So happy and satisfy with my stay here. I will definitely recommend to friends. apartment is safe, quite , nice community, staff are friendly, all facilities available, great communication and follow up.

Great management, and staff. Maintenance is excellent, quick to respond,respectful,knowledgeable, clean. Convenient community. Security on premises a big plus. Our manager Crystal is awesome! Respectful, caring, professional, she makes our community everything you would want in a home. This is why we take pride in our community.

Majorly accomodotioning staff. They are always extremely supportive and help me through even the worst situations. I also love that ther us no breed restrictions. I don't have a dog but I think breed restrictions are bogus. The community is very nice and one of the best apartments I've lived in. I am sad to be leaving it. The location is incredible, neighbors are respectful, and the forest view is amazing. There are a lot of beautiful parks nearby as well.

So far, everything has been just fine. I do like having Coded Locks on the entry door and a double deadbolt on the patio door. I have not lived in an apartment in over 50 years and am enjoying the zero maintenance.

The apartment complex is an a optimum area. Close to work, and places to play. The introductory visit to the residence, process of getting approvals, and moving in was both warm and professional. In the time that I have been here all has been great.

I made repeat visits to multiple properties in the area including the Retreat at Vintage park. The excellent condition of the property, and units, along with the personable, and professional staff made my decision.

Very peaceful, the staff cares about their apartments, takes pride in what they do, care about their residents. It is very safe place, great location due to it being across vintage park. I love that they are quick to answer questions via email, phone or in person. It is truly an amazing place to live.

This community has been okay. I have a small problem with spiders and cockroaches. They have sent out a pest control representative to spray every Thursday which has helped. The trash has been a small problem as well sometimes people just leave their trash outside the compactor

All of the ladies in the office are awesome and very helpful. I did have one simple request from maintenance and he almost beat me back to my apartment. Great place. The pool is beautiful and the exercise facilities are perfect.

The apartment was cute, nice and clean. We live on the third floor, there is no elevator so you have to take the stairs. The apartment is complete with its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove top and oven. The parking area does not have CCTV

All good no complain... the staff are great and very helpful. Always clean . Maintenance staff very helpful and responsive and make everything easy . It is a great place to live in .. very good and friendly neighbors

The community is very well kept up appearance wise. The location of the complex is in close distance to really good restaurants and stores (very convenient). The noise level is fairly good. No complaints there. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The whole staff is amazing! It was easy to move in and a clean apartment. I had a slight problem when I walked into my apartment and they fixed it right away. The dog park is great and they have a dog washing station! They even have a place to clean your car. Super great!

Great reponse time great service??Called about ants and they came out the next day and solved the problem. I would recommend living in these apartments as they are safe the amenities are awesome and close proximity to stuff

Love this community. We have never had to wait for repairs. We have always been treated with decency, professionalism, and most importantly respect. Prior to COVID-19 the community events have been amazing. Management decisions during this time have sound and completely responsible. If we weren't relocating we'd be here for another couple of years.

The community is quite, and the property staff have always been very helpful and polite. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of numerous outstanding restaurants and grocery/retail stores.

The Retreat at Vintage Park is great. The location is superb and the staff are all very helpful and kind. Every time I needed something related to the property, they were quick to respond and generous with their support.

The community is nice but how it is manged need improvement. Better control of pet owners. People are allowed to not apply to community rules. Patios have lights and barbecue pit's on them, residents using on patios.

It's great living here. Tons of stuff to do within walking distance while still being a quiet place to live. The staff is always friendly. The apartments also do food trucks and other activities to make this a great place to live.

We moved to this community in Jan-2020, Great location with easy access to Hwy-249 and walking distance to lot of restaurants. HEB is just 5 minutes walk... The Facility in general is clean and nice! Just to note there is no hot tub in the swimming pool area but they have a very good gym.

I love living here! The apartment itself is beautiful and so is the whole complex. The pool us amazing and the staff is super friendly! Whenever we have placed a workorder, maintenance showed up that day or the next morning to fix it. Theres plenty of parking spots which I love because that was an issue at mg old apartment complex. We just renewed our lease for another year and will probably after that year is over aswell.

My experience with this apartment complex has been good, after more than six months of living here I have not had a single complaint about it. The amenities, like the grills, pool, and shared office club house, at this apartment complex are great and we'll kept I have used them on a few occasions and they've worked well when I've used need it them.

Living at the retreat has been amazing. Love the staff and love that we have access to the surrounding amenities. I get a fast response when requiring staff assistance and a follow up call afterwards. I will be renewing my lease.

Well maintained. Pleasant environments. Courteous staff. However for a community such as this I would have expected optional door trash pickup or at least more and more conveniently located disposal sites.
