Caution is Advised
These apartments are average. The carpets are bad and they do have mold but that s about it for negative. Positives are that the grounds are nice and they have a nice set up. Lots of parking but do be weary of kids riding bikes! The only down fall is that it s so far from everything. Be aware of how bad Prosper Mail is, and the small town cop syndrome that Prosper Police have.

You will enjoy every thing
I enjoy every bit of my living experience. The residents and neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The girls in the office are great. The property is brand new and awesome prices. I would recommend this to anyone yes.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
When I first looke dta the apartments the lady lied about EVERYTHING. She said that the water bill was per unit so we would only pay for what we used. WRONG. We went out of town for two weeks and our watrer bill was $60. Yes, 60 BUCKS. Thats more than my electricity. When we confronted them they gave us some bull crap excuse about Prospers rate going up. Then they said they had some contract with DirectTV so we would get an amazing deal and wouldn't have to sign a contract. WRONG. We had to sgn a 24 month contract. We can't use anyone else wither so it was DirectTV or nothing. The people that live here are ------. They're all immature kids that are not respectful of anyone. We have had dog crap left on our cars and our door step and we don't even have a dog. I have lived in apartment for the last 6 years and I have never had such a crappy experience. We're getting the hell out of here asap.

I love it here !
I have loved my new apartment here! I am so glad I did not end up going some where else. I love the fact that my apartment is brand new, and I got an awesome deal on the price, and I got a free accent wall painted, just feels like home more now. The staff has been so sweet. I can't say anything but positive things about this place. And they give great referal bonus.

Rocky@first but this place is great!
I first had issues when i moved in with my apartment not being ready(cleaned and construction done) but they took care of it quickly and did whatever i needed to be done. The ladies in the front office are very nice and willing to help. The grounds are kept nice..so far it is quiet because not too many people have moved into my building...I am not much involved in the community but they seem to have alot going on..like brunch on sunday mornings and whatnot...come check it out...
