Stuff is so amazing and fast helping The place looks gorgeous. We have so many stores around walking distance of minute. Very quiet even I live street side never hear noise from outside. Is just adorable ??

it's been okay, Ive had bug problems but they seem to be taken care of now. I believe that for the cost I can be getting alot more for what I pay for example the kitchen utilities can be upgraded and the floor in my apartment isnt the nicest.

Living at Galleria Oaks is being part of wonderful community full of friendly neighbors and a dedicated staff. The grounds are always kept clean, exterior well painted, and the landscaping pristine! You know you've found home the moment you walk in!

The grounds are absolutely exceptional. The staff is warm, receptive, and offers resolutions quickly. This is a fantastic location and exceeds all of our expectations. Safety is always a concern and the property is gated at all access points. Love it here!

It's gorgeous and the office and maintenance staff are amazing. When I had an issue with the shower maintenance came immediately to fix it and I felt very safe in this community. The smell of marijuana is incredibly strong.

I've lived here for several years and have been happy. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. The security has been increased which makes it a safe place to live. They are in the process of painting the exterior which will be nice.

A great and convenient community. The office staff is always so helpful and the residents seem very friendly. The amenities are great! and the busy road out front doesn't disturb the peace and quite you feel here.

Im still absorbing my experience here at Galleria Oaks before I post anything. Overall its been an A. I guess I have to keep typing, which is a bit ridiculous. I should just close this survey, which I had completed twice but for some reason I keep getting them. Hope thats enough now.

This is my first month in Galleria Oaks and I'm pleasantly surprised by the management and maintenance staff. The manager Mary and assistant manager Alie take personal care of the tenants. They are very professional, responsive and sincere in their work. They always seem to help the tenants. The community has strict control on all the gates and has very strict parking policy for the safety of the compound. They park a vehicle with flashing lights near the garage gate during nights and also have a security person on golf cart at night. I'm not sure if he is patrolling every night. The apartments are old but we'll maintained and clean. The ambiance of the community is good with friendly people. Overhaul a satisfying experience so far.

The apt complex is nice but old and the walls are too thin , that's a major issue .Too much noise from the neigbors comes in and also from the streets . It makes it very difficult to sleep and also there is no window in the room

As I have stated before, angela and I beleve your Office and mainreniance staff are very Curtious, timely and Professionl in handling all our requet. Gallera Oaks location is in a great location for all types of shopping with GREAT! reatuartants and coffie shops with outdoor tables at most of them. Angela and I highley recommed Gallery Oaks as a place to live. Pool and Hot Tub is execpationall. Angela and Billy Holstead

I lived here 3 years ago. Didn't know where to move and all I could think was to go back . I can't wait to transfer apartments back to the garden terrace! I love the aesthetic! Blue walls and yellow doors, plenty of room for plants, and this tim I'll have a rock fountain feature

I've only been here a few days and everything's the same as when we came to view. The property is super clean, quiet and has everything we asked for. Love it, honestly. Thank you all for providing real service that reflects all around.

I have been living here since 2018. It is a well-maintained property. They also take great care of the grounds. The office staff always handles requests in a timely manner. They also do community events and have a rewards program.

I feel safe in this community. I like the landscaping here and the hot tub is super nice. Staff has been very helpful and communicative on everything. The mailroom is spotless and all the maintenance request are handled very well and fast.

??I really like to take advantage of the Jacuzzi. I'm here for PT and recovery. I was super lucky with the spot I have and it's awesome they except pets. The complex is large and your location is Key.

For being very close to the downtown area of the fifth largest city in the United States, this apartment complex is very quiet. The office staff is very responsive and neighbors are very friendly. Many have pets, but their pets seem to be very well taken care of and quiet.

Love my apartment. The staff is wonderful & very helpful. My neighbor upstairs is inconsiderate of music & drills & lots of noise some nights all night long and hopeful it will stop. I wish we had more of a dog park.

I don’t recommend to move it to Galleria Oaks property is not safe my 2 cars was vandalized and they didn’t take it serious, people stay late at the pool making noise. They try to overcharged you for everything once you moves out.

The staff is great here. Maintenance crew is awesome, they do a great job in a timely manner. Many of my neighbors are like my family, we all seem to look out for each other to maintain a safe environment.

This is a great opportunity to live here and meet people. Go Swimming In the Summer and having fun. And inviting others to do things you want an enjoy making friends getting to know one of another being courtesy to others.

Great staff and friendly neighbors. Amazing maintenance service and great amenities. Jacuzzi and pool all year round. W/D in some units or there is a laundry mat on site. Staff also does fun events for the residents.
