the team is great, very perfectional. wasn't force full when persuading us to get the apartment like others in the area. neighbors are super nice and welcoming, no major issue so far. there is a small pest problem but nothing to detour you away

I moved here with my children. I wish there were more children for mine to play with. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even the residents are nice. The apartments are spacious. I like living so close to stores as well.

I can't say enough about the great, welcoming staff. They worked with me to get all my needs met, everything from getting me into my apartment fast and getting me the 2 garages that I needed to store all my things. I mainly worked with Kelcey but all the staff were very welcoming.

Everything was perfect from moment I entered the office Shannon made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained everything fully and answered all questions I had. I was a little nervous moving out of state but she helped ease the process tremendously. The entire team is excellent !!

Great place to live, I would recommend this apartment complex. I've never had any issues and the staff are all friendly. Maintenance is done pretty quick after they receive your request. Over all a really great community

Great service! The leading agent was kind and very helpful. My move in was quick and the apartment was ready and clean! I had a problem with my patio door and I reported it and the maintenance fixed it right away. I met my neighbors who were nice and friendly.

Wonderful apartment, community and staff. Highly recommend. Don't miss the community events! The pool is a great place to cool off and meet new people or visit friends. The landscape is very pleasant. The people that run Retreat at Vintage Park are so great, shout out to Kelcey and Shannon! Best apartment I've been apart of in Houston.

i have enjoyed my apartment at the Retreat, i have not had any issues at all. I love my place its so close to everything there so much to do there. An the Staff is phenomenal there always so nice and actually say hi and know who you are. I keep to myself and the neighbors are friendly. would definitely recommend to anyone

Everyone is friendly and quiet. The facility is well kept and clean. My apartment is large and beautiful. The gym and pool are awesome and never overcrowded. I love it here and am happy with my choice of apartments.

My family and i just moved in but we already feel very welcome. The surrounding areas are amazing, very family friendly, we love the amenities thatt are available. The gym is immaculately clean, and the staff is very helpful and willing to work the extra mile for your comfort.

Great apt community. Constant communication between residents and management. Dog parks stay relatively clean - the filthiness is usually caused by residents who refuse to clean up. This puts stress on the maintenance system - but they manage well. Courtesy officers patrol the community as well. Great pool and amenities- if you find the time in your busy life, it is def worth checking out.

Work orders are submitted promptly, good transition apartment community. The area is nice and there is plenty to do. I also appreciate that there is plenty of parking space. Ask for the management to spray often though, I've run into some huge spiders that I could have done without!

Good. No complaints. Good management team. Apartments are modern and workout facilities offered. Very convenient to my work and freeway access to other parts of town. Management offers various events for tenants to participate in to add festivities.

I just moved in 12/22/2018 I really can't answer all the questions properly I just moved in 3 days ago. But I do know that when I took a walk around the grounds I saw large amounts of Dog Poo!! around towards the pool area. Had to Dodge alot in different areas .

Not a good start. Not very happy here. I would not recommend this complex. Took a long time to get appliances replaced that was cockroach infested. Had to tell them I'm getting ready to csll health Dept.

Easy move in and no waiting. Common areas are nice and well kept. Great staff! Always eager to help. Recycling and garbage is close walking distance. Have a great view from the 3rd floor. Haven't heard much noise from neighbors.
