when I come to the community,everything is strange to me,and the staff of MAA gave me a lot of help,tell me how to pay for the electricity deposit,how to email the check,how to use the switch in the bathroom.They are very kind.

The experience so far up to par. Basic expectations have been met. Nothing horrible, nothing super great. I've requested for pest control at my unit several times due to spiders, and they have not gone away. Only disappointing thing to say.

The management and maintenance staff are excellent. I do find the rent increases excessive. My base rent was $650 at move-in. Three years later it's $815. If rent continues to increase at this rate I will be forced to move.

The problems have been solved. I am very glad. It was clean after repair man come out. I will submit my potential problems on line. The on line system is more convenient than the leasing office, because I can submit the problem anytime.

It's been great so far. I love having a safe place to call home. Quiet place to live and raise your children. I think if you are in school it is even better. This place offers a peaceful out in the country feel with the big city right around the corner. I'm glad I made the choice to live here. Thanks to the staff and asell the folks who work to make this place great..

Nice surrounding plantation. But feel like they could've change some of the utilities (not electronics) such as the window blinds. Also love the window mesh to keep the bugs out and stop hail from damaging too much.

My experience has been awesome. Almost every time I requested for repairs or service, it was rendered within 1 to 2 business days. The apartment manager and the officers are far too keep me and they always respond to questions and inquiries.

An older community with good maintenance and great staff. The local retail shopping is a plus along with the access to major highways. The community is quiet and feels safe because it is set back from Campbell Road.

Apartments are in good location. The staff was very helpful to address any issue we faced. There is a lot of greenery in the surroundings and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Overall my experience is pleasant so far.

Gorgeous property for me to walk my puppy around he loves the grassy areas and the high plants and brush around the complex it's close to several grocery stores and dog parks which is perfect for every week

It has been pleasant and quiet. The location in Richardson couldn't be better for food, grocery and education. The condition of the apartment could be improved from carpets to ceilings but overall is average.

I have a good experience here, no problem since I move in 5 years ago. Neigbor are very nice and get along well. Everyone is friendly. Different ethicity live in this apparent complex. I enjoyed and don't want to leave.

Great community and area to live in. The office staff is awesome and the apartments are very spacious. Very convenient to a lot of shopping. Parking is not an issue and the neighbors are very friendly

I do not recommend this property for older adults due to so many disruptive college students and other undesirable looking persons. Parking availability is horrible evenings and weekends due to so many kids coming and going all hours of the night and on weekends.

Noisy neighbors upstairs and constant shoes at ceiling and to stop the banging since it goes on for hours a day. Kids screaming with their sliding glass door open and could my sliding glass doors the kids screaming from upstairs and concentrate on my tv show.

It is safe that even I walk out very late at evening. And there are a lot of event hold by the leasing which provided delicious food. It is convenient to go to target or Tom Thumb. But some equipment is old in the apartment.

I find that it is clean in a great location nice community and quiet. I feel comfortable coming home in the late evening is well lit and the office had wonderful events for the tenant's. I would recommend this complace to anyone.

Quite apartment, environment is good. Swiming pool is outside, so you could find some leafs at pool. Fitness room is small, but you could runing around apartment. Builing was built long time ago, but everybody here is nice.
