The apartments are great inside but the walls are very thin so you can hear almost everything the neighbors are doing on the other side of the wall. This is also a lot of dog feces throughout the complex that doesn't get picked up nearly as much as it should.

Great. Everything has been prompt clean and up to my satisfaction. The people have been great too. I have received service timely and the folks in the office are always ready to help. I have no issues currently and enjoying my stay at the retreat.

Not a very good experience since moving in 11/2016. We have had to put in several requests about ants probably over 7 or 8. As of today, we had ants over the weekend again. My overall experience on a scale of 1-10 is a 2. I would never refer anyone to this apartment complex. Beautiful property, but has issues for instance only one trash dumpster for over 200 apartment units.

Overall a nice apartment complex, but a little on the pricey side. I'm moving out when my lease ends so I can live somewhere that costs significantly less for comparable quality. Office staff is usually very professional, but only one or two people know how to do most of the things I would need, so I would have to wait until they were in the office

I had a bad first impression with management the first day I moved in. They were supposed to open at 10:00 but didn't show up until almost 10:30. Me and two other people were outside waiting. Once I finally sat down with management everything was rushed. There was no welcome packet and had to figure things out on my own. Overall the apartments are nice and I have no problems with noise.

Beautiful property with easy access to great restaurants and shopping. Apartments are reasonably priced and beautiful on the inside. Would recommend to family, friends or colleagues. Wouldn't mind seeing some improvements to the trash situation and the dog waste stations to be filled with waste pick up bags in a timely manner.

People keep to themselves, pretty chill place, the gym is cool, pool is hit or miss but clean, the trash piles up out side on weekends that's a draw back. The mail person mixes things up from time to time.

Overall a nice place to live. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Very convenient. The main issue is the trash, most weekends it's full and people leave their trash on the sidewalk in front of the compactor.

Great environment I believe you pay for the surrounding area, that being living across the street from Vintage Park that offers a variety of dining options and stores for our convenience as well as the amenities of the apartment complex.

The Retreat at Vintage Park community has made my moving experience a great one! Relocated to the area and I have felt nothing but safe and welcomed within this community. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and I look forward to continue to be apart of an amazing complex!

The experience at this community is positive. The location is very good, and there is no burglary here, and the maintenance requests are done quickly. Although security could be improved, the overall experience at this community here is good.

The absolute worst management company on earth, they are a disgrace to the property management industry. Crooked, spiteful, disrespectful, and out to steal peoples money (I have personally witnessed this in the office many times with many residents being screwed over with move out charges and getting no refunds losing their deposits etc currently happening to me with another MAA property). I would never recommend any MAA property in the city of Houston to anyone I know. Retreat at vintage park apartments are not built well at all and trash overflow is constantly a problem because of lazy maintenance people who don't want to come in on the weekends to pick up the trash as they have said many times. --------- is disgusting, snarky and rude. The only good thing left about retreat is --------. Hopefully she finds another job soon where her work is appreciated. AVOID this property and save your money, there's nothing about it that's worth it.

Apartment itself is pretty great, as well as the gym and pool areas. All are well maintained and high quality. Plenty of parking. Community recycling bin always seems to be full. If you're facing Vintage Park, you can hear the music coming from there on Fridays and Saturdays, but it's not too bad.

Dont move in these apartments the rent is high but the trash stay out of the compactors and when call to complain they give you false hope, they never fix anything and have excuses for everything, alot of people are moving out and i cant wait to my lease is up to OUT!!!!

Love the location, pool and recreation/office room. The gym could use more equipment and there were a few damages in the apartment that made moving in difficult like the shower rod has fallen down daily and actually hit us on the head.

It has been great living in the apartments. The atmosphere is great. I love being able to walk right across the street to restaurants, shops and bars. The people that work at the front office are very helpful and the maintenance staff is fast if anything needs to be done.

The apartment community is nicely maintained. Pool area is very nice and clean. I was lucky to get an attached garage but Parking has not been an issue. Location is awesome, literally steps away from food, nitelife and shopping. The only negative is that the trash receptacles are too far away.

We feel very safe and secure the people are friendly. The whole complex has been well maintained and clean. We enjoy having our pet and the staff do their best to make sure people pick up after their animals bags are provided as well as drop containers.

I just moved in. Overall experience has been a good one. I had a severe allergic reaction to the carpet. The office arranged for another steam cleaning to accommodate which was nice. The only downfall I've faced so far is a noisy neighbor downstairs, the trash compactor being very full and the gate code seems to not work when I have guests. Other than those, the initial complex is great and fantastic location with a friendly staff.

Very satisfied. Some loud neighbors but the apartment and complex is great. Front office staff very helpful and nice. New system of signing out for packages is very good and should be kept throughout the year

The apartment is really nice and cute, a little overpriced but understandable for the area. The maintenance and manager however are TERRIBLE. Maintenance half asses all their work and gets an attitude. Manager is never there and never answers calls or emails

I have loved it. My only issue is cleanliness of stairwells and fellow residents not knowing how to use the trash compactor. I wish people would read their emails and follow directions while respecting their fellow renters.

I'm a prospective renter that currently works in the multi family home industry looking to relocate with boyfriend to the beautiful Vintage Park area. My boyfriend seemed very interested in this community so we decided to stop by one Sunday. I am not sure if it was one person there, but I just did not get a good vibe from this community. The woman in the leasing office did not have any one with her but took awhile to acknowledge us. It was now May and we did not want to move in until mid August. She called us into her office and did not even stand up to bring us in. We stood there awkwardly at her desk without being offered a seat she asked when we wanted to move in. I told her August and she immediately went into a long rant explaining why they don't have August availability just yet because of their 60 day notice policy. Little does she know I fully understand this policy. Her rant was so long I literally had to interrrupt her and tell her we were leaving. In the end, we decided to lease at one of her newer competitors. If the leasing agent would have at least asked more questions we could've told her maybe our move in date is flexible or it would've been nice if she would've taken out the time to say I do not have availability for that time period, but I can give you current pricing so you can have an idea. I rated noise and maintenance 5 stars because I am not a current resident.

So friendly and nice ! Very clean and dog friendly ! The staff is great and always helpful! We love our apartment will for sure sign another lease when we can ! Thank you so much for the great apartment !

It was okay, trash was a big chore/mess and monthly charge was over owners are nasty and let poo everywere..... then my aparyment had a leak in wall took them forever to realize the work was to much amd left me basicly homless due to mold and "repairs"
