Quiet area. Clean and safe. Nice place overall. Gated. But sometimes the gate is broken. Parking spots available for payment. But very limited number available. Staff is alright. Not very friendly but manageable.

Great property three years ago . New tenants don't seem to take care in the community or it's surrounding. Management no longer enforces any lease violations. Building far from office not maintained as well as units upfront.

The staff is pleasant, its in a prime location and pretty quiet. Love that the community is kept up but will say the apartments are beginning to look and feel a bit dated. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues, but be sure to advise them exactly of your issues otherwise I've noticed quick solutions versus problem solving.

I love the apartment from the beginning when I first met the staff and came into the leasing office. The staff are super sweet and the apartments are beautiful. The areas for pets to use. The restroom are super clean. The apartments are very well kept the hallways are super clean overall a wonderful place to live.

just moved in i have not been here longer than 4 days so i dont have very much to say about the place. my washing machine has yet to work and also the people upstairs like to stomp around at 4 in the morning.

I have only been here a week but everything is going great. Maintenance request was taken care of quickly. Brittany at the front desk has been very helpful and responsive to questions. My husband had a stroke and we had to find an apartment to be near Dr.'s and hospitals. We started with a one bedroom apartment and realized we needed a walk in shower, which is only in the 2 bedroom. Brittany quickly found us another unit on the first floor and changed all the paperwork for us! So grateful.

Severe Pest Infestation - Roaches and Ants Throughout Unit

Never has an issue until a few months ago. We’ve been having an on-going red any issue. Now baby roaches. 3 were killed in our BED within a 3 hour period. We have never had this issue in the years that we’ve stayed here. Maintenance came out several times for the red ants.They bring ant traps. Nothing ever gets stuck on them. They go away for short period after spraying, then randomly appear. I’ve brought this up to Zerina the property manager. I even recently requested we get moved to a new unit or allows to get our of lease. We live in building 12, but they have been in our food clothes walls bathroom you name it. I have bought things myself to eradicate the ants but they go away and come back. My daughter has mistakenly eaten them. We’ve been bitten. I have not heard back since my last email and visit to the office. The roaches were the last straw! This is by far the WORST experience we’ve had here. I can’t sleep. I’ve been dealing with insomnia. We’ve had to throw away food clothes and so much more and I keep adding to our folder of videos of photos. We are trying our best to leave as soon as possible!!!!

I completely fell in love with the first apartment, but that apartment sq footage was no longer available. But the second option was even better and size. I love Tennille, she's the best, but they need to cut the grass down in front of my apartment, found a possum on patio the other nite, and they need to wash down all the spiders nest at peoples front door.

It's been okay. It's quiet here and no safety issues. The gym could be better. The gym is lacking a stair master and a leg press. They charge more for first floor apartments when it's more likely to have outside bugs enter the apartment. Pest control is good, definitely can be better.
