This is my very first apartment complex. It's been very peaceful, very clean, and everyone's friendly. Maintenance is always up to date. And the staff are always making sure you're on top of everything whether it be bills, maintenance, everything. I recommend!

I have lived here for about 5 years. Never not once had a problem on any matter. It is peaceful and someone from the office or maintenance are always around to help. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Do not rent on these apartments. The maintenance is bad to nonexistent. The office people are rude. There are cameras everywhere but still there are thieves stealing from cars in the parking lot and even breaking in the apartments. They will charge u $800 “cleaning fees” when u move out no matter if u clean the apartment urself, they will still charge u. Is a bad bad bad experience

This is the best place to live close to everything and also in a very safe area this place feels like home since day 1 that i have lived here all of the neighbors are very friendly and everyone looks out for one another all the time and the pool is nice along with the jacuzzi and sitting areas with barbque pits open to everyone.

When I initially moved in, I ran into a few issues being that this apartment had been vacant for a few weeks (pest, cleanliness) however upon reaching out to the team, I received incredible support! The office really cares about its residents and the staff here goes out of their way to fix any issues at all. I was hesitant to move into multi-property because I'm more of a suburbs guy but my short experience has been nothing but incredible! Highly recommend anybody to live here, the location is perfect to be close to the city and all the great food and activity it offers!

The office staff and maintenance are fantastic. I live in the roof garden and the landscaping is impeccable - it's so nice to come home to greenery while living in an urban area. The apartment, while small (single bedroom), feels like a great value given the care the team has had with upgrading the units.

This complex is great! I love the management and feel safe since it's gated. When there are maintenance issues (not often), they are handled quickly. The apartments are cozy and a good price for the area.

The staff and neighbors made us feel welcome the day we moved in. We can walk to several places we like but driving only takes minutes. The neighbors are so much fun and we always have fun when we meet up. The staff is attentive and friendly-they really love their tenants!

So far, my experience at Galleria Oaks has been great! The front office is incredibly friendly and my move-in was very smooth. The three main reasons I moved into Galleria Oaks were 1) Affordability 2) Location 3) Security. After shopping around I realized that Galleria Oaks has a great price for its location and level of security while also having high-speed internet access so I can work from home. There are surrounding apartments that offer a higher rent but can't seem to get their gates fixed. Meanwhile, Galleria Oaks requires keyed entries at all access points. Some possible downsides to this property are that there is no gym, the dog walking space is limited, and it is an older property so the look is a bit dated. However, there is a 24 hr fitness within walking distance, a dog park a short drive away as well as an empty lot that with patches of grass for your dog, and the appliances all work fine.

When I first moved in everything was fine. But I gradually started hearing alot of noise coming from my upstairs neighbor. She constantly stomps around on the floor,dropping furniture and workout equipment throughout the night and day,works out at all hours of the night with no regard to who lives below her. I've made numerous complaints to the office but nothing has really been done. Having to deal with that on a daily basis has turned my living situation into a nightmare with this neighbor. I feel like the the people in the office could do more about this problem but they choose not to because they don't wanna lose any residents and lose any money coming in. So no I have not had the best experience living here!

I've only been here a few weeks and I don't have any complaints as of yet. One thing that could be an issue is getting takeout and groceries delivered. The property is really secured which can be an inconvenience to your guests.

There's really not enough space to describe how wonderful a place Galleria Oaks is to live. I moved there in the middle of law school to have a quiet haven in which to study, rest and not worry about common landlord issues I had in the past. I got a one bedroom with W/D above the leasing office after learning about the community from a realtor friend. I lived in two units over 6 years; I've never seen such professionalism, kindness, diversity, and beauty in a community. It was idyllic. I studied for the bar there (and passed the first time), I made friends, and I relaxed in the amazing pool year after year. The thing that makes Galleria Oaks so special are the people who work there. They regularly go above and beyond for residents, for the community and for our family members who visit. During hurricanes and storms, they work round the clock. They are available by cell phone (although I never needed to use it); they dealt with the errant arguing couple making a ruckus diplomatically, and they hosted regular food truck raffle events and pool parties. The property is spotless and landscape architects and workers are present weekly (at a minimum) pruning, planting and beautifying. One things I really appreciated about Galleria Oaks that I wasn't sure existed until I lived there was a truly diverse community. My neighbors and I were of different races, nationalities and native languages. Kids and grandparents played at the pool with young singles barbecuing. There were always renovations or improvements happening--the pool was redone in 2016, and the pillars in the garage this last year. The men who work on the grounds are experts at the interior features of the units, and are so kind and helpful. Whenever a strange event occurred or Houston was having a hard time, the staff members were available, responsive, and solution-focused. I really think part of it is that many of the employees live on the property, so they are invested in it; I also really love how the company that owns the complex doesn't run through dozens of property managers like most apartment complex properties do--the staff that works there is consistent, accountable and reliable. I only left because I had an opportunity to buy my first home. Otherwise, I would still be there. I'm so grateful to have lived there for six years--longer than I have lived anywhere else, even as a child.

Ally is amazing she is so pleasant to work with! I have placed few work orders but Douglas was so friendly and fixed my maintenance issues within minutes! Great job to the staff and thanks for making this an awesome place to live! Also, the location is so convenient! Great jump off point to anywhere you want to go in Houston!

Overall it has been a very welcoming community. The only complaint I have is that the pictures I received were of a unit with more modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. As well as the reoccurring roaches issue. This is some thing I could have definitely done without. As many times as pest control comes to my apartment they can never seem to figure out where they come from in my bathroom. Which is very unfortunate. But other than that leasing is very helpful, and does work to get orders completed efficiently.
