Overall positive experience! Been here for about a year & just signed lease for another year. Office staff is very helpful and nice. Love the location, directly across the street from Vintage Park area. Rent may be a little high, but seems reasonable for the area.

    Landsacaping should be done better. pool should be maintained much betterEverything else is good. Keep up the goodwork.especially outside people ocuppying most of the time. Only if it gets any better I would recommend to my friends. All the best

      so far very pleasant. The community do need more trash dumpsters. I think they should have a weight limited on pets, and the type of pets allowed. Maybe consider covered parking for the price of apartment home. The housekeeper crew could be better, very dirty floors, stove,ceiling fans.

        Clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. Staff was very helpful during move in and my maintenance request was filled quickly and professionally. My keys were lost during move in and the staff quickly found me a replacement. So far I have no complaints.

          Great location across from the Vintage. Being able to walk across the street was a big selling point. In the area there are apartments with bigger floor plans for less money. The maintenance call it had was answered the next business day to my satisfaction. The staff has been helpful and friendly.

            This place was amazing when I moved in a year ago. Management was amazing. Then someone bought them fired all the wonderful people. However, that was one thing. There was a bird nest in the hall way full of baby birds they pressure washed it down leaving the babies cold wet n confused on the concrete. I came home and found them like that and took them to wild life center. How could they?

              Love the community except for the long 5 months it took to resolve the leak in my apartment. That has been resolved and hopefully will remain in good condition. With the complex being a higher end apartment I would hope "your educated decisions to rent to people" would remain high in order to maintain the value and class to the community. I know your in the business of getting the apartments rented but be careful as you need to maintain that level of quality. I have notice that there has been a little decline in that.

                I have been impressed with the overall community as a whole. The staff has been very professional; although, one staff member (Zoey) seems to have lack of knowledge as to how the community functions? I received a phone call from her on a matter, saved the message, returned her call and she stated she wasn't the one that called me! Therefore, when I call the office I make a point to speak to someone who can answer my questions. As far as the property ground, I feel the area by unit #9 seems to be lacking. The playground area is very plan and has a generic feel to it. Maybe some more landscape/trees would be nicer?

                  Employees in the front office are not responsive or dependable. Clubhouse should stay open to 10pm as it was before the new management took over. Most people have jobs and are not off work by 6pm to even enjoy the amenities we pay for. Complete waste. Also, grounds are horrible. When it rains, puddles form in the walkways in front of the staircases. Who wants to jump over a 3 foot puddle in the rain just to get home?!

                    The community is beautiful, the residents and office staff are very friendly. The location is extremely convenient in that you are in walking distance to anything you could need. So far there haven't been any parking issues, and its nice not to have to pay for parking. I only wish that all of the amenities were open until 10 instead of just business hours so that everyone would be able to use them.

                      I love apartment and the service is very nice. Once I was locked out and I called in for emergency and the staff helped me to get into apartment even though it was after service hour so I was so thankful that the staff "Mike" did for me it was raining hard and dark..... I love the service in retreat at vintage park.

                        The move in experience started rocky as the apartment was not ready at all. But the staff took action and sorted out our issues and were very very helpful. The community is so friendly and the apartment is very nice. We have loved living here so far.

                          It is NOT luxury. There is no pampering. The trash dumpster is about 1000' from my apartment. Yes, far. No control of non-residents coming in and overtaking the pool area. Gas grille doesn't work most of the time. Dog crap everywhere and no control of it. Having Vintage Park across the street is great but don't face Mo's or you will hear the music all night. For a temporary place - fine but sooner or later the sleep deprivation will get to you like it has me.

                            Due to the recent change of management staffs (Feb/Mar2015, all of them had left for some reason, including Melanie, C'na, Shannon, the new ones are just not up to speed. And to put it bluntly they are less accommodative/friendly than the previous ones mentioned. Anyways, two of the worst things we need to mention here is that the trash is a everyday drive to the one and only rubbish chute area + clubhouse is on opened DURING office hours!!! WTF!?? Not to mention the noise from Mo's weekend live music blast from across the road.

