My workorder was done right away. The maintenance team is great here. They came in and fixed the problem and did it in only a few minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone out there that is looking for a new home.

A hidden gem in the Galleria area and I've loved living here. It's a quiet community and the staff is always available for anything I need. It's quiet, the landscaping is beautiful and always kept that way.

I've had a great experience living here. The property is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. Whenever I've submitted a service request, it has been handled on time, and the maintenance team does an excellent job. Galleria Oaks has great staff and maintenance teams. The complex offers beautiful landscaping and well kept areas. The complex also has secure gating and patrol. It is a very quiet complex and has regular community events for residents.

Property is well maintained. Feel relatively safe. Quiet complex. Management staff has been personable and responsive on any maintenance issues that have been quickly resolved. Mail Boxes are behind secure coded access entrance as well as parking.

The apartment was great! But the noise from the wall was quite large sometimes. For example, I could clearly hear my neighbors snoring and coughing at night. But overall it was great in terms of location, convenience and cleanliness.

Second year at Oaks, just moved into a two bedroom from a one bedroom. Generally maintenance staff have been very on the spot and accommodating however on some occasions have gotten very disrespectful feedback and rude encounters. Was disappointed about our mail being stolen during Christmas 2024 and not being told until weeks later wondering where holiday packages were. Overall love the aesthetic of Oaks

Staff is very friendly! Maintenance request answer quickly. Appearance is improving. There is gated security but no security staff. Interior of the apartments are improving but not much update for older residents just price increases and retouches when needed or requested.

Wish the block the property was on didn't have water pipe issues outside the property. Which usually brings up other piping issues throughout the property. Also wish they had bidets I have heard they are very environmentally friendly.

I've had mostly good experiences with Galleria Oaks. The staff is super friendly and prompt with their assistance and help to you. The rent is a fair rate for the location, as there's numerous restaurants, stores, and the Galleria mall all within a mile.

We bumped into few issues but in time they take care of everything. Too much time to assess and reassess an issue that should have been solved before they put the apartment for rent, but they finally fixed it and they compensated me for the inconvenience.
