I highly recommend this community, one of the first thing I look is, safety,clean,communication, here I found that, also anything I need or concerns The retreat of of the vintage team work together, always respond quickly, thank you so much. Make me feel I matters, and that is what resident's are looking for.

A nice place to live, quiet, well maintained with good amenities. The management and maintenance taff are friendly and very helpful. Abt the area you can find just across the street shopping stores, supermarket, movie theater, restaurants, hair and nail salons and others.

Generally a nice property. Close to shopping. The rent increases are very shocking! Last year the increase was about $100. I have never lived anywhere that had an increase that high. Overall, I have been happy here with the exception of the cost to live here.

Roach infestation! Dead ones in the bedroom and on the kitchen floor and live and dead ones in both kitchen sinks during our self-guided tour..We got out of there quickly. The lady didn't seem surprised, didn't apologize, didn't say anything.

I've never had such a smooth experience getting a rental before. I needed a rental asap and the rep. here name Tamara was able to get me into an apartment of my liking within a few days! I couldn't be any happier with the experience she gave me. Also got me a garage right away! I highly recommend renting from this location. It's been a pleasure working with Tamara. She is very kind and such a great representative for this location. The rent is very reasonable considering the area and how close I am to the groceries stores, shopping center, shipping centers and a great neighborhood. It has been such blessing. Thank you again!

Beautiful property all around. Seemed incredibly secure, we took note of cameras pointed at all entry and exit points which made us feel incredibly safe. The model unit was gorgeous and we loved the smart home technology offered.

I've been robbed, assaulted and sent to the hospital as a result of living here. The management supports crime and drug dealers. There is feces everywhere, cars broken into once a week, packages stolen once a week and no security or safety protocols in place on site.

Felt very safe in the beginning of my lease. I recommend this community to many people I know. I recycle and throw my trash out properly, but the community either isn't hit with fines because of not doing the trash and recyclables properly or they don't care about the fines because no one abides by the compactor and recycling rules. A lady threatened me because she used no turn signal when parking. I saw a car accident because of a driver speeding in the parking lot.

I have been here for less than a month. However; apartments are well located. The office and maintenance team is always willing to help and support. Due to the holiday season there have been some inconvenience in the parking lot but staff have been working on it. More lights by the corners of the parking spots might help. Thanks

It is a wonderful apartment complex, management has always been responsive and easy to reach especially Mrs. Tamir. And the vintage park across the apartment makes the whole experience of living at this apartment complex more enjoyable.

The staff is pretty attentive. Alex is great with making sure maintenance concerns are addressed and Tamir is a great consultant. I had a negative experience recently and she made sure it was corrected!

Great so far, well kept. Grounds are well kept and plenty of places to walk my dog. The pool area is the best in the area. Also very close to nice restaurants. The car and dog washing area is a very nice amendment.

Love the apartment. The grounds is messy and cluttered unacceptable for my taste. The staff is awesome and if the grounds were different then we would consider staying. I have complained since day 1 and I am no longer. Just moving out.

need to improve the security of the parking lot and trash pickup, often the trash becomes too full at the dumpster and files up, leaving a bad smell and attracting bugs. the parking lot has break-ins often

I absolutely love the community an the things it has to offer! I truly wish the neighbors with animals would clean up behind the animal, but other than that I love it! The gym is a awesome asset, right along with the community center & the pool!

Our first month there, the people below us got robbed and that happened three more times just in my building that I know of. my personal email was posted on the apartment's website as customer service so I got a bunch of complaints. Including an email about someone that lives below me commuting suicide. Kinda freaked me out. I don't recommend living here.

So far it is good.Community is peaceful,easy access to multiple locations.Pet friendly and spacious apartments.Though Therese are at good side,need improvement on proactive communication about facilities unavailability,regular cleaning of corridors etc.

I've been happy. Mostly it has been quiet and the location is good for me. Maintenance request are usually done same day for me. I have enjoyed using the pool and meeting a few of the community members.

Management is terrible and unreasonable. They have no respect for people and how they speak to people. There is a pest problem. The apartments are always given dirty. complex amenities are never up to par grill are not working, garbage always broken and pool area/ grills always dirty. They don't care to help tenants once you're a resident.

We have enjoyed living at the Retreat at Vintage Park Apartments for the last 3 months. Our apartment is spacious and clean and the area is accessible to many great options for restaurants and entertainment. We love the location! Also, Tamir in the Leasing Office was very helpful with our move and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our apartment. Great customer service!

The community is lovely and the maintenance team is wonderful. The apartments themselves are up to date provide great amenities and are lovely, spacious and well kept. The only problem I have here is that my rent went up $100 after the first year of being here and I was told it was tied to the property values in the area which is ludicrous since I am not buying this apartment. Also owners of large dogs are allowed to have more than one dog and can't seem to control them which poses a personal physical problem for me as I have been attacked at least three times by large dogs who were not controlled by their owners or Unleashed. When reported to the office they act concerned but nothing gets done about it. The leash laws and poop pickup laws are also not enforced as there are several piles of large poop constantly on the grounds.
