I really like living in these apartments, the maintenance people are good at getting things done in a timely manner! The community is more family based it seems! The only thing I don't enjoy is kids playing in the middle of the street with no worry about vehicles and car alarms tend to go off somewhat frequently.

I love love love my apartment location. The view of the pond and being able to watch the ducks and turtles and hear the fountain from my balcony is so very nice. I wish I had been able to get a third floor apartment, though, I can hear my neighbors walking around upstairs and even when they vacuum.

I like the location since it is close to my family. Near nice parks and restaurants. Great schools in and close to the apartments and prices are decent. Close to major cities and roads. Nice lake for walking and dog park.

Apartments are old and outdated and in bad shape. Community in general is mostly of the Indian population, so the odor of their food is overwhelming and seeps through the vents which makes it hard to get rid of in your apartment. Tenants speed constantly in the complex and run through the posted stop signs which makes it dangerous for young children. Tenants do not pick up after their animals so there is poop everywhere. Insulation is horrible and you hear and feel everything in your apartment if you are not on the top floor. Bikes, scooters, shoes, are all left out in the open in the breezeways. The pricing is high but that's because it's Prosper. You are definitely not getting your money's worth living here. Very dissapointed in this community as a whole and will not be renewing my lease.

Since new ownership has taken over it has gone downhill fast. Alit if apartments have more than the alloted/contracted amount of people living in them. A lot of weed is smoked on this property and it goes through vents to other apartments. Lots of dogs and animals not on leashes as well.

Love living here. Apartments are very nice. Management team is very attentive to renters needs and concerns. Maintenance reacts and repairs problems that arise immediately. The upgrades to the complex are awesome. Love walking around lakes and the docks and turtles are awesome. Love seeing the new babies each year. Would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Great community. Amazing Leasing Staff!

I had such a great experience visiting Orion Prosper while looking for a new home. From the moment we walked in, Vanessa made us feel comfortable and truly listened to what my family and I were looking for. She went above and beyond to answer every question we had and really helped us make a confident decision quickly. The whole place gave us that “at home� feeling right away, and her professionalism and warmth sealed the deal for us. Wildlife is extremly beautiful with the three ponds. I've enjoyed the nature aspect of living here . The variety of birds , turtles. Frogs, bunnies , fishes. Herons, ducks are delightful . I wish there were more social and community involvement and social parties to enjoy . There is a small lobby and you really can not congregate there . They do have coffee to enjoy . The two downsides that are not great are the trash dumpsters are way way to small and people throw their trash n garbage food on the side of trash which causes the rats to be happy n the garbage metal doors are so oversized that if you don't look out someone can hit you walking out or the door itself is a blind spot for cars n people . The 2nd aspect is the noise from upstairs neighbors , jumping , running, music ect . It has made my living here almost unlivable . There is no carpet upstairs and noway to remedy that . Positive n negatives.

I love it here. It is very quiet. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly. It was very easy to renew my lease when it came up. The only thing I don't like is since my renewal I do not get a monthly "bill" like I did in the beginning.

One of the best parts about living at Orion Prosper is the incredible maintenance staff. They are truly top-notch—quick, professional, and always friendly. Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled either the same day or within 24 hours, which is almost unheard of! Whether it’s a leaky faucet, an AC issue, or even just replacing a lightbulb in a hard-to-reach spot, they show up ready to help with a great attitude. They take pride in their work, and it really shows—everything is fixed right the first time. It’s such a relief knowing that if something goes wrong, I won’t be left waiting for days. Having a reliable maintenance team makes a huge difference in day-to-day living, and I genuinely feel well taken care of here. Huge shoutout to the whole crew—they’re the unsung heroes of this place!

Electrical units inside the apartment often break and consume lot of electricity compared to other rental units and individual homes. Windows and patio door have molds and blinds won't open properly. Lot of animal waste on the walking trail. Transfer costs are too high.

its been 10 yrs at this complex. its location is perfect for the north texas community. the management and maintenance has been outstanding, and very professional. its an ideal place for all families and adults. its been safe and the neighbors are great. the grounds are kept clean , and the management team always keep you in mind. I would recommend this community to anyone.
