I thought this place was going to be great but the customer service from the attendants in the front is horrible. Especially the heavy set lady with the glasses i believe her name is Caroline. He office is to the left when you walk in. She is passive aggressive, snarky, and rude. When they messed up on the painting of my room and failed to reach out to me in a timely manner her excuse was she was on vacation. I'm sorry but I do not care if you were on vacation my paper work needs to be in line. Your co-worker and yourself needs training if simple tasks as these can't be follow. I hope her boss will have a chat with her, because i sure am.

Management changes seems like quarterly. Maintenance was excellent when I first moved into the apt but since lacked in all capabilities of completing jobs. Poor service. I'm still waiting to get service orders completed.

The staff is really nice, and helpful. When I have time I love to spend time in the pool. Everything looks clean, and when I had services requested. They attended it very quick, also the staff have nice activities for the community

It's a little pricey for a small 1 bedroom apartment but overall it's a beautiful community with wonderful management. I just wish there was valet trash! Or another trash station. We live in the building all the way in the back right corner and the trash is all the way in the back left corner of the complex. I do love, however, the fact that there is a recycling bin, a car port to wash your car/pets, and a dog park! So cute. And the gym is sooooo up to date and spacious! Love it!

Awesome! Enjoy the complex. The mataience crew awesome. They are always on top of their work. I love the interior of our apartment and attentive office staff! Only thing I hate is having to drive my trash to the compost.

Very quiet complex in a great location. I love having so many dining and shopping options nearby. The grounds are well kept. The fitness area is very clean and have most of the equipment needed for a good workout. The pool area is very nice. I was surprised to learn that they have a space to wash and vacuum your car. Very happy with my decision to move here.

So far, this community is nice. No fuss people, good team and clean apartments. I have been living here for 2 months now and I don't find common problems reported like trash compactor not working etc.

It's okay... I'm not happy with the pest control. I've only been here a few months and I've seen way too many roaches. Yuck! I have the apt sprayed every month and it's still a issue. For the rent I pay to live here I DO NOT WANT TO SEE ANY BUGS/DISGUSTING ROACHES IN MY APT.

Pros -Apartment complex units are well maintained and the interior looks good. Swimming pool is clean. Gate and doors are need accesses to get in. I would rate this place 8 out of 10. Cons:Single unit 655sqft is very small and no storage comes with the apartment. You have to pay for storage. Garbage is compact that is good but its all the way in the back of the apartment complex.

Moved recently. So far so good. Apartments are well maintained. Enough parking spaces. Good locality. Just the trash bins are far away from the apartment. The gates take some time to open if using the key pad to enter.

It's a quiet and mostly clean community. The trash was building up for a while outside of the trash compactor and that was a problem for me. I parked right by the compactor and it smelled and didn't make the apartment complex look its best.

It has been nice. The community is very quiet and safe. I live alone so safety was an important factor to me. The location is great to meet friends and do shopping. I would suggest the apartments offer more to residents, such as rent specials when we renew, and activities for residents to mingle more. Great place to live overall.

I would give this piece of crap 0 stars if I could. I cant say enough about how CRAP this place is. Seriously, go live in a cardboard box, it would be nicer and leak just as much when it rains. Our apartment got to where there was mold and mildew from when it rained, because the windows leaked ALL THE TIME and they never fixed it, despite multiple maintenance requests. Whenever there's a maintenance problem, they just ignore it or half --- fix it. The office staff are the worst human beings in the world, esp the manager. she even said she wouldn't live here to me before and questioned why I did when I moved out. Seriously - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You've been warned!

Very nice, safe little community with a trendy vibe. The amenities are nice and the staff is friendly. This is a nice place for those wanting a city feel without the city traffic. I have enjoyed living here

This has been the best apartment that I have lived at so far. The apartments are priced well for the area and are very modern. The community is very nice and quiet. Maintenence is on point and usually responds within 1-2 days.

This is a waste of time. People don't have time to sit and fill out a survey and thenstupid website won't let you finish without it. You guys ask all these questions like you care about customer service but people very rarely answer the phone at the office or return your calls when you try and ask any questions. What's the point?

Pleasant as of so far. Residents need to be aware of trash being put in the dumpsters instead of the in the stairwells or left in the parking lot. Minimal complaints as of so far. Great location for everything

My experience at the Retreat at the Vintage has been for the most part a positive one. The clubhouse facilities are very nice and there is a very well equipped workout room as well as a very large swimming pool that is well maintained.

