Location is great. Easy access to DNT and any stores you may need under 10 min drive. We always have parking right in front of our building. Ground are clean and walking around the lake is a nightly routine for our family. Maintenance responds within 24 hours to our requests and resolves issues quickly - they're also very friendly. Lots of families here.

We love it here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance guys know what they are doing. If you are looking for a quiet and clean place you will definitely get that here.

We love living at Orion Prosper because it is family friendly, and a great size apartment for our family. We have been here for over 2 years, and have no plans to move. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have taken care of the few maintenance requests within 24-48 hrs. They are willing to work with you, and make sure their residents are happy where they live. Definitely a place to recommend to family and/or friends!

My first time living in an apartment and they, the staff, property manager Hyang, Regional VP, Mary Beth and owner Carol Cicero have made for certain this will be my last. Poor Management, Poor Maintenance, No follow through, no emergency process in place, playing with residents lives and health. Do not waste you time, roach infested, unkept property. The picture they paint is beautiful but up-close you can see all the flaws and lack of maintenance and cheap upkeep. They lie, they deceived me! All they think about is you paying your rent whether your apartment is livable or not. Mixed type of blinds, mixed faucet handles, damaged doors, poorly insulated. I moved in and the apartment was infested with roaches. Their maintenance man John told me they knew the apartment wasn't ready, he told them but they moved me in anyway! I had to exterminate my self and clean up dead bug. I took the bag with dead bug to the front office and put it on their desk! I had a one year lease, I have only lived in the apartment I leased 6 months due to problem after problem! Don't waste you time, it is not worth your health, not your sanity of the lies and back and forth with their BS! I have so many pictures I could upload!

We have been here a few months and I love living here. The office staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Everytime we have had a maintenance request they are always on top of it. We came from a very urban and expensive apartment and this one is much bigger and I love the location. This will be our home for awhile.

I have been in this complex for 3 years (longest that I have ever stayed in one complex) Staff is great and maintenance is fast! I love that there is a gate, so I feel secure. The ponds are beautiful! We love it here!

Taylor is a ROCK STAR! I have been at this complex for over two years now and really like it. The staff especially Taylor is awesome. They have always been so helpful, kind and courteous to me. I have never had an issue with them and all my needs are always met. Maintenance included. Glad to be a part of this community. Thanks Orion Prosper...Keep up the good work.

I love it here! Been a resident for three years and never had any issues. I love that the location is away from the hustle of the big city. The staff is always helpful and maintenance staff is very prompt when fixing issues. These folks are like family.

Great apartment all all around for small families. Safe neighborhood, great neighborhoods, great staff. If you're looking for a clean space to stay you'll sincerely enjoy these apartments. Pets are allowed which is a pool along with a nice pool being available.

moved to Prosper from The Colony/Frisco to be closer to my husbands job. I thought the apartment was beautiful when I walked in. Little did I know it was too good to be true. Paint marks are on the floor all over from their paint, cracks on the tile, windows don't close all the way so it's bad drafts. We have a 3 bedroom we pay about $1500 a month. The paneling on windows fall off. Some Windows won't stay open unless you wedge something to hold them open. The fact that the windows don't close all the way let's drafts in. The office says they don't take packages and sometimes they do so that's confusing. They don't communicate with each other well. Walls are very thin so we ALWAYS hear our neighbors in he morning and night. Which is not ideal because we have kids/baby. Maintenance is the worst! They're nice but don't expect them to come fix anything on time. I've lived there more Han half a year & the windows still haven't been fixed. Lights went out on the ceiling fans and they didn't come for over 3 weeks. Our toilet clogged they didn't come for over a week! And that's a serious issue. Office isn't friendly especially a woman with glasses who I believe is the manager. Always acts condescending when I need to ask a question but she's super nice to my husband. Always stepping on poop outside. We've lived in our fair share of apartments & we won't be renewing our lease. I would not recommend! Oh! Almost forgot! Came home one night to a domestic disturbance call all the cops were on the third floor where we live blood on the floor from whatever happened. Days later blood wasn't cleaned up. Asked front office several times. They didn't even know about the incident with their residents until maybe over a week later. They splashed something on the blood & left it there!!!! A HUGE PUDDLE OF CLEANING STUFF AND BLOOD MY TODDLER WAS WALKING IPSTAIRS AND SLIPPED ON IT BECAUSE THEY DONT CLEAN ANYTHING!! Are you kidding!? Blood?

Came from out of town to view different places in the area. Orion showed to be the best by far. The office staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. They explained all the local businesses in the Prosper area, what the town offers as well as the apartment community and idea of local travel times. Very impressed with everything they said, showed us and the true southern hospitality that is within. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I renewed our lease here and we plan on renewing it next year as well! I think I speak for th both of us when I say that Orion Prosper is the nicest place we've ever lived. The apartments are totally up to date and the balcony's are huge. The walking trail around the ponds are so relaxing and quaint. The other residents are polite and help keep the complex clean. The staff is nothing but helpful and the maitnence men are super sweet. And the town of Prosper itself is amazing. Always growing and adding new fun things to the area. I highly recommend these apartments.

I just renewed my lease for a second time, and I couldn't be happier. Up to date appliances, nice interior and exterior, great grounds, and great staff! There is not a high traffic volume, other than during school zone hours, which is understandable. The gated community gives a sense of extra security along with the 24 hour security officer on duty.

I never truly had a issue with the different property owns that have come through. The maintenance are very good at their job. The property is seems to well kept. The only issue I have is the people who do not pick up the poop.

It's little bit expensive but overall good. Especially its design, only two apartments in one Row with different columns. All apartments are neat n clean as well as sunshine and air passage. Unique designs, easy approach from 380, Dallas north tollway and highway 75.

The staff is great. They've always been helpful, and get my service request completed in a timely manner. The pros of these apartments for me are the 9ft ceilings, crown molding, granite tops, and garden tub. The only cons that I have aren't really issues with the apartment complex. Just noisy upstairs neighbor and location of complex. The apartments are definitely worth it for the price.

From what I have experienced, it is a very quiet community away from the hustle and bustle of the city areas. Its surrounded by farm lands and plenty of things to do with in a few miles. Frisco is nearby as well as Old McKinney which I frequent. The apartment I live in is a single bedroom, it had faux hard wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and a nice open plan. I have not had any problems with neighbors or noise, in fact its so quiet, I sometimes wonder if I even have any at all!

I have lived here for over a year and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I love the location and the school district. It's such a beautiful place with the ponds and ducks. I enjoy walking the trail at nights. It's very quiet here especially on the weekend. The maintenance are awesome whenever I put in a request. Compared to other complexs I've lived which took maintenance forever to come out these guys are fast. But my overall satisfication comes from the girls in the offices. Kim was the leasing agent that I worked with and she was so amazing from day 1. She is easygoing and hilarious. Everytime I call the office or come in I'm always greeted by all of them. My daughter loves going to the office because she knows "Ms.Kim" will give her a cookie. So overall I am very pleased here.