                              I WAS super excited to move in when they were brand new being that I'm very familiar with the business I knew I wanted brand new everything so I wouldn't have any issues however that didn't happen due to the previous mgmt. having to change my M/I date so I got stuck in a smaller unit with saturated with URINE after the initial M/I clean I requested a second cleaning and I'm still living with the HORRIBLE URINE SMELL that is mainly in my dining area. SO BEWARE IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE MAKE SURE TO TOUR YOUR ACTUAL UNIT PRIOR TO SIGNING YOUR LEASE since it is a VERY PET FRIENDLY community. IF YOU SEE A FEW AIR FRESHNER PLUG-INS BEWARE THAT'S HOW THEY FOOLED ME. The current MGMT company MMA seems to think it's ok to have a current Resident live in these conditions. I'm currently waiting on a remedy which they have yet to follow up on after two weeks. I will keep you posted on when and how they decide to take care of this disgusting issue. Other than that yea it's a great AREA and I like a couple of the on-site staff.

                                I have moved to this apartment couple of months back and the place and surroundings are really great!! You get everything at a walk able distance. The leasing office staff are very friendly!! If you are planning to move-in, make sure you pick one which is away from the road, otherwise you will end up with sleepless nights because of the vehicles on the road. Also plan well before moving in. Make sure you have got your electricity activated on your name right from the day 1. If you want to use the electricity at the property's expense for couple of days, you will end up paying an additional charge of $50 for the activation fee and you will come to know this only once you receive the bill. The utility bill include water, sewer, trash, pest control and admin fee. For sure you love to stay at this place.

If you're looking for a wonderful place to live, try the Retreat and ask for Melanie!!! Melanie will lovingly help and assist you in finding the right apartment to meet your families needs.                                     I have been here just under a month. Everyone is super friendly. There is a real community of tenants here and its incredible. I lived in my last place for a year and a half and ONE neighbor introduced themselves to me. I feel like I already know most people (of course that's not true..but it feels like that) and I am on a first name basis with a HUGE amount of my neighbors. I love it here. The office staff is awesome (Melanie helped me and my lover get a unit here). The tenants are super friendly. The pool is always a fun time. AND. Vintage Park is right across the street. Parking is no problem either, which is a breath of fresh air.

                                      Toured this property today, property was very chic and contemporary. Gorgeous!!! Was not quite what I needed at this time, but excellent showpiece!!! Now, let's talk about this EXCEPTIONAL consultant who goes by the name of MELANIE!!! OMGOODNESS she was so great! She was such a wonderful & honest young lady. She quickly realized what I was looking for & referred me to their sister property!! I would recommend this property, if not just because of Melanie's sweet disposition.....Now, don't get me wrong property was FABULOUS!!!

                                        Great apartment and location (next-door to Vintage Park shops and restaurants). Fitness room, clubhouse, pool, and grounds are very nice. ALL of the staff are great! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

                                          This is a new apartment complex across the street from Vintage at 249 and Louetta. The location is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We have been here for about a month and any issue we have had was taken care of quickly and in a helpful manner. They truly care about the people who live in the complex and are always striving to make living here a fabulous experience. The front of house staff Delany, Melanie, Shannon, ShaNea(sp) and sometimes Zeb and the maintenance staff Mike and Charlie are always smiling and happy to help. I highly recommend these apartments!

                                            I LOVE IT HERE!! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, OUTGOING AND ABOVE ALL PROFESSIONAL!! THE GROUNDS IS KEPT VERY WELL, NOT TO MENTION THE AMENITIES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!! DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE GYM.....FOR ALL YOU GYM RATS SUCH AS MYSLEF CAN YOU SAY...STATE OF THE ART!!! I LOVE IT HERE IM RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE VINTAGE PARK SHOPPING CENTER, THE BEST WAY I CAN DESCRIBE THIS PLACE IS ITS LIKE "MIDTOWN" LIVING WITHOUT THE EXTRA MIDTOWN PRICE AND MADNESS ALL ON THE NORTHWEST HOUSTON SIDE OF TOWN!!!

                                              I recently moved into Retreat at Vintage Park and I absolutely LOVE it!! I have the most beautiful kitchen. The backsplash is made of stainless steel! It is so cool. All the girls in the office are really sweet and always helpful. I live right across the street from Vintage Shopping center and all my favorite restaurants and stores. It's awesome here. I highly recommend living here.
