Dryer Stopped Working, Toilet Seat Broke

Gentleman came in and thoroughly inspected our dryer, he went to great links to see if it could be repaired and not have to be replaced. It unfortunately does have to be replaced, But he was very informative on what was wrong with it. Very quickly, replaced the seat after assessing the issue with our dryer I did not catch his name though

the biggest con is that the management is not wiolling to take any action against the pet owners who doesnt cleanup after their pets. every member is feeling the same and this is not a good sign for the community.

Good but lacking cleaning in the halls/staircases & no security . Prices went up to fast and by too much it is almost unreasonable. Pet rents have increased but why? There're no extra services/benefits.

Affordable. Maintenance crew are top notch. Only issue is the gate is frequently not working. There is a back gate that would greatly help traffic in the mornings, but it is locked. Really wish this was a working gate.

The experience here has been good so far. I pray this complex doesn't just lure you in at reasonable price and then raise the rent to unaffordable prices at renewal of lease time. Seems to be common in Tx. Dog poop is a problem for negligent residences who won't clean up after their dogs but overall very happy here.

we are complaints about water sewage for 2 bedroom we are getting $150 this is too high. not acceptable before vendor change we use to get $90. rental increasing abnormal this is too high we requested make bridge between two apartment but not taking care. every day many students are crossing from Orion prosper to Orion prosper lake to go elementary school. not yet made still struggling to cross bridge at middle pond. big issue internet issue last 3 years we are struggling with low internet speed. not maintained lakes we are seeing un cleaned paths and lakes not taking care about dog poops onthe path ways all areas we found unclean pls take look into it.

I really love Orion Prosper! I have been here 2 years and have never had any issues living here! The office staff is amazing and they are all very helpful. Maintenance is great as well! They are really fast with addressing any requests! Grounds are well maintained as well. This is a peaceful community to live in! Love the trails and the ponds, everything! I do wish it was a fully gated community vs partial and it would be nice to have more than one entrance and exit access point. But still love it regardless.

I enjoy living at Orion Prosper. Some of my favorite things are the walking trails that go around the community and outside the community there is walking trails everywhere! So great for dogs! I like that there is not a lot of traffic noise here unless you're living in building 1. All the residents seem to be pretty friendly and the property management staff are very nice and helpful! Anytime I've put in a maintenance request, they have been by the same day to fix the problem! The apartment I live in is very nice. I wish the kitchen was bigger and there was some more storage space or cupboards they could put up. Overall it's been a very nice experience living here.

the complex itself is super cute, the apartment itself that i looked at is awesome, im not one who really cares about updated or new things inside of it, i really like that it still has the old appliances because it gives it that homey look. maddy herself was super awesome (give her a raise!) she knows how to get people to buy an apartment! i really like how there’s a big pond and river. i thought it looked really cool, the pool is also really nice. it’s not too big but it’s also not too small.

So far so good. Maintenance is very responsive. The grounds are kept up. Only complaints are the pool has been closed twice since it got hot and they don't do trash service and covered parking is not assigned 1 per apartment. You have to pay additional for that.

Overall, a good experience at Orion Prosper... the maintenance staff, in particular, is quick to respond to requested repairs, etc. However, I continue to be disappointed in the cell phone / internet service here: inconsistent connectivity... if I have an important phone call to make (i.e.: doctor, financial, personal, etc.), I've had to go outside or to my car with needed documentation, etc. to complete the call. This poor connectivity is a common problem here and I'm particularly puzzled by the management / ownership decison to convert the community's security gate system to a smart phone app... more often than not, I've experienced lengthy wait times with numerous cars lined up to enter while waiting on either: 1) the app to load -or- 2) a tenant leaving to open the gate... usually, the latter happens first.

As time has gone by it has become a poor experience. My neighbor smokes in his apartment and the disgusting smell comes through my vent daily. Any time I call the office with questions or concerns no one ever answers the phone or responds to my voicemail or email. I think it's become more of a family oriented community which is loud and messy. I'm a single professional woman, so it's not my vibe.

The management and maintenance are very responsive. Which is great because things go wrong in the apartment constantly. The halls do get full of spider webs/nests and hornets nests as well. Make sure to do a through walkthrough with videos and pictures and check the small things as our move in got pushed back due to the apartment being trashed, doors painted shut, paint drips, a dirty and half open A/C in out ceiling and the apartment wreaked of marijuana due to the next door neighbors.

I have been living here for just a few months and I absolutely love the staff here! Angela was the one who helped me get the apartment and she worked so well with me. She answered every question I had and gave me the attention I needed. Since I moved in they have been very responsive to any question or issue that comes up! So glad I chose to live here!

Need to have dog owners respect cleanliness and take care cleaning their dog poop. Nobody likes to carry poop to their home by way of accidentally stamping on them. There are little kids who play around. Pls bring in a resolution for string adherence to cleanliness.
