This property came highly recommended by another resident. We went today for a tour and it was a disheartening experience I begin to think maybe I was at the wrong complex. We sat in the lobby and no one came to greet us. Eventually a young lady came from the side door and asked if we were there to view apartments. We said yes and she left. A few moments later I decided to get up and peek my head around the corner. I then asked of we were supposed to come into the office. She said "Yes." She didn't introduce herself, she didn't ask our names, she didn't greet us, nor did she make us feel welcomed. She asked for our ID's walked us to the model. Took us back to the office and gave us back our ID's. She didn't give us a tour of the property, didn't show us the gym, pool, business center.....:NOTHING!!! For once in my adult life I actually felt what discrimination and biased business practices felt like. I was so disgusted by her blatant behavior I was at a loss for words. At the end of the day, I left feeling angry, hurt, violated, and shamed. As a matter of fact, the racism was so obvious she didn't offer us an application, give us a business card, or her name. Beautiful property by employees "ugly" souls! I will give bad scores because she didn't have the common courtesy to hide the way she felt about minorities. Therefore we didn't receive a tour. We discussed possibly going back and asking for a formal tour because we've eyed this propert for almost a year. However, when employees behave this way, most managers are aware and surely encourage this type of behavior.

Well managed property. Community is maintained and attempts to keep property clean are consistent. Good location for residents to shop and be entertained. Definitely would recommend the property to a friend.

Nice apartment community, very well appointed. The pool in particular is spectacular. There is decent parking and the neighbors have been very nice. The area is great; particularly being so close to Vintage Park. Well placed for access to the highway and to local dining, groceries, dry cleaning, etc.

All the staff members I've been in contact with during the move-in process have been fantastic, easy to communicate with, and have made me feel very much at home. My only negative comment is the condition of the apartment I moved into. I could immediately tell there had been a dog living here when I walked in (I've lived with dogs my entire life, so even though the apartment didn't smell bad, I could tell it still had the smell of an dog), and there was LOTS of dog fur along the edges of the carpet. The apartment itself wasn't very clean, but nowhere near filthy. It was disappointing to see lots of poor paint jobs (sloppy lines, painted over dust/dirt, spots on the wood in the bathroom and kitchen). The bathroom floor was pretty dirty, along with the shelves in the closet. But again, these things are really nit-picky, and other than the dog fur I expected most of these type of things when I moved in. The only reason I've noted them here is because I was told a 'professional' cleaning crew serviced the apartments between tenants. Either there was no cleaning crew, or they weren't very professional :P But overall, a great experience, and I'm very glad to be living here as my first apartment!

ALL is ver y good, the address is very close to the shoppings, markets. Is very easy to access the expressway and the neighbors is very grates! The pool is fantastic and the gym is very completo for make exercise! The trash is a little far but is good for walking

Best community I have lived in so far. The team is great and they get things done. This is the community to live at in Vintage Park! They are always doing fun resident events and have even had some food trucks out there before!

The neighborhood is amazing, the staff is very nice and they're always there to help. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. I am in love with my apartment is very beautiful and is in excellent condition. I totally recommend this community.

Its a great apartment, and located next to possibly any store you can think of, such as HEB, Willowbrook Mall, and the Vintage Park. I feel safe, and that is really important to me. I never worry about parking far, because there are tons of parking spaces. I also don't have trouble with any of my neighbors. A minor complaint that I have is that there are some times people at the pool really late at night, who do get really loud. But other than that, I think the apartment is perfect. It of course has some minor maintenance issues, but I always get it fixed less than a week.

So far I think this is a great community to live in. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The amenities are great and very well kept. My apartment is also very nice, I love the size of my closet. All in all I know I will definitely enjoy living here.

The community is fine and the staff is nice, but they could do more diligence before handing over an apartment. Just because the complex is new doesn't mean that the apartments can just be handed over without some replacements of damaged things.

I have never been happier with our choice to live at the Retreat at Vintage Park. It is walking distance from grocery stores, clothing stores, clubs, and nice dinning opportunities. The office staff and maintenance staff are just amazings

Great location, great staff and rarely any maintenance issues. But parking is often a problem. The lighting at night could be better and more pet waste stations are needed. Although many pet owners don't clean up after their dogs, the staff does a great job of keeping the grass clean.

my experience has been great so far. i just wish that the walls was not so thin that you cant hear each step that the upstairs neigbors take. also i located right my the stairs my bedroom so each time that people go up and down the stairs i can hear them. i realy wish there was somthing that could be done about it. the mangment team before told me that they where going to look in to it. but each time i would ask there was no answer.

The ladies in the office went above and beyond to make sure my move in was as easy as possible. Patricia was awesome , Brooklyn went above and beyond when ever I needed anything . Also the other two ladies were always very helpful I forgot there names sorry. Only problem is the other tenants picking up after them selves.

Very friendly staff in the leasing office; always very helpful and quick to respond. Apartment was ready for me upon move in and any requests I had for maintenance or otherwise were appropriately responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

I give this apartment 0 freaking stars. This was by far the worst apartment situation I have ever experienced. The construction is crap and if it rains the place floods! Water seriously poured in from the top of the window from the first month we lived there until we finally moved out. Walls are pretty much made out of cardboard. Seriously, there was mold on the freaking walls! And dont EVEN try to place a maintenance request because by the time they get to it, they dont even fix the problem; they pretty much just half --- therepairs. The management was the worst part of the experience! The manager and all the staff are the rudest people you will ever deal with. They seriously ignore you and pretty much look for any way they can to just get more money from you. Dont even bother filling out the move in forms, they will just charge you for whatever is wrong when you move in anyway when it comes time to move out! Do yourself a favor and just rent a cardboard box - its cheaper and it leaks just as much when it rains!

The Retreat is a great apartment in the vintage area! The staff is great and the maitenance team is always helpful! The pool is always clean and they just added a new grill area by the playground! It really is like living at a "retreat"! Did I mention the staff is amazing..! Definitely worth seeing in person!

I really love my apartment, but I have to say some of the resident's do not treat their surroundings very well. They do not take the trash to the compactor; and let their dogs poop wherever they please. The service level is extremely good; each time I have entered a request, it has been handled very quickly.

Pleasant. Staff was very welcoming. Community is nice and quiet. I would like to see them enforce people people with pets to pick up behind there pets. If I'm required to do so especially since I have a big dog I think everyone should be held accountable.

We moved in to The Retreat and instantly felt at home. The unit was clean and ready for move in. All the appliances are perfect and haven't had any problems. The only downside so far is that the unit doesn't stay the same temp. --- soon as the AC turns off it heats back up pretty rapidly.
