Location is very good, it is close to restaurants, cinema, bars, HEB, Close to 249 Highway and 99 this makes commuting easy. The grounds are kept and seems to be landscapers there every Friday. Friendly and professional staff.

If she does not take noise seriously, then her staff does not as well. Everyday from 6:00 - 10:45pm, I hear the constant banging of moving furniture. I have asked her husband twice to keep the noise down, but panicked as I began to tell him how quiet it has been before he and -------- moved in.

The grounds keeping seems great. Haven't met anyone after a year of living there besides a few people in the gym. The pool and gym are great. Service is usually very quick, but doesn't always get the job done right. The apartments look very nice, but have some flaws like hearing your neighbor through the walls, doors not sealing, and foundation cracks.

It is a nice quiet area and so far we have enjoyed living here. We love that it is a pet friendly area as well. The fact that the location is across the street from several stores, restaurants, and even a running trail is great. This is exactly what we were looking for.

This is a nice location and I feel safe in the area. Everyone around is friendly. It is a nice place to live. I can walk across the street to Vintage Park which has restaurants, bars and Alamo Drafthouse where I can catch a movie. I have lived here almost 2 years and haven't had any issues.

I lived here for the year of 2015. The place has pros and cons and depending on what are deal breakers for you will determine whether or not you decide to lease here. Pros: Great neighborhood, people are friendly, and it has a real suburb vibe. There's plenty of parking, at least I felt there was, and the pool is beautiful. Now for some of the cons. Despite there being plenty of dog poop trash cans, residents REFUSE to pick up after their dogs. It's to the point where it's ridiculous. Wood floor only apartments are only available on the first floor, and the carpet on the second and third floor isn't of the best quality. It reminded me of shag carpet. Up until recently they never answered the phone in the office. This has changed and the phone is ALWAYS answered. Management changed 3 times in the year I was there. I will say that the most recent management as of January 2016 is quite good, but they have a lot to fix from previous management. The apartments themselves aren't bad, but you can tell that production on the buildings was rushed because some things are slightly incomplete - crooked soap dish in the shower, carpet not all the way on the floor, etc. This complex is quiet depending where you are located. If you are facing Chasewood Park Drive, be prepared to be woken up either by loud cars, the sounds of drag racing on 249, or loud music at the bar across the street. I noticed a lot people while living here they're in between things - in between houses, getting out of debt, just getting on their feet with their first apartment, etc. I had yet to meet someone who renewed and it was always for their own reason. This place isn't bad, but there's better places out there.

The staff is rude. If you have a pet be prepared to pay for new carpeting when you move out. The units look nice cosmetically but it was built poorly. You can hear every movement your upstairs neighbor makes. They only have one trash compactor for the whole complex so if you live on that side, be prepared to stare at mounts of trash piled up on the weekends. I love the location but it was the worst $1800 a month I've ever spent.

Recently moved in. The staff is wonderful and beyond helpful. Loving the amenities. It feels like we are constantly on vacation. I love that I can walk across the street to Vintage Park and enjoy all the shopping and restaurants (location is definitely a plus).

Love the community as it's always clean. Mentioned during my last survey, the walls are a little thin but small issue for a great community. Courtney is awesome! I have lived here since 9/15 and can't complain about the maintenance or staff.

The staff is wonderful as well as the location. The property is being cared for and the new office staff is very friendly. Love being able to walk to the Alamo theater and great restaurants. Fabulous place to live. Pool is large and clean. The outdoor TV and fireplace are nice as well.

Everything is great. Everything is super great. There really is nothing I don't like. One time they lost one of my checks, but they were nice about it and we worked the issue out with no detriment to me. It's a little expensive, but I love living here.

The office staff is very helpful. I would recommend to open the club house for longer hours, seems a waste to close at 6. Most people have to work. Would be nice allow tenants to reserve for special occasions for a fee, n besure to clean up afterwards.

It has been great over all, just a few minor things that I would like to see improved. Residents picking up animal messes, residents not leaving trash everywhere. I have been a good resident here for two years but because my rent will most likely be raised again I will most likely have to move out.

Horrible experience with the staff. Very inconsistent and not helpful with questions. I wasn't correctly informed of the pet policy, when I asked to speak with a manager they didn't provide me with a phone number. Generally unsatisfied with the entire staff.

I feel really safe in this community. My apartment is fully equipped, fresh and clean. Many of the residents are friendly. There fitness center is really amazing. Better than an actual gym, I actually cancelled my gym membership. I enjoy this community very much.
