggest stopping by - you will know immediately if staff is helpful, friendly and sincere. I can already tell you that the residents are GREAT!

Being at United States for the very first time, Courtyards at Campbell has been nothing less than a home for me here. I am a current resident since 2018. The management is very cooperative and responsive especially Katie Acuna. She deserves a huge shout out for being the most helpful person I have known here at Courtyards at Campbell. She's punctual and responds to issues immediately and with utmost care and concern. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a home. Its rare to find a place in between woods and trees with a lake right across the street. Most beautiful and peaceful stay so far, I hope to continue staying for as long as I could.

We stayed in Courtyards at Campbell for around 1.5 yrs from Feb 2018 to Aug 2019. Our stay over there was really pleasant & never really had any major issues. I guess the apartments are pretty old, but still maintained pretty well. I would like to especially highlight our interactions with the Property Manager Katie Acuna. She is really friendly & we never felt like we don't matter. She used to take the time to listen to any of our queries & address them to the best of her abilities. We bought our house & moved out by September & the move out process as well was really easy & stress free. Once again, thanks to Katie for helping us out. In short, if we hadn't bought a house yet, we would stll have been living there. Thanks Katie & all the staff at Courtyards for making our stay pleasant.

For the most part Courtyards at Campbell has Good Management with Good Service Staff that are quick to address requests on any issues or problems. They contract out their landscaping which is done on Mondays and they schedule their Online Portal Maintenance along with their sprinklers during non business hours for the benefit of their residents. They also have weekend hours which is a nice plus for busy residents. My Rent has gone up every year at least $60 but they claim that is competitive. Since COVID-19 they implemented safety precautions that prioritized the importance of requests to avoid contact and that was a bummer. They also waived any liability from their Staff unknowingly spreading the Virus which doesn't seem right. Overall, I haven't moved in almost 9 Years and have had few problems considering so I would give them a 4 out of 5.

This is a nice and quiet complex. The staff is amazing and always on top of things. No complaints about this place. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Haven't actually stayed yet but am familiar with facility as I just got apartment on 9/4/2020. AC unit should be check/cleaned more often. Backed up the first day I leased and water poured all over new floor and ruined it. For the most part is a quiet community. Needs a little more updating on cabinets but overall not bad.

This apartment is very convenient for my family. We can drive to Supermarket and Wholesale in less than 20 minutes. The room is well-designed and easy to use. Just moved in.. The staff has been super helpful and friendly. Had a slight issue with Dish washer but the property manager addressed the issue and assured me that it will be taken care of as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with the speed and professionalism of the office staff.

I needed to move quickly, so a friend and I picked four different complexes to visit. This was my first stop. (And ultimately my favorite). The leasing staff are kind and courteous, and on move in the few maintenance issues I've had (garbage disposal leaking, running toilet, stove light gone out, exterior door latch issues) I put in the work order on a Monday and maintenance showed up that day or the very next. The maintenance man handling my apartment is courteous. We chat while he works (if I'm not also on the clock) and his work is efficient and quality. I think he's in my apartment maybe 10 minutes per work order and I put them in by pairs. Overall best customer service I've ever had in an apartment! Oh and it's a safe neighborhood. I come and go at all hours of the night and never once encountered an unsavory situation.

I relocated from halfway across the country. It was quite the move and I expected it to be an incredibly stressful experience. I have truly appreciated the top levels of customer service and impeccable communication with me throughout the entire process. Upon moving in I have been incredibly pleased with the quiet, residential area it is located in and the quality of the apartment. I am beyond happy with my choice to become a resident here!
