There were initial delays in background verification process since the systems were being migrated but Marisole from the Leasing Office team helped sort those out. Overall move-in process was smooth any issues listed upfront on the day of move-in were fixed within 24 hours by the maintenance team.

The experience has been wonderful living at Galleria Oaks. We have an excellent maintenance team and they care about the quality of work they provide to all residents. The office staff is always friendly and professional. All the neighbors know each other and we are like family. Galleria Oaks has always kept the property clean and protected. Love calling Galleria Oaks my home.

The property is beautiful! management is attentive, maintenance is fast. A few plumbing issues here and there but overall, I love living here. The area is very walkable, there are a lot of stores nearby. love it

I am a new resident at Galleria Oaks but already feel at home! I rented this apartment site-unseen on an extremely enthusiast recommendation of a resident and some photos. I started the process overwhelmed and very much unsure of my footing. However, the staff have been so patient and helpful! They have supported me every step of the way in all my needs. I find this place to be a rare treasure!

My experience hasn't been my focal issue living in Galloria Oaks Apts. I am interested in an apt that's more modern, with more square feet with a separate bathroom away from the bedroom. I love to cook and my gally kitchen is not enough space to prepare my meals.

Was great when I moved in, but it's just like every other property. They tell you what you want to hear and then you're garbage. This property is a "do as we say, not at we do". Several people are starting to dislike the property after new management has taken over in the office.

When I first toured this property I immediately knew that I wanted to move here. It's so quiet and peaceful. Everyone is very respectful here and the office staff are wonderful. The maintenance team always do an amazing job, they always show up early and do their job well done. It's also very safe here, the property is gated quite well so you always feel secure. Not only is it a great property but it is also located amongst the best places. Everything is very close by from shopping, to groceries, dining, and more. I am very grateful to be a part of this community.

The office and maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly and were at all times happy to answer my questions and clarify further if needed. Also, touring the premises was important to have a feel of the place and other neighbors already living here. The one-bedroom apartment had everything I needed, it was clean, comfy, and felt just safe and nice. Looking forward to a great stay here in Houston Texas!

It's quite friendly, there are many wonderful tenants and employees who are quite respectful and helpful, welcoming the building design and construction makes it feel safe and welcoming, we do still require water waste maintenance.
