Moved in August of 2017 when new management took over and I've loved it since day 1! Office and maintence staff are very kind and courteous. Grounds are beautiful with 2 stocked ponds and lots of bunnies, ducks, geese and all sorts of beautiful animals walking the grounds. 24/7 maintence response for emergencies and 24/7 courtesy officer on complex to deal with pesky residents. Inside apartments are beautiful with all wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Will definitely be re-newing my lease when time comes!

Tried to sublease, but couldnt. Was told that my wife moving in would be as simple as letting her fill out an application. It wasn't. I was not told about the $500 deposit for her when I already spent $700 on a deposit for myself. Almost came within a day of violating my lease because of that.

This community could be a pleasant place to live if there were a few changes. (Leasing agents have been awful with me and my child without provocation.) The maintenance crew is very hard working and pleasant. The police are here more often then I would like to see. (They are always doing their jobs!)

Great place to live clean apartments. Office staff is great. Safe and overall quiet place for families. Things I don't like is dog feces on common areas and visitors parking in non visitor parking spaces.

Overall move in process was great. Kim in the front office really made everything a breeze. Although the breaker in my bedroom had messed up and cut my electricity in the bedroom off, maintenance came out after business hours and worked until I had power. So overall would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a super nice affordable apartment on this side of town.

I first lived here for two years when these were first built and management was a nightmare. I left for several years and now I'm back. New owners and new management has been amazing. Property looks awesome. Rent is higher but that just goes with the cost of living in general.

The community was very easy to communicate with and all the information can be done online. When leasing everything was ready the day I moved in and had no trouble. I have a large husky and had a very hard time finding an apartment that would take him. The property is lovely and I enjoy walking my dog around.

Office staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance is done quickly. Grounds are walked on a daily basis and trash picked up. Parking can sometimes be problematic after 11pm.....apartments seem to be well insulated as electric bills are not bad. Each apartment has room for full size washer and dryer

Everything has been working well so far. We love that the rooms aren't adjacent and are across he unit from each other. The kitchen is great and we like the size and space it provides. Bathrooms are very nice as well and the nicest I can remember seeing in any apartment and nicer than the home I grew up in even. Overall very happy with everything.

Originally concerned about the number of times the police were here dealing with a number of issues. Some were as light as couples arguing to as serious as someone being shot and a drug overdose death. With the new management in place, the bad element has been gradually weeded out leaving the residence a far more enjoyable place to live.

This is a factual review. Today at about 2pm I started hearing a very loud vacuum I thought they were working on the apartment above me. After about an hour I started hearing water running not dripping out of the ceiling. I ran out side bc the apartment it is coming from ---------------------------------------------------- that is often left home alone and I was worried about his safety. I ran into the maintenance man who and I quote stated "he flooded the apartment." He came in and looked at my ceiling and left. Never did anyone from the apartment or the employee who has my number give me a courtesy call or email to inform me of the situation. However when I posted my frustration and disappointment in the lack of professionalism ----- called me to harass me and "check" me on my post. She never once apologized for her lack of response. She let me know that they are busy with other emergencies. Well when water is streaming down the ceiling and you have to call off work "I work from home" it is an emergency. She stated I was in violation of my lease by making a public and truthful statement. This is untrue. I only stated facts. That I have a right to do. I will not be bullied or pushed aside due to anyone's negligence. My expectations are high and when not met I will voice my opinion.' Maintenance here has been impeccable however the office staff especially the manager ----- falls short. When they do they fail to take accountability or apologize. My post on my experience was deleted after the harassing call from ----- in which she didn't apologize but attempted to bully me and make my experience seem insignificant.

Although a gated community the gate rarely works on saying that we have felt safe here. The apartments once inside are quiet. Entering and exiting the parking lot can be tedious during school starting and the end of day. There is only one entrance and exit in front of a middle school although the property does have facility for more. The property is child friendly but the office staff not so much. Rent is way high due to no rental competition in the school district. Very pet friendly at a price.

In the 2 years of living here, quality of living has reduced drastically. Constant turnover of neighbors and increased policy presence. Office staff does little to communicate these incidents. There is usually a stench in the air due to overflowing garbage or pet droppings that were left in the grass near entrances. You have to pay for packages to be delivered at the office, pay for a gate opener, which works 55% of the time and parking stickers or prepare to be towed. Office staff is slow to response and usually with a poor response.
