The community is awesome. The area is amazing, walking distance to Vintage Park shopping centre. Quite community, safe place. The staff is great, always willing to help you. Amenities, floorplans, and apartments features are great.

The experience of this community is great, when it comes to the staff able to talk to them if i need service done, when I have a question about something, and also the security they provide to assure the safety of their residents. I'm able to come back home to feeling safe and not have to worry about anything happening to my vehicles, packages, and also overall my own apartment. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family, just how my own family recommended these apartments to me beginning of this year.

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. Dog poo and bugs *everywhere*, break-ins are common, the leasing staff are full of empty promises, there is only one dumpster in the entire complex, the apartments themselves were not built well, the community is super disruptive and cares as little about your wellbeing as the staff. The parent company doesn't care about your complaints either, don't even bother.

Staff is always polite and respectful. It is a very quiet and well kept community. However I am concern about the recent break-ins happening recently. It is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

I have enjoyed my time here at Retreat. Management is very polite and professional. Maintenance is done on a timely basis and with expert knowledge. I appreciate the way the management cares about the renters

The team was more than helpful. The move in was quick, easy and smooth. We only had 2 weekends to move from Dallas to Houston and Giovanni made sure we had everything we needed before we came down on the second weekend. We almost didn't make it and he even offered to stay until we got there. It was definitely the easiest move in we've ever had, and we we're veterans so we have moved A LOT!

The community is well balanced. It's clean and things are attended to in a very timely manner. The gym is fine. It's certainly not the greatest, but it gets the job done and it's open 24 hours. The pool is truly a resort style

Excellent. I only wish there was a place for my bike that was free. Even a bike rack. I can't carry my bike up 3 flights of stairs and I don't want to pay for storage. Please consider a community bike storage room free for residents

Very pet friendly, kitchen appliances and countertops pristine and modern, quick to react maintenance personnel, friendly leasing agent and maintenance staff, very secure premises and ample security measures in units and surrounding community.

No communication with anyone there. Overload on trash is one thing I don't like. A few times cars were stolen so some crime in the area. Sometimes noisy people in garages in their vehicles. The main thing is high rent at the retreat.

Good Location. Easy to get to freeway. Grocery store near by. Can walk to Shopping center across street. Has exercise room. Pets allowed. Gate needs to be fixed , always broken. Need security. Need cameras through out complex.

Great clean community and near many shopping centers. The Willowbrook mall is right down the road. Whole Foods and HEB are real close. Vintage park is right across the street. I enjoy the food trucks that come and the gym.

Move-in was extremely smooth at The Retreat Vintage Park! Giovani was extremely patient throughout my many questions and concerns. Previous to move-in there was a problem out of the leasing offices' control and it was handled with wonderful professionalism and communication. I am so grateful they worked with me on apartment location and price!

I love everything about the apartment. The location is great. The pool and dog park are perfect additions. I love how many dog stands there are so I can clean up after my dog and not carrying the poop bag around.

Retreat at Vintage Park is a lovely place to live. Over the six years I have lived here the entire staff has been wonderful to me. I have absolutely no complaints!! It's a 5 Star Apartment Complex!!!!!

Great community, close to several grocery stores and restaurants, playground is good for kids, actually has things they enjoy, just wish we had more than just one trash compactor. Safe place to live, the pub can be loud on the weekends no matter what side you live on but otherwise, everything is good

This is my first apartment that I've ever lived in alone and I feel super safe. There's also plenty of parking, which is nice. It's a great location, great staff, great maintenance people and a great place to live! I love it soooo much. I would recommend to anyone looking to live in this area ??

Very nice community and satff, I'm very satisfied and love the community. I would love to stay in the community. The apartment was nicer than I thought it would be, however I've had a great experience and I love it here.

It's great so far. I've been here 3 days and it's been nice. I've had power the entire time we have been in the winter storm as well. It's close enough fir me to walk places if I want and I like that.

I am very disappointed in my experience at the Retreat at Vintage Park. There is no regard for resident safety. The staff was not helpful in getting any answers when trying to solve the problem at hand.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Website is not user friendly but don't let that stop you from checking this place out. the resident portal is super user friendly and makes apartment living a breeze, apartments are set up Sith smart home features.

I like the comfort and functionality of my apartment. The management staff is also very successful in communication and solving problems. The location is very good; Vintage Park shopping and dining areas are perfect.

All good , no problems everyone was professional and friendly , pool security could be improved often people were in the pool way after closing and rarely did anyone check fir our wrist bracelets other then that all good

Very pleased with the apartment complex, management and maintenance. The grounds are kept nice, it is very close and easy access to the highway, vintage park is just across street cat can just walk there. I am very pleased here and can call home.
