Don't trust maintenance if they do a surprise visit and say there's a leak somewhere. They are probably lying to come snoop around your house, unfortunately they snooped on my apartment when they thought I wasn't home. Luckily my friend told me he was just on my couch that day while I was at work.

Very nice well kept apartment homes. Maintenance comes out within a day of you putting in a maintenance request. I love it here and would recommend others to stop by and check out the complex. You will definitely get what you pay for and thts clean, nice scenery and well kept.

Very quiet and safe, it's a good place for animals and children. It's a great gated community. Friendly staff that will help you when needed. Near Westheimer so everything you need is close by, lived here since 2010 so am very happy.

The leasing staff was very nice. Overall the property is very run down. On the other hand that's why the base rent is what it is. I feel valet trash is not useful and just a way to get extra fees. I am very capable of taking out my own trash. This property serves a purpose though, financially, and that's why I viewed it.

Very quiet. Maintenance is very on point as well. The front office is great. The washroom is clean. The rental process has been a great process and I thank them for assistance throughout the process. I highly recommend this community.

Im new but the Office friendly workers who are welcoming and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The staff made the move-in process smoother and were polite during interactions. The townhouse itself is beautiful with a spacious layout that feels comfortable and home-like. The community is generally quiet, parking is convenient, and the location is close to shopping and main roads. Overall, it has been a pleasant living experience, and the office staff definitely makes a positive difference.

I really enjoy living at 2400 Briarwest. It is a quiet neighborhood. People in the office are very nice and helpful. I always feel safe . They keep the grounds looking nice. I do I really like having valet trash pickup.

Your move in date chart is incomplete. It doesn't go back far enough. I moved in to this complex in 2006, but the chart only goes back to 2010. How can anyone put correct information in if you don't give us the space.

No comment! Please can the work order be done properly! I only have 2 order completed out of all! I still have the fridge tray missing, oven light not working! Kitchen sink light not working, the bulb holder in the toilet badly rusted and I requested for it be be spray! I kindly need all this properly fixed or replaced

Great place to call home! Spacious one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceiling on second floor. Room for full size washer & dryer, is why I rented here! It was hard for me to find an apartment in Houston that fits my budget. Quite neighborhood.
