Amazing! This is a great apartment complex. I have lived here for 3 years And i have noticed that management and maintenance keep the apartments well managed and well maintained. I definitely recommend !

The community is very quiet. My sleep is hardly ever disturbed despite my apt being near the street. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous and is photoshoot worthy. The front office staff is the nicest I have encountered in the 13 years that I have been in Houston.

Great place to live. Maintenance and Office are very helpful. The apartment complex is beautiful and serene. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The community is very conveniently located near grocery stores, malls and parks.

Great community, beautiful property. Close to entertainment and close to freeway access. The people are quiet and friendly. The staff is great. This property boasts flowers and plants all over and its really beautiful.

Pretty good so far. Very clean community areas. Nice pool and hot tub which is a plus. Gas grills are available. Very Friendly tenants and staff. I definitely look forward to Living here for many years while in Houston.

I have never been happier living anywhere than Galleria Oaks. The staff is helpful and immediately responsive; they keep the property in immaculate shape, even during hurricanes! I feel safe here, and love my neighbors who are a diverse representation of families and folks from all over. I cannot recommend this community more highly.

I've been absolutely impressed by the care, maintenance, and attention the owners, management team, and maintenance folks give to this property and it's tenants. Any issues or concerns(very few) I've had have been addressed and fixed instantly. My A/C went out and was fixed the next morning. Even though it required replacement parts. The landscaping and up keep is awesome. It's not the newest property but they keep it in the very best shape. I am thankful I found this place.

I'm really enjoying it so far! I've only lived here a few weeks, but so far it's been great; staff is attentive and easy to work with, nice maintenance staff, and the grounds are well maintained. I appreciate that the community is quiet and safe, and dog friendly!

Any way you can fix this issue? Small rain and all of the sudden all the ways to the parking lot are flooded. I am pretty sure you are aware of this. Any fix in the short term for this? I ruined my shoes.

Dear Resident, Team Galleria Oaks emphasizes and understands that circumstances and weather conditions can put a damp on our parade. As much as we try our best to make everything perfect, things will happen sometimes that are out of our control. On a brighter note and a happy update, the completion of the Richmond drain system finally came to completion in August 2020. As we understand that when Richmond flooded in the past so did Team Galleria Oaks, and since the completion of the drain system, during the hurricane season we experienced some heavy rainstorms. We are happy to report we have not experienced any ponding water like we did in the walkways or parking garages. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to many more years with you!! We are motivated and inspired by our residents to continue to be great!! Thank you, greatly appreciated!!

I have been here since 2014 and I'm in my 3rd apartment. Community and beautiful and that is what drew me to it. It's so very tropical and resort like. It's like being on a vacation every day. Would recommend to everyone

Galleria oaks is perfectly nested in a quiet area of the uptown Galleria. The office staff, maintenance crew, and residents take pride In this small little community. Although the building is make century, each unit looks to be upgraded with nice features and fixtures. The pool and hot tub are always meticulously clean. The courtyards and landscaping are always kept nice and tidy. The property always looks beautiful with all the landscaping added. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family

I've been here for over 8 years. Many residents stay here a LONG time and only leave when they are ready to buy a house. I would say if you want an affordable safe apartment in the area this is really the only choice. The units are older but the maintenance staff will fix everything FAST.

I just moved in, and already I feel right at home. Neighbors started greeting me almost immediately with great kindness, and even helped me move large furniture when able! Entry to the community is smooth with apps, and parking is monitored and abundant. I could go on and on, but I'm already in love with this community on day 2!

Great experience for past 8 yrs. Quiet and calm living. Staff is always pleasant. However I wish the rent would cap I just cant see paying over 1,000 for a one bedroom. Other than that I love the place

Awesome community to live in. Personal safety has never been an issue. Office staff has always gone above and beyond for all residents regardless of circumstances. The feeling of community in all courtyards is something I have never seen or experienced in any other apartment complex I have ever lived in no matter what city or state. Every one is welcomed here with open arms (except now we all wear masks n gloves just because). I love living here. It is peaceful and quiet in the middle of the big city. I think you will love it too. Welcome to our world.
