I love this community. I moved in because it was affordable, but didn't realize until I toured the place how beautiful it is. I am lucky to live in the "rooftop garden" area, but also love the way our courtyards look. It feels like a little section of peace in the middle of the busy Galleria area. The neighbors and office staff are very friendly as well. This is, by far, my favorite apartment I've ever had.

I love this community. The residents and staff have always been friendly and welcoming at all times. These days I have many deliveries because of COVID and residents have helped delivery personal with direction to my place. I think as a whole the residents are friendly and help one another. Everyone says hello and has even stopped to help me if I need it. The grounds are just spectacular, like no other properties I have lived at before. This place is like the hidden gem and the staff really goes above and beyond to help you from delivery packages to checking on you that your maintenance has been handled promptly and sufficiently. All the floors have a tile or wood and painted with a warm taupe or grey and gives it a modern feel with a classic vintage vibe. I love it!

Hidden gem. Everyone is always helpful. The location is great. Our bikes were stolen the first week we moved in but other than that everything has been great. The price we pay is also fair for what we get.

Couldn't be better for the location and well kept amenities. Always has been a great community for me. It is near lots of well known and good restaurants, the galleria and many others. It is a quiet and and nice community with great Neighbords and awesome maintenance peps

I love living here. It is mainly quiet and I really like the maintenance people and appreciate the office staff. The grounds are kept beautiful and the pool area is gorgeous. If you don't have a washer and dryer in your apartment the laundry room is clean and there are pretty new washers and dryers and a coke machine.

Galleria Oaks is very organized and well maintained. Management and residents are very caring and considerate. Maintenance is very responsive. It was the right choice to move in here not to mention the location.

The location is wonderful and makes it very easy to reach the freeways. I feel very safe here and the staff is always so helpful! The property is beautifully decorated with plants and well kept throughout the year. It's a great place to call home.

Great apartment great complex great people great deal. I do not see any downside to being at the galleria oaks for the price and location. It has great amenities and I love all the plants more than anything. If ever an opportunity to work on staff please (side job part time) Let me know! would love to help grow the community anyway I can

The reason I have lived here for almost 14 years now is without a doubt because the friendliness of the staff their uncanny ability to consistently and constantly keep the property updated, clean and beautiful. The plants are always being redone and the pool and hot tub area are always immaculate and in great shape. The service if anything does need to be fixed is exceptional and handled quickly. The location is grea! I will probably live here until I buy a place without a doubt.

Friendly community. Neighbors here like to bbq and you can get in the water year round. Hasn't flooded since we've been here. The whole place is elevated and the landscaping is just absolutely gorgeous! You should check out the rooftop gardens if you come. The people in the office are very nice and very helpful. Everything is gated.

I have lived at Galleria Oaks for over for years now and love to call this place home. The office staff and maintenance team are super friendly and helpful. The landscaping is beautiful and always well maintained. Located within walking distance to the Galleria Mall and anything else you might need you don't even need a vehicle. I would recommend anyone to live here.

I have lived here for 3 years and it is very comforting to know it is safe and a well cared property. Maintenance and staff are on site and wonderful to work with. I could not imagine finding a better place .

Great place to live. The neighbors are great. Its is just a really good apartment complex to live at. So many differant seating areas to sit and enjoy the neighbors and friends. Could not ask for a better adult apartment complex.

I've been here for 2 weeks now, and so far, it has been great. The location to businesses and my job is amazing and the office staff is wonderful (Alyssa was so great during the whole thing!). Parking is some of the better parking I've had at apartments too. I work weird hours, and so far I've always been able to get a spot close to my apartment.

For the most part I will say this the last place I lived @ was utter hell, now it's like I live in heaven, I just can't say enough things about everybody at this complex everybody in the office the maintenance the neighbors just everything in this complex has been a great experience for me I intend to stay here if I am welcomed just stay for at least four years

Beautiful apartment complex with lots of plants and flowers that makes you feel like being in a little oasis in the middle of Houston. Pool and even hot tub available - access to relaxing in the water throughout entire year! Great location - close to Walmart, HEB, Kroger's, CVS, gym and many more shopping, dining and night out opportunities. Nice and comfortable apartment. Friendly, helpful and responsive management and maintenance. Gated community and security every night!

Property management should take more seriously customers' requests and follow up on customers satisfaction. Water faucets is a serious problem because sometimes it has yellow or orange color as a result of deteriorated piping system.

The Service is amazing Super clean and nice people around And its Animal friendly . There is a nice place to make some BBQ and invite friends . Super safe parking and large space to park and there is a space for bike as well .

I have lived here for about 10 years and I have really enjoyed my time here. The staff from the front office to the maintenance team are very professional and have always been speedy if something needed to be corrected. I feel incredibly safe here and would recommend this location to anyone looking to relocate.
