No communication, maintenance team broke a door in my apartment and they did not fix it, I've been trying to contact the office for almost 2 months and they did not fix it yet, I been emailing the manager but she does not answer back, and every time I call they act like it is the first time they heard about the door the maintenance team broke without fixing it.

Nice community but a bit noisy. Residents need to do a better job of picking up after their dogs. The office staff is great and so is the maintenance staff. I would recommend Horizons at Sunridge with a few exceptions.

The amenities are top notch! It's a huge reason why I wanted to move to this property. I've been renting for over a decade, and this is the first time ever I've seen so many maintenance people taking care of a property. It's maintained very well and it's so quiet and peaceful compared to other places I've rented at.

Amazing maintenance staff and front office. The grounds are so clean and well maintained. I have been here for four or five years now not one issue. I have good neighbors. It's in a really great location close to my job and shopping. It's a great complex to live at.

A place to stay and quiet close to busy Street. And close to food and shopping. Close to I30 walk to Walmart and Ross and McDonald's Taco bell. What burger. And just built a Chic fi la close to Arlington and AT&T STADIUM

Overall is a good place to live. I've always felt safe. Apartments need updated but I think they are already working on that. Parking is awful. Accidentally parked in someone's spot the day I bought my car. They had it towed cost $400 to get my brand new car out of the tow yard only to find a huge dent in the hood. Tow yard produced pics of the damage was already gone to my car by tenant in parking lot who called it in

The move in was easy. The staff was very informative and nice. The property is very safe due to it being gated and having armed security. The property is very quiet. Everything about this property is very Tennant friendly.

The apartment complex is mainly quite. The apartments are affordable and decently price in this struggling economy. This complex is pet friendly. In a convenient location between Ft. Worth and Arlington right off of I-30.

Everyone was so lovely and very helpful with any and every question! I never waited long for a call or email back! Avanee and Jessie were extremely helpful. I had some issues with TwoDots and wouldn't recommend them as a reliable third party authenticator but the office at Horizons more than made up for that!

Awesome!!!

This apartment complex is honestly great. The staff really cares, and it shows in how well everything is taken care of. I especially want to give a shout-out to the maintenance lead, Clemente Morado. He is always professional, quick to respond, and makes sure things are done right. The entire maintenance team does an amazing job. They work hard, take pride in what they do, and it definitely makes a difference living here. I would absolutely recommend this community.

Their be no parking if you come home after 7:00 pm in I feel like that not fair to the resident who do pay rent like my self it hard for a person who loyal paying their rent it make us want move because resident who live her should come first and should be able to pay for parking it not fair at all for people who not on the list to take up all those parking place

The office staff is amazing, including the maintenance. I don't have to wait long for anything to be fixed. I would say it would be better if they required people to pick up after their dog's verses that them just leaving it and the apartments smell to where you can't enjoy sitting outside.

The Horizon at Sunridge apartments are beautiful and have a lovely set of outdoor activities. The monthly events that happen are great for the whole family! The maintenance team is awesome and the price of rent is great too! I definitely recommend people staying here.

Was good when I first moved in 5 yrs ago. It has gone down since then. The bugs..roaches..loud community lots of traffic in and out. Parking needs to improve. I pay for covered spot and someone is always there. I've seen maintenance men park in the covered parking

Been here since 2005 and it's been nice. Management has always been courteous. Place seems clean all the time. It is convenient t to the air port and it is fairly well lit where I live. I do wish there was more garage parking.
