This place is amazing. The community is absolutely stunning and the tenants have been here some over 15years which says ALOT about the community. The customer service is outstanding as well too. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to answer any and all questions. Service requests are answered in a timely manner and I'm so excited to have joined the family here.

My experience so far have been great with no complicants. The staff is very friendly and professional to say the least. Their funny and have really good people skills. Any time I have a service request or a question there always solve the problem in a timely manner.

I have lived here for over o years and I like my apartment. The facility is clean. When requesting service, it is usually on time and completed first time. Good maintenance. This facility has nice office staff.

I love it. It's pretty quiet and has a lot of shopping and eating businesses close by. Their pretty good about completing service requests. Overall I would say this is a good place to reside. I would refer friends and family.

It's been great! The office staff is super nice and always convenient. The maintenance staff is amazing even when they see you outside they are always friendly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with nice greenery around. If you're interested in going to UTD or work in city line this is ideal because you aren't too far. Don't let the google rating scare you because I took the chance to come and check it out and have loved it here since April.

Staff was Amazing we had to move in quick and they did everything in their power to make it happen!!! Apartments are rather old but workable. Maintenance and staff went above and beyond to make our quick move possible. We thought customer service was a lost art, but we're glad we found it here.

I had no satisfaction from the neighbors and collaborating with the office and the staff on my previous apartment , but what I see here in the present is very satisfying, and the other thing that matters is that it's really a quiet environment

It's been great so far. It feels like home. Great staff, all around excellence. Friendly neighbors, peaceful, quiet, great scenery, the trees, conveniently located, not far from work, not far from major shopping centers. I love it!

Courtyards at Campbell is one of the best community I have ever visited and therefore decided to move-in here. Its safe and the neighborhood is also good. It's safe and clean. The community services are good and people are here are helpful.

very happy. But the cable fee is not reasonable. I suggest canel this fee for 40$ every month. The environment is very good. The worker of lease office is very nice. The rent is a little higher. I will suggest my friend to rent apartment in courtyards at cambell.

So far everything has been good. The leasing office team was very helpful and helped me get over the initial problems I had with the moving-in (considering I came from overseas and had to manage make a payment from an international bank).

I have only lived here for about two weeks now, and have had to make a couple of maintenance requests. I have received prompt service to get the problems fixed and appreciate the responsiveness of the staff.

The community and surroundings are good. It is a safe and clean place to live. We have been living here for two years and we did not have any complain until lately when we were charged for services We did received and after making it known to the leasing office nobody wanted to help us. Even until now we have not received an answer.

This community is very safe with friendly residents and staff. It is near Target, Tom Thumb and Braums which makes its easy for me to get immediate groceries. Also, it is near the University of Texas at Dallas.

We have been here for two weeks,and the whole neighborhood is fine. The area and surrounding environment is very good,there are many trees and lawns,there are swimming pool,fitness equipment,barbecue square,laundry room and other facilities,not only enrich The amateur life,but also bring convenience to life. And there are various supermarkets around the Distinct,you can buy all the daily necessities,even without cars,you can live very well.Because we are visiting scholars of UTD,it's very close to UTD,and there are school bus stop nearby. The apartment's facilities are complete.The garbage ptocessor and stove is new.All of these adventages are the reason why We choose here. But there is also a little bit inadequate.We are from abroad,we need to pay deposit and buy electricity online,if it can be paid by credit card will be more convenient.Fortunately,someone helped us.And we failed to buy electricity ahead of time,so we used the electricity of leasing office for one day,but we need to pay 50 dollars,we think it's not reasonable.We think it should be paid for the days,such as 5 dollars for one day,10 dollars for two days.That's my little advice.

Nice community. Very quiet. I love that. Maintenance very quick at getting things done and efficient. Like that alot businesses are within 1 to 5 miles away. I like that lease office is open 7 days a week.

Very quiet and well kept. We love it. Very affordable for what you are getting.We have a baby on the way and were looking for a place that was big enough for a baby but in a fairly safe area. Location and floor plan were the most important to us and we were able to find both at this community at a rate we could afford.

I love my apartment and I enjoy the living space. There are lots of green trees and shrubs that make the area look nice. The residents are nice and friendly, and the whole complex stays generally quiet. My apartment is clean and I was provided with new carpet!

On the day of move-in, everything was taken care by Darleah very well, I did not have any problems. I do feel that the 40$ for cable as a mandatory charge should be waived for people who do not want to take. As a student, every penny counts.
