A wonderful, really sweet place right across the street from a shopping center and super close to the freeway. Clean and recently updated. Layout is a bit weird since guests need to go through the bedroom in order to get to the bathroom but other than that it's wonderful. Really nice community too and everyone is very friendly!

The office staff is extremely kind and accommodating. They answered all my questions prior to making a decision and were one of the main reasons why I decided to sign a lease here. The community is well kept, like a hidden oasis in Houston. The gardens and facilities are awesome.

Galleria Oaks overall has been an exceptional place to live within the Galleria. The staff and maintenance are always punctual and friendly. They take their job seriously, and are always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. While there has been a fair amount of construction and water disruptions during our time at this apartment complex; It has always been in the name of quality of life improvements. The staff has always been very communicative about timelines of these improvements as well. Overall I love living here.

Love this place once the construction & paint is finished..but Alot of loud people are moving in with no respect or cuth for others. I hope they pipe Down & show some class because it's sad if those types continue to move in our nix apartments

Highly recommend this apartment. This is a clean and very well-maintained apartment complex with lots of greenery and nice amenities. All staffs including maintenance are very friendly and responsive.

Ever since we Move in to this new community back in 2021 stuff & management been keep in up with any work order that we had requested they always in a friendly mood is like we are part of their family.

I came in for location,( everything you'd need is nearby, so you can walk and public transportation is very convenient) stayed for management staff and maintenance team, they do a wonderful job keeping the place safe and clean

I have lived here for 13 years and do not regret one moment. This is the best community I have ever lived in and/or worked with. The staff is phenomenal and like family. Maintenance request was addressed immediately and that is normal here at Galleria Oaks.

It is a great location for my fianc? and I. I am pleased with the security of this apartment complex, including but not limited to, the gate access system, cameras, towing policy, and night time security guard who drives around to make sure residents are safe. We have had some maintenance issues since moving in, however each request was answered promptly and professionally with no further issues.

Amazing location!
I love visiting the area and have highly considered this apartment complex. It’s so close to the galleria, other shopping centers/stores, restaurants. They upkeep the place very well. Management is quick to respond to any inquiry. And they have a working gate for entry. Safety is priority.

Beautiful Complex
This complex is definitely a home away from home. When I often visit my friend I can’t help but enjoy the beautiful scenery. The complex is very well maintained. The upkeep of gardening, trash, patios, painting of the building. Let’s not forget the beautiful pool and the Vegas vibes it gives. This complex always have something going on with the residents, door decorating contest, pool days etc it definitely brings out the spirit and competitive side of tenants for a great prize!!

The Best Place to Call Home ??
I have been living at this apartment for the past few months, and I am extremely happy with my decision to make it my home. Not only is the apartment itself top-notch, with beautiful finishes and a spacious layout, but the staff here are truly what sets it apart. From the moment I moved in, the staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Whether it's answering my questions, helping me with maintenance issues, or just saying hello in the hallway, they always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. But the real highlight for me has been the pool. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day, and the fact that it's just steps from my apartment is an added bonus. Whether I'm lounging on a pool chair, taking a refreshing dip, or hosting a pool party with friends, it's an amenity that I truly appreciate. In addition to the pool and staff, the location of this apartment can't be beat. The Galleria mall and its endless shopping and dining options are just a short walk away, and the area is home to some of the best schools in the city. Plus, with easy access to major roads and public transportation, getting around Houston is a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to call home. The staff, amenities, and location are all top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here.

So worth it
I lived here for 3 years, moved out, and I just had to come back. I love everything about the property. It looks beautiful: the vegetation, the water fountains, the pool, the hot tub. They take really good care of the it all and also your requests. Helpful staff. Excellent location. Can't recommed it enough.

This is. Quite, nice, clean area to live in. The staff are great exspecially Allie. The local food area is plentiful. I love how easy and at home it feels here, almost like a home away from home. Allie made it feel special.

I have lived at Galleria Oaks for 4 years now. Galleria Oaks has been my first home since moving to Houston. Everyone in the office is so polite and makes me feel special everyone I go to the leasing office. All maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to everyone .

Simply Amazing
Over 15 years I’ve lived in (3) one bedroom apartments and a two bedroom, twice (I moved out of town and returned to my old apartment). I love the staff, the maintenance, and the community that is actively built among the residents. My apartments were all super cute and you can’t beat the location. And they are making updates to the apartments that really set them in a luxury status without the higher prices from just down the street. It is a garden oasis with all of the conveniences of living in the city! My only complaint would be the parking but I managed.

I had family who lived at this apt complex, and spending time there with them is ultimately what convinced me to move in. The local community is great, the staff is responsive and available. Maintenance requests are handled pretty much same day, and I've never had any issues. The location is good and close to so many things (even a bus downtown one block over). It's not the fanciest place, and definitely isn't a "luxury" apartment complex, but it's clean, well maintained, and its clear that the management staff take pride in it (they all live on property).

Best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Feels like family, home and peaceful.
Galleria Oaks is a place that you come home to. It’s a community, a safe haven, a spot to enjoy good conversations and relax. I love it here. Been here six years and wouldn’t pick anywhere else. Everybody looks out for everybody.

I have never lived in a complex where I feel at home. Galleria Oaks is my home. The residents and staff are friendly. The complex common areas are kept cleaned and well lit. Work orders are done almost immediately. If there is an issue the leasing office communicates it effectively to us. I feel very lucky to have found this place in the middle of the galleria area.

The office staff is great! They made me feel very welcomed into the community. The overall landscaping of the apartment complex made me fall in love with the place because I love plants. And the apartments have full length mirrors is definitely a plus.
