I enjoy the pool and the nice neighborhood, as well as the interior. Management is not great with getting things done in a timely manner. The gate has been broken for 6+months with no intent to fix so that is frustrating.

We have been very happy living in this community. Office Personnel are very nice and respond quickly. The maintenance staff is very prompt, friendly and very easy to deal with. I'd recommend the community to anyone.

Great experience moving. Staff on hand was very informative while conducting my tour of the complex. The leasing process was smooth and simple. Location is great and the apartment is well maintained. Quiet area, especially for its location. Will recommend to others who may desire an apartment.

Property seems to be safe. Use to see security guards walking around but never see them anymore. Overall this property has been a nice place to live. Quiet and love the location. Close to shops, restaurants and grocery.

It's pretty quiet for the most part. I've only been here for 6 months. The gym and the pool are nice. They only issue with the community that I've seen is that there are always issues with the gates. I've only seen one car that got its wheels stolen.

My experience in this community has been very good, there is cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas, I live in absolute peace, my neighbors do not make noise and are respectful. I like the apartment, it is cozy , it has everything I need, the truth is I fell calm and comfortable living here .

Awesome Community

I have been a resident of this community for 6 years. It has always been a great place to live and great location. The complex is in a great location with many places to eat and shop. What I have noticed is that there have been some negative comments about staff and the Complex. To those that are reading these reviews don't read too much into them, as they always seem to come from those that do not follow the rules. To the Indvidual "Let's make this short and sweet" well it was not...... unless you have worked in customer service you cannot make everyone happy, and you were never going to be happy no matter what the outcome could have been. To the person "three2one" you cannot complain if you do not follow the rules. The roaches never had an issue here, so you must have brought them with you. Finally, the staff is Awesome Tamir, Dayana, Michaël Alex and Sam thank you for all that you do!!!! This would not be a great place to live if you guys were not here. Ac

Let me make this as short & sweet as possible 9 months I have been here. Moved into an unsanitary apartment. I mean gross. Urine on my toilets, food in cabinets and pet feces in closet. (Of course I sent pics when I picked up keys.) Just an apology! Gnats were/are absolutely ridiculous? Simply out of control. I've had several inspectors out they all say my drains need to be changed. And my neighbors trash on his porch/deck was the problem! Nothing has been done. Just last weekend I called for them to come out because I knew I was having out of town guest arrive Wednesday of this week. Inspectors come on Thursday. Thursday when they didn't come I called the office. Long story short I was missed and advised I would be put on the schedule for next week. I said well that's pointless my guest arrive Wednesday. She said well you don't want them to still come. Why would I want inspectors spraying around my house while I have guest? That's just tacky to me and inconvenience. I am on my 3rd or is it refrigerator #4. Prior to me getting this last one my refrigerator remained broken for an entire month. My water and ice dispenser does not work. So it is not an issue for them since that's all it was/is. My refrigerator is still broken and when I called they told me a lot of people have the same problem they just deal with it. I have a 2 bed 2 bath. 1 of my bathrooms back up quite often. 1 time I had to call around Thanksgiving I think it was, but the office was open. Again family from out of town were in. I was told it was not an emergency because I have 2. Don't I pay for 2, as I do a working refrigerator as I should have arrived from another state into a clean apartment and not be dealing with gnats 24/7. I hate to call the office, it's pointless. Nothing is ever resolved. The solution is we will just let you break your lease since you are unhappy! I would be happy if I was getting what I pay for on time every month. Doesn't that make sense? I don't think that's asking for too much. So how I'm just trying to purchase me a home otherwise I would have been moved. I pay 1700 for an apartment with a broken refrigerator, half *** toilets, filthy drains(did I mention the blond hair in them) when I moved here and still I.e the same drains that I have been advised need to be cleaned/replaced! Oh and let's not talk about the nuisance neighbor is walks, screams, curses all night long up and down the halls. They have finally evicted him. But he still is on the problem. Repeatedly the police have came and the staff has said he is not dangerous! How do you know that?!? Obviously something is wrong with him. 1 time he told the police that he hears voices. 3 of my neighbors have moved. Many of us are scared of him because you just don't know what he is capable of. I even sent them video footage several times from my Ring camera. I was literally staying up all night because that's when he roamed because I was so scared. It's a lot to that long story. I'll just say too many times people with mental issues go unnoticed or not addressed and innocent people have to pay for it with their lives. I really could go on & on. But that's enough for me.

This has been the worst apartments I have stayed in due to the office staff. I've had issues concerning inside of the unit, and it was completed disregarded and ignored. A simple maintenance request regarding mold, and potential bad pipes kept getting denied for no significant reason. The unit has underlying issues that needs to be checked before their next residents.

honestly, so far i have no complaints except the process of changing units. i asked the complex about upgrading my unit at the end of my lease and they request another complete background / credit check just to move to another apartment unit in the same complex.

Great location. Bring a plunger, toilets frequently back up. Walls are thin but being in the military all my life prepared me for that. I'm on the end next to the stairs, I can hear people using the stairs. When my upstairs neighbor flushes their toilet I can hear it. I've lived in a lot of worse places and conditions. Other than that I like this place.

The apartments have generally been nice to live in, with the exception of noisy neighbors and trash around the hallways and parking lot, which is also due to bad neighbors. The front office staff have been nice and helpful in any interactions we've had with them. The maintenance team is stellar, they work very hard and fix things super quick. Our apartment has been comfortable to live in and we haven't run into any major problems that management hasn't been able to help us with.

It's always been great and the entire property is always improving. They improved an already nice pool area, the grounds are always nice and they repainted the entire complex when it probably could have been put off without noticing. Upkeep is the better part of maintenance.

All aspects of this community have been in a steady decline, especially the management. Gates are routinely broken. Appliances and bathrooms are in serious need of upgrades. Noise rules are not enforced. Parking on weekends is difficult because of the volume of friend "stayovers". We all have enough stress in our work environment and would expect to be able to relaxe in our home. Not so at MAA Vintage Park anympore. Was the name change purely to disassociate with the bad reviews online?
