Very comfortable place to live. Staff very helpful. Nice walking trail and peaceful views. Clean pool and exercise room. I have lived here 3 years and feel very safe. Parking is convenient and the outside area well maintained. Friendly place to live

The staff here is so friendly! Not only are they willing to take the time and just have a normal conversation with you, they are all about helping you out any way they can. Simon and Jody are the current leasing agents and they are GREAT. I've been here for almost a full year and love it. They put customer service FIRST! Always took great care of me with everything at the apartment. Over the weekend on Saturday night my air conditioner went out around 730pm. I called and left a voicemail on the emergency maintenance line and I'm not kidding when I say he was there within 7min! THAT'S IMPRESSIVE AND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THERE RESIDENTS! The air conditioner was up and back running within 20 min. I will be renewing my lease with them for sure! Great job management, staff, and Maintenance team!

During the leasing process they didn't thoroughly disclose additional charges for water and trash. The water runs up to $200 per month and trash is $10 month. The trash containers are seldom emptied and always have overflowing trash. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and is pleasant. The floors are thin and you can hear the footsteps of the people above you. Overall not a bad experience but not a great one either.

As a pet owner my experience living here has not been good. Some of the residents refuse to clean up after their pets even in the Pet park what good is a pet park if you and your dog has to step over waste and/or walk on grounds watching where your step. Very disturbing otherwise nice place to live.

This community is well maintained. I love my apartment and the updated appliances. Not a lot of storage space. The office staff is nice and they do what they can to ensure your living is within satisfaction. Not a lot of noise. A lot of children

I have lived at the Estates of Prosper for three years and really like it here as I have signed two additional leases since moving in. The front office staff of Mallory, Simon, Jody, and Carla are fantastic. They not only work hard to put you in the right apartment, they also work hard to provide an enjoyable living experience for all the residents. I recommend Estates of Prosper to anyone.

I very disappointed in the community. The apartment itself is very nice. The tenants however are not the ones you want to live around. We have had numerous times the police have been on the property for numerous reasons. Mosty the quality of the tenants.

I'm a very busy working woman and it's nice to come home after a long day. I like the trails where I can walk and reflect on the day. The community center is nice and always has refreshments. I have met some nice friends here and we meet for walk of go to community gym.

This is a great community. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, that is beautifully maintained and staffed, this is the place for you. The staff is always ready to assist. I found the staff to be friendly and caring. The view from my apartment window is AMAZING!!! The first night that I spent in my new home was quite and peaceful and I slept like a baby. I would absolutely recommend The Grand Estates to anyone looking for a new home.

The gate never has worked more than a week and I have been here for 3 years. Staff has changed a lot. Service request have to be reminded several times. Several staff members do not communicate with each other properly. If they do, i have not seen it.

My family of four moved here and signed a 12 month 7 weeks ago and it has been a more than wonderful experience. As for this being our first experience living in a apartment home, I could not ask for a better situation. The staff are all amazing and are always willing to stop what they are doing in order to assist our needs. They go to extreme measures with their customer service skills, and My husband and I really do appreciate this. The grounds are clean and constantly being taken care of, the grass is mowed weekly, the pond and the pool are cleaned daily as well. I feel very safe allowing my children to play outside and not be concerned about hurting themselves. We are very pleased overall with The Estates at Prosper and will recommend it to anyone in need. Great Job !

Great property to live at, I have lived at many apartment complexes in the Dallas area and I will say that The Estates is my favorite by far. The staff is great and beyond friendly, Simon was my leasing agent and went above and beyond to meet my needs and is a asset to the company. The other leasing agent Miranda is as nice as she can be and has taken care of any question or concern that I have had. The property manager is Malory and is the most approachable person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the apartment industry from a management stand point. I would highly recommend the Estates of Prosper to anyone wanting a wonderful place to live that is out of the hustle of the Frisco area.

I just moved in but so far I haven't had any problems other than the filthy hallway in my building. The staff told me that all buildings were being power washed. The hallway looked much better after this was completed. The staff ha been very courteous and helpful.

Definitely ask for Simon he makes the whole experience the best it can be. Maintence is also wonderful. When u have a problem they are very quick to respond and fix the issue. School district for prosper amazing

I move in this to this property in December of 2014. The move was an easy transition for me which is what I neded at the time. Staff was/is very freindly, unit was available when i needed it and it was certainly affordable. I only signed a 6 month lease but have recently renewed because I am enjoying my experience here.

Friendly staff. Apartment nice. My air conditioner stopped working the first week.- Fixed pretty fast. Dishwasher did not work when I moved in. - Works now but the lights to select cycle do not work- that has not been fixed yet. My controller to get into the work out center does not work.

Management at any apartment complex can easily make or break the experience, in this case the management is the best I have come across any any apartment complex and I have lived in several countries and domestic states. This community is okay for temporary housing but I would not recommend for a long term living solution. Walls are SUPER thin so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do. Over priced apartments with rude, less-than-knowledgeable staff. Use your money wisely and live elsewhere.

My husband and I have lived at the Estates since August 2014 and it is our best apartment living experience by far. The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartments are well maintained and beautifully remodeled inside, and we have never felt unsafe unlike many places we have lived in the past.
