Common areas needs improvements and needs to be cleaned at the minmum. Too much dirt and web outside Internet speed needs an upgrade seriously. As many work from home , speeds of 25 or 50 mbps does not work as there are many devices connected which constantly needs good internet speed . Moving from speed of 800 mbps to 50 mbps, its very hard to adjust

Great Customer Service by Leasing Agent Angela Roden

My wife and I stopped by the Orion Prosper Apts this past week and was met by Leasing Agent Angela Roden. She was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and displayed a great customer service attitude.

It's quiet and nice that's my experience. My apartment there was a lot broken tiles, gap in between front door, toilet doesn't flush properly. Outside the build see a lot dog poop everywhere.The pond has algae that needs to be cleaned.

During the day, people are friendly, rules are followed. At night, all the rules are ignored. Children are unsupervised; non-residents use the facilities. The bench and bike in the fitness center are poorly maintained.

Its great, mostly super quiet and definitely very clean at all times. I wish tenants would stop throwing thwir furniture in the dumpster since that's literally a rule and they get no fee or warning, nothing. It really diminishes the value of our community. maky put cameras in the dumpsters or something? our porter works so hard to take care of the dumpsters and our tenants literally could care less, it's really sad.

Amazing Service from Angela

We booked an apartment at Orion Prosper and Angela Roden was our leasing consultant. She is extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, customer oriented and prompt. It was a busy weekend and while multi tasking many service requests, drop in visits, answering phone calls, she helped and guided us through every step in the leasing process and made our process smooth. The community staff is great and Amazing!They resolve maintenance quickly!Also the lake is amazing they clean it everytime.The gym is little small and they can include more equipments in the gym!Overall experience excellent!

This community is Great from the beautiful surroundings ponds to the clean pool! The staff is excellent at communication from front office is outstanding. The maintenance is a wonderful from the fast turnaround on maintenance request and always are very efficient and clean.

First of all, she greeted me very well and then she tried to understand my situation. She then helped resolve the issue. Angela is the best!!

Absolutely a great place to live. It’s always very peaceful and the staff is very helpful. Especially Angela who works in the rental office. She is friendly, helpful and compassionate when it comes to our needs or concerns and always takes them seriously. She goes above and beyond to help you often while dealing with multiple residents at once. And she takes care of whatever issue you have with a smile and is easy to talk to. I’m so glad we have someone like her working here that we can count on.

Manon is the best!

This is honestly the first time moving on my own, and I’ve heard crazy stories about what some apartments do. Luckily that is not the case with Manon at Orion Prosper. She has been extraordinarily helpful and wonderfully kind during this process. I’m looking forward to staying here a while.

i was having a bad day. i was super nervous and super new to this whole apartment thing and angela was like a mom! she guided and helped me and was so so so patient and sweet and nice. the apartments themselves are super cheap for how nice and fancy everything looks. such a great experience :) i honestly wouldn’t have chose to move here if it wasn’t for angela.

My experience has been good for the most part. The only issues that I have is the noise there are kids that are running in the hall late at night as well as running up and down the stairs. Also some people that are bringing their dogs to use restroom right in front of the building where I am on the first floor and it's right by my patio and do not pick up

Orion Prosper is a great place to live, the only negative, which is huge, is the lack of high speed internet availability. They are still on DSL, and this would be the only reason we would relocate..

The parking is the worst I have ever seen. The dog poop is terrible. Be careful walking around. And it seams like every few months it's all new people working in the office. The ponds behind the buildings used to be so pretty. Now there is trash in them. No one is maintaining them. You can always tell when it's trash day. The dumpsters are always overflowing. Trash piled around them. Driving through the lot is not good either. You are more than likely going to hit a kid who thinks it's ok to play in the streets.

Overall it started off great, each time I have renewed my lease it was smooth and efficient. However, over this past year I've noticed more and more issues within the community such as dog poop everywhere and dumpsters chronically overfilling. Its quite an eyesore when pulling in to the property and garbage bins are completely full, mattresses everywhere, all kinds of stuff.
