Just moved in two months ago and have really enjoyed my stay so far. The staff was awesome from when i was looking for a place to my move in. My dog loves the dog park and i have met some cool neighbors there too.

The community is great. The only thing that I have a problem with is that there is only one gate working . I think its bonkers for us to have speed bumps installed and a back gate that hasn't been opened in the years that I have been here One way in way out . I feel that is unsafe for the residents . This is a big problem and it needs to be taken care of immediately. I've heard every excuse that can be heard since 2010. LETS GET IT FIXED.

My daughter and I have enjoyed the complex greatly, my daughter walks to school and from daily with a crossing guard who lives on the property as well, the front staff has been great with any issue I have had which only have been the transfer of my job to Houston. Mallory and Simon have been great on helping my family get moved to a sister property in Houston and will miss The Grand Estates of Prosper, but look forward to The Grand Estates of Woodlands. Definitely recommend this wonderful community.

I have lived at Estates of Prosper since Aug of 2013. The office staff of been very welcoming and helpful since the day I walked into the leasing office. The manager is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of. I just recently moved into my third apartment on property and the leasing process was smooth. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone I know. The only complaint I have is the gate, it seems to NEVER be fixed longer thanâ?? a few days at a time and it goes months without closed.

Maintaince is usually prompt and completes problem in one visit. They are always friendly and complete within a timely manner. They are one of the good things in the complex. The office staff is friendly depending on the what kind of day they're having. There is room for improvement in the office staff. The common area in the buildings are never cleaned, even when you put in a request. They did come out once and just painted over everything.

I've lived at Estates of Prosper for a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance has taken care of work orders very quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil lifestyle. Very happy with my choice and will definitely be renewing.

I have been here at the Esates at Prosper for 1year now and I love it. Im moving into a larger apartment now. The staff is very friendly and professional and any request or problems I have every had have been handled quickly and professinaly. Great experience!

I have been in the community for a month now and everything has gone great. Everyone in the leasing office has been nothing but nice and have helped with anything that I needed. The community is always in great shape and the neighbors are all very friendly. I have lived in numerous apartments over the years and I would rank the Estates of Prosper at the top of the list for sure.

I enjoy the community for the most part. There are some noise offenders, but other than that not too much to complain about. The area is definitely starting to gain business which is great for shopping and dining! I also enjoy that the staff hosts community events. Many times we are too busy to meet our neighbors, and I think this a great way to get to know who you live by!

Very friendly staff.Mallory and Carla are very helpful. I have lived here for over 4 years and I plan on staying 4 more. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. The Estates of Prosper offers 3 beutiful lakes,a super cool dog park,a playground for the kiddos and a huge sidewalk trail that goes all the way around the property. This is truly a one of a kind place to live. Its hard to feel comfortable and at home when you live in a apartment but this place really feels like home. If you are looking for the perfect community then look no further!

I have lived at the Estates at Prosper for a year and a half, and I just renewed. I've lived in a few apartment complexes across the DFW area, and I have to say this is by far the best. The neighbors and office staff have always been helpful and courteous. The quiet community is truly a treat for me, since I work early hours as a teacher in the district. There is even a dog park on site, and it is kept clean! :) Maintenance staff is always kind, prompt, and does it correctly. I've never felt like an apartment was actually "home" until I moved here. I really wouldn't dream of living anywhere else in Prosper. Apartment complexes like this are REALLY hard to find. I love the quietness and relaxing atmosphere the most.

Since moving in in 2013 the front gate of the "gated community" has been inoperable more than it has worked. This is extremely bothersome since the neighboring community owned by the same company does not seem to have this issue. With the gate being open, I have had to call the police twice due to fighting amongst teenagers with other teens that do not even live on the premises.

The staff has always treated us as family and by far has the best customer service I have seen at apartments. have referred two friends here and I will continue to refer people as long as they keep up with the good work!

My Family and I have lived at the Estates of Prosper for 6 months and we have been very pleased with the property, the Management staff and the maintenance team. Any time I've had any questions or issue with reggards to our unit we have received an immediate response and very quick resolution. The Property Management Team (Mallory, Carla, and Simon) do a really great job of following up to ensure everything is taken care of properly. What makes the place even better is that is very clean, provides easy access to the Tollway and is very close to schools (across the street) for my children. Great place to live! The staff is amazing! The office folks are super nice and treat you with respect 100%. Ive lived here for 2+ years and I love it! This month will be 2 years that I have lived at the estates of prosper and I just moved to a different unit on site and signed another year lease. I love the community it is very well maintained. The office staff is super friendly. The maintenance crew is always working hard and get to the apartment work orders in a timely manner! What I love the most about these apartments is how quiet it is, it isn't your typical college party apartments. It's family friendly. There are three beautiful ponds great for fishing, a nice running trail around it. There is a gym on site available 24 hours, a pool area with a pavilion where you can cookout. It is a wonderful location in relation to DNT and 75. You are about 15 minutes from your everyday errands and shopping.

I have been here at The Estates Of Prosper for over a year now and I have enjoyed every minute of it! The staff is super awesome and very helpful. The managment team treats you like family and takes care of any issue that you may have. The property is always clean and nice. If you are looking for a community that has a friendly feel then this is the place to live. EOP also has 3 big lakes on the property(GREAT FISHING!)and a family friendly pool. Also, If you have pets then you will love the ALL NEW Paw Park! Overall this is by far the bset apartments I have lived and I plan on hanging around for a litle while :)

We moved into the Estates at Prosper Aug 2013 on a 1 year lease. Mallory and Miranda do an excellent job of taking care of the property and truly care about each and everyone of the tenants. The pool and the central location were a plus for us at the site. The pool was always in excellent condition and always clear even in the winter! The quick action by Mallory with upcoming ice in the Dallas area directly impacted the safety of the units during an upcoming ice storm, salt was spread before the storm on the stair steps, parking lot and walkways. Mallory sent out caution notices to all tenants, could not ask for a more caring property manager. Maintenance: Every issue down to changing a light bulb was handled quickly and followed up by the office. Issues with other tenants: none noted, everyone at Estates at Prosper cares for their units and are great folks to live alongside. Congratulations to Mallory for excellent screening. One of the few places where kids of all ages can play outside without parent worry. With the Rogers middle school across the street this property is a win win. Pets: allowed here, no problems noted, good screening to keep out aggressive breeds, people clean up after their pet. Water/Electric. No issue , property uses a shared water bill, it ran about 50.00 a month, electric, I used Green Mountain and signed on to a 7 cent a kH Location:Dallas toll way about 3 miles, 24 hr Walmart 2 miles Would I live here again: In a heart beat, as long as they keep Mallory and her crew!
