I enjoy the view of the pond and having a tree right outside my patio. The view is very important to me, it helps me relax. The second thing that is important to me, as far as aesthetics go, is the vaulted ceiling. The fans work well. The air conditioning is a good quality system. I would prefer to have neighbors that know how to pick up dog poop and that can figure out how to use a dumpster properly, but morons rule. There is a tight turn in the parking lot that requires each car to stay on their own side of the road as well as slow down. Only some of us are able to do this difficult driving task. Otherwise, it's all good.

Not bad wouldn't say great. Dog poop isn't being picked up by residents. People waiting in front of the gate to get in. Smell of marijuana coming from other apartments. Dogs barking at night. Garbage being left outside apartments.

I like my apartment and the location is perfect for work. The rent is cheap and I love that I can have my dog. The only issue that I have at the moment is a problem with roaches, however this is in the process of being fixed. Once that issue is resolved I will be happy.

It has been a positive experience from the moment I walked into the leasing office. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The grounds and apartments are clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Service requests are handled completely and timely. Overall one of the best apartment experiences I've had.

I went to view a 1BR at Orion Prosper in Prosper, TX this past week. Although the unit was BEAUTIFUL, in my budget, & close to my job, I decided not to lease. The one & only downfall was that I found an even better apartment with more square footage & less money slightly further from my job..... The staff was incredible & helped me pick a move in date based on my budget since apparently the rent price in TX is different everyday. (Im relocating).... I want to mention that the units are updated with granite countertops, nice doors & wood floors (possibly laminate). My unit even had a washer & dryer which my leasing agent was unaware of so im not sure if it is included in most units. I didn't notice any bugs which was nice considering how hot & humid the day was. Even the residents were friendly as we toured the grounds which gave me an impression that they like where they live. Overall, I would recommend this community even though it can be a little high priced.

Overall, it has been a very good experience living here. There have been nothing more than rather minor issues. It may be a little bit out of the way right now but Prosper is growing quickly and more resteraunts and stores are being built nearby even now.

Moved in 2016, October. We have lived in other apartments but never have felt so much like home like here at Orion. Don't plan on moving any time soon. Neighbors are super nice and friendly. Love taking our two dogs to the dog park making new friends.

Everything has been great minus the experience I have had with there vehicle enforcement company safari towing constantly messing with my vehicle ever since I complained to there supervisors it seems like ever since then they have targeted my vehicle for any reason they could find while never even issuing so much as a warning to the people on either side of me parking under covered that are parking there with improper stickers on there vehicles to do so even though mine are raged properly and follow the guidelines set by property

It has had a change in management and I do realize they had a lot of clean up to do, though I do not care for some of the management choices. As I stated previously, I do not understand the railing on the ground floors, I also have never had the fans work in any of the bathrooms and the kitchen.

I have had a very good experience here. my husband enjoyed living here before he passed away in august of 2015. We always enjoyed taking long walks around the lake with our dog. I have had a very good time living here.

The move-in process was quick and easy, taking a total of three days from touring the property to moving in, which was surprising since it was Memorial Day weekend. The office staff has been incredibly helpful, and I have had absolutely no issues with my new apartment.

Walls paper thin, hear neighbors fighting. Dog poop in grassy areas. Terrible cell phone service no matter who the carrier is, rent is out of control. You can no longer drop rent off in the night deposit, because they sealed it off, which is inconvenient but crime is high in the area.

Nice community but management is not good and Orion property management only care about the money and not really the residents. Seek another apartment where the management cared more about the residents

This is my first apartment on my own and I have lived here for a little over a week. I am still in love! The residents are so nice and so is the staff. I probably called up there 1000 times with different questions and they were so helpful and understanding every single time.

Terrible in that most residents have no regard for others. I've had to call the local PD on at least two units for their common disruption by noisy kids at midnight or the family incessantly yelling at their children all hours of the day.

I really enjoy living at Orion Prosper. My apartment has a beautiful view of the lake & fountain, and the staff here has been awesome. They have responded quickly to issues I have had and they really do enjoy working here just as much as I like living here.

We've only been here one week, but so far it's very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are nicely kept and the views are tranquil. Everything works and there's plenty of parking. We are quite pleased with everything. Chris and other staff members who helped us get settled here were extremely friendly and helpful. Super nice!!

Seriously can not thank this apartment complex enough! The staff is friendly and very helpful! They helped me solve a problem in a short period of time! Big thanks to Chris and Jody! The apartments are really nice as well! Maintenance staff is great as well! Pricing is great for the apartment! Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and laminate wood floors (great for pets.) Very large bath tub/shower! Huge walk in closet! Large bedroom my one bedroom apartment.

My neighbors are extremely loud. In addition I had a package delivered to the office. I was told it was never delivered but no one ever offered to help me resolve the issue. I have filed a claim with USPS

Excellent staff with good pet policy, worth the investment for the location. As pet park to let animals off leash and good walking area. Definitely happy with the choice and overall location. Thanks, guys!

Dont move here as they LIE about water cost and charge all sorts of fees. My rent was $854. It really cost $933.00. Water is Crazy. $60.00 for 1 bedroom. I am never home. They say it could go to $200.00 a month and it says so in your lease. Guess I missed that part. Fees to pay rent online. $3.50 to $30.00. Dog poop everywhere. Horrible One entrance in and out. They locked back gates so you cant get out. Front entrance always blocked by people checking mail or the school bus. Wait oin line to get in. Gates never work. Police here all the time. Just Got New Water bill $65.00 I live alone and am never home.CRAZY Cant Wait to get out of here!
