Initially, before paying deposit, the leasing office was nice and attentive. Made sure they responded quickly. After paying application fees and locking in the communication lessened substantially. The maintenance man came in my apartment yelling at me. The unit that you your looks nothing like the unit you will get.

It's close to Downtown, the Texas Medical Center and two major universities. Freeway access is easy, for everywhere else. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is responsive. The grounds are regularly maintained.It's home for me!

So far so good , many improvements have been made since Ive been here the pot holes were repair and so was a fence that was broken when I moved here..Gate has been repair numerous time not sure who keeps breaking it

Jan. 2026 is our actual move in date. Community is fairly quiet, Maintenance men only work Monday- Friday till 5:30pm, I don't get off till 5pm and off Saturdays, however the workers don't work on weekends.

Love it the space and the shopping and transportation . Business area but manageable. It's not the white house you Ok near my employer asking for to much sentencing.. Hobby near by great, rails and buses cool.

Great area for start up living. Affordable and spacious. The over all community is quiet, except the train will blow their horn throughout all hours of the day and night. Community and staff is friendly and professional.

The complex is overall quiet. The Maintenance staff is good. The office staff is helpful if you catch them in person; I have not had the best experience with responses to emails and text messages. The maintenance request made through the portal are addressed relatively quickly

Aside delay in maintenance, the place is cool. I've been here for close to 2 years. The staff are generally nice, but you know they have their days. I remember when i moved in first I had to go back and forth with them for them to fix all maintenance work.

It's a great place to live and is very close to the Palm Transit Center, making commuting easy. However, moving in was a bit complicated because they never mentioned a strange "risk fee." Also, the apartment you select often has issues, and they push you to choose other units, which tend to be higher priced.

My recent experience with this community has been more positive lately. I did speak to a new employee and your way of communicating was refreshing in comparison to some of my encounters with past staff members. I hope that this continues as this will only improve staff and tenant relationships.

It has been good so far, i am pleased with the service of the maintenance staff and the front office staff. They are all very nice and provide quality service. In addition, the actual apartment itself is incredibly nice. It is well laid out and the few issues i have had so far, they have been quick to fix to the best of their ability.

My communities gates are never closed. I still see roaches in my apartment. Also, there's always couples fighting outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. I love the apartment itself. I just wish that me paying five dollars for pest control actually meant something.

No amenities no speed bumps, gate broken all the time, security is pointless, boarded up windows on units, need a trash option, stray cat problem, train is annoying day and night, enough is done to shut the residents up far as maintenance

I love the apartments it's convenient for work and it's quite. I wish they would fix the outside lights. The office staff is really nice and professional. I do plan on renewing my lease if the rent stays the same
