It was as a great experience Kelcey really helped me out on getting moved in at first it wasn't lookin too good for me but Kelcey managed me moving in. I recommend this community to anybody lookin to move into an apartment

It is clean and the maintenance staff is nice and completes work orders quickly. The dog park is nice to have on property. I wish there were more pet clean-up stations. I also wish there was a trash compactor on both sides of the complex.

Property in clean and unit was spotless at move in. Applied and was approved on the spot which made for a quick and easy move-in process. There was a timing issue with picking up keys, but was resolved quickly.

Nice place. Leasing agent is really nice. The common room should be open til 10. The DVD player doesn't work. No remote controls in gym or at pool tv. The security guard seems to be more interested in controlling residents than securing the property.

The apartment is ok, but the parking situation is absolutely unacceptable, there should be a maximum of how many people in each unit have a car, if you don't get home early during the week, forget a close spot, I have a hard enough time walking let alone having to park in the other end of the complex, thank God we are moving, we have assigned parking where we are going

The overall area within the apartments is kept very clean and nice looking. I personally love the location the best. You are minutes (seconds) away from shopping and dining. The amenities are fantastic as well.

The property is beautiful for its location and price on the other hand, the move-in process was extremely frustrating. This is mostly because you have to constantly remind management of simple tasks such as sending the lease to esign and keep you updated. I most recently moved in and there are a few work orders that I will have to submit to fix small things within the apartment that should've been taken care of prior to moving a new tenant in. This includes broken cabinet drawer, clogged drain and broken alarm system. Other than those few mishaps it's a great location and price with the ammenities.

BEWARE of the leasing office. Staff including the main Property manager don't have a clue what they are doing. They run applications incorrectly and keep the money. Also, when you come in to even just look expect to be there for 2 hours as you wait for them to have time for you. Terrible experience and definitely wouldn't recommend living here based just off trying to look at an apartment, communicating about the application, ect

While living at the Retreat at Vintage Park my wife and I have really enjoyed our home life. The location of this property is excellent for many reasons but some main points are close to downtown freeways, shopping, and the vintage lifestyles.

Nice area to live, great amenities, close to great restaurants and live music. For the price of rent, it would be nice to have doorstep or curbside trash services, or at least recycling. Dumpster is far away for some buildings especially if you are on the third floor.

Great place to live! I moved here to be closer to my work and found myself in a safe community tucked away behind vintage park. The convince of all the nearby food shopping, and access to the highway make it very desirable.

Everything works really fine. Staff tries to keep all in order. Some people who lives here doesn't have a notion to live in community (noise and trash problems most of times), but staff takes care when possible. The complex is well located and offers good options (such as pool and gym).

I have loved living at the Retreat at Vintage for almost 2 full years. The amenities are so nice and the grounds are kept very clean. The people are all so friendly and the maintenance crew is very kind and usually arrive in a quick manner to help with your needs. I am actually planning on renewing my lease for a 3rd year.

This general area has everything I need within 5 minutes from the apartment. The complex is well maintained and taking care of. One suggestion I would make is having 2 dumpsters on both sides of the complex instead of just one side. Or have some kind of valet trash.

I have been living at the complex for 8 months now, and so far I have no complaint. Maintenance has been able to take care of the 2 or 3 things I have had, and the staff at the front office have always been polite and helpful.

Very nice property. Clean and quiet. Very close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. The staff was very nice. It's easy to pay the rent online which is also a plus. Apartment was clean upon move in with no issues.
