Firstly, the electrical appliances are somewhat too old. The lights in the kitchen are always not be lighted. Some facilities go bad easily. The swimming pools and the trails is always unclean. The most important is that the staff are not very friendly sometimes!

I have moved to this house on Dec, 2016. Fortunately I heard about this apartment complex from my friend while we are on search for good neighbors. It is really a good one. Office stuff is very friendly. Within 1 or 2 days they fix the apartment problems. It's really easy to make a service request through their website. So far I am happy with their service.

The fees are ridiculous. $40 mandatory fee for cable even if you don't own a TV and will never use it. And you can't opt out. You pay most utilities on top of the expensive rent. I pay $935 for a 650 sq. feet one bedroom apartment and with the cable fee, water fee, sewer fees, boiler, pest, and trash fee it easily comes out to close to $1,050. Electricity and internet are not included. Washers and driers often out of order you're better off going somewhere else. The 24 hour gym has machines that haven't been working since last January (that's one year to date). Only two machines work and partially, one for weight lifting and the bike. All three treadmills are out of order. No sanitary napkins to wipe the machines with before or after using them. And this is been going on for a year. Since it's been that long and they've been promising me to fix it, I contacted the MAA management and asked for reimbursement for the gym membership I got while waiting on them to fix the machines (which hasn't happened yet by the way). And they were very rude and disrespectful about it. I understand that this is a good neighborhood to be in and that they do a good job keeping the overall appearance of the complex good, but if you're going to charge a high amount for rent, at least have decent service. I had the chance to rent an apartment just 10 min from here that was $200 less (and utilities included) and more square feet and I preferred this one because of the onsite gym and how good it looks. I definitely regret my decision now. Don't be fooled by how nice the complex looks. Your rent will go up every end of lease term and with all the utilities and ridiculous fees you might not be able to afford it eventually or it will not be worth it anymore.

I moved in Courtyards at Campbell in 2016 during my visiting scholar at UTD. It's very convenience for me to live here. The manager and staff at the leasing office is VERY VERY VERY NICE. They offer much help for all the renters here.

I really like the community but i have seen people that make this place to not look safe. Also some cameras around the complex would help with the robberies that have been going on, b/c somebody got inside of my car and took some tools and money.

Good apartment, very convenient for UTD students to go to school or go to the super markets around here. Lots of neighbors are very nice. Sometimes we need to communicate with leasing office for several times to solve problems via email or phone call so that go to the leasing office for the communication will be more effective.

The office staff and maintenance staff are out-of-this-world FANTASTIC! However, MAA is a very greedy and a bad management company. *******I do not have anything more to write, I find the 200 word minimum a very rude requirement, is this survey to ask my opinion or for MAA's benefit?*******Also, there is a problem with the website, the indicator showed I had reached 200 characters, yet when I clicked the Finish button I was brought back to this page with all my answers still in the fields I had already filled in. Very kind and helpful office and maintenance staff. Second pool needs to be better serviced/cleaned. All the neighbors I have met are very nice. Parking is ample. Property is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Love it here so far & will recommend!

When repairs have to be done to an apartment every shortcut possible is taken. I had water damage to my apartment that was no fault of my own and there has been little or no concern for the damage done to my personal property and repairing the damage sufficiently.

The apartment have safe, clean environment, people here are very nice. I live here because one of my friends recommend me. After I moved in, I am happy because people can help me once I face a problem. Leasing office also held a welcome party providing delicious food. Enjoy living here.

The general environment and room condition are nice.As well, Courtyard has a really convenient location: some plazas are close and near the bus stop. However, the leasing office need to improve their efficiency. They wasted a couple months before sending us the contract and delayed our move in date due to they did not finish cleaning work.

I liked the community and it was very convenient to move in. The laundry system is troublesome. Easier system should be set up to do laundry as credit cards are not accepted to do laundry. Cash should also be accepted to recharge the cards given to do laundry.

Good Community and quite peaceful, maintenance guys are good and always ready to help, gym is not good most of the devices don't work, it needs to be rectified. Pool is good and cleaned, rest all is good about the society only the gym needs to be functioning

Good experience for us new comers to the US. The natural environment is excellent. Wake up with breadth of fragrance of trees. Transportation here is convenient. Enough restaurants nearby with several supermarket and stores for shopping and buying food. Good location!

Good. The locality is good. I feel home here. However, it is too expensive. I am paying 900 dollars for a one bhk whereas my friends are aying 900$ for a two bhk, thats the difference. WOrst part is u have to pay 50$ every month for Cable, which is mandatory !!!

Correction: The leasing office employees are focused on saving MAA money, not about satisfying resident needs. I was having personal medical complications during my lease renewal process that caused a few hiccups - ------- did not handle the issues professionally. She made a few snide remarks to me and only accommodated my needs after being rude. Similarly, --------- appeared to drop the ball on my roommate and I on numerous occasions by failing to correspond with our email communications at first attempt. ------- and --------- seem like nice human beings, but as leasing office employees, they are robots who focus only on saving money at the tenants' expense. Maintenance however, is fantastic! ------------------------ do a great job of fixing and maintaining the property. Overall, I found the leasing office management to be accommodating but poor quality because of the hoops I had to jump through to get the assistance I needed. I would not recommend The Courtyards at Campbell.

Everything is good. I love the swimming pool, and my son can swim there in summer. The work mans are so nice, and when I meet them on the way, they always say hi and ask if everthing is work. I have frinds living here, and we can play togeger in the yard.

great experience. the staff are very nice and kind and always willing to provided help when needed. The environment here is comfortable and enjoyable. Covered and surrounded by many trees and grasslabd made this community very adrable to live. if all the bedroom and living room can face sunlight it will be better. By the way, the gym seems a little bit small and facilities should be more and new.

Rents kinda high for such a small space however, if I need anything fixed. They are right on it. Repairs due to a new service sometimes require you to pay for it, like my blinds that have been broken since I moved in. That stinks I have to pay for them. I love all the grounds but, people don't pick up after their dog. Not, their fault however, most all other communities have doggie waste areas. They have a few out where no one walks their dog.