My experience has been mostly positive however as of recently I've been disappointed with the office staff, maintenance and pest control. The office staff can sometimes be rude or snarky. I put in a maintenance request to come fix a problem with a mouse and absolutely nothing has changed. I'm cautious to put it another service request for a different issue because I don't think it will be properly looked at. I pay a lot of money to live here and recently I don't feel like my money is serving me. There has also been a recent string of break ins and I haven't seen of or heard of any preventative measures that are being put into place to prevent this from continually happening.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE TO LIVE IN YOUR APARTMENT SEARCH!!!!! You've seen the bad reviews and been warned and please don't take these lightly. This is one of THE MOST outrageously priced apartment communities in the area. Please trust me when I tell you that it is not even almost worth it. I moved in late June and have had problems since I've been here. To begin, the apartments are poorly structured. You can hear every. single. thing. through these walls. I've never met my immediate neighbors (not even seen them through passing in the hallways), but I can probably tell you more about their life then you would need to know. One has a newborn baby (congrats!) and the others are a young couple with infidelity issues that i occasionally get woken up by all hours of the night. When your neighbors arrive home or leave you are made aware as every apartment in that hallway are because your door shakes and makes a slamming noice with theirs. The first few times, and even now (after 5 months) it scares me so bad I almost have to go into complete burglary alert. It sounds as if someone is about to intrude on your home. ***"Trash compactor". I urge you to ask about the trash fees that you ARE REQUIRED TO PAY ON A MONTHLY bases to "maintain" a trash compactor that rarely works. If you search "RETREAT AT VINTAGE PARK" you'll see the trash issues that we commonly deal with. Typically when you associate trash fees with rent on an apartment it's for "Valet trash". They do NOT OFFER ANY SORT OF VALET TRASH!!!!! Residents here (including myself) have to load up their trash in the back of their vehicles (4-5 times a week) and drive it to the compactor. THE ONE COMPACTOR THAT THEY HAVE ON SITE. I live the furthest away from the compactor so as you may assume, doing this duty is often more of a chore rather than a convenience EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY TRASH FEES EACH MONTH. The compactor RARELY does its job entirely, so you find yourself in a WAR OF TETRIS stacking your trash on top of others outside of the compactor. The wifi that they so proudly advertise on the tour in the amenities doesn't work and only works when in their office. Not the gym and most certainly not the pool. Now everything I've mentioned seems manageable, something you may be able to adjust to. But to get to the ACTUAL problem of living here. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM, which, when I say team, I mean strictly ONE PERSON. One person that provides maintenance to the ENTIRE community is untrustworthy, argumentative, filthy, LAZY, and extremely unfit for the position. I've put in several maintenance request, which then, he will come in the apartment and write back "checked, but nothing there". My garbage disposal, a strange odor coming out of my restroom and lastly A LIGHTBULB. Lightbulbs typically work one of two ways, either the do or they don't. My last maintenance request that is leading to the cancellation of my lease has been the most traumatic invasion of my privacy I have ever experienced. It started with me putting in a work order for my "hanging lights". Which in a one bedroom, in my current layout, can only be characterized by the hanging lights "in my kitchen". But since I didn't write "HANGING LIGHTS IN KITCHEN", that gave him the right to walk around my ENTIRE apartment, with dog poop on his shoes. WITHOUT FIXING THE LIGHTBULB CLAIMING THAT IT WORKED and that he was looking for additional hanging lights? I will include pictures if allowed on this website and if not will be uploaded wherever I can upload pictures. Once I spoke with the front office about this, they sent him (their only maintenance) back into my home to argue with me about him missing a LIGHTBULB that was obviously out and the fact that he'd unknowingly tracked dog poop around my house into areas that he didn't belong. He went down the hallway into my restroom and to my closet to find the ONE HANGING LIGHTBULB that was out in my kitchen. Once I took the "Management team" pictures and videos of the incident there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. Stating that they weren't sure why he was in the areas of the house where he was not permitted. I left in an outrage demanding that they come clean up the dog poop tracked through my home and never allow the maintenance "MAN" in my home again. He has completely violated any trust that he was given and I feel unsafe here. I'm unsure of what he was doing creeping around my home and have been provided ZERO clarity about the situation. The manager PATRICIA said there is nothing she can do about time feeling uncomfortable and unsafe in my home. This has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE overall. And now, they have begun ignoring my calls to the office. I can't get in touch with them and unfortunately cannot make it into the office as my work hours are THE EXACT SAME AS THEIRS. Once you become a resident you will notice that your calls are never answered and you feel neglected. This is because they have caller ID and see a name and avoid the call.

The apartment is cozy, but The noise levels in the apartments are extremely high. Some of the staff members are not very friendly, that makes de community not feel very welcoming. Other apartment complexes strive to prepare community events and things to bring the people together, this one does not.

I've only lived here for a few months and there have been at least 4 apartments broken into. In addition, there were also several cars broken into with their wheels and tires stolen. We received a notification via email when the cars were broken into but are yet to have an official response on the recent home insvasions nor do we see anything done to solve the issue security cameras etc. If it weren't for the residents bringing it up and especially the people that walk their dogs and talk to each other none of would know what's going on around here. Beware of these serious issues and hopefully management finally comes around to be sure residents are aware of what's currently happening. The grounds are nice with a great location. It's a shame there is a major la k of communication with the management and its residents. Not to mention the lack of any preventive measures.
