I came to visit Orion of Prosper and was so pleased with Angela up front. Her professional attitude, compassion and overall enthusiasm made me want to move in right away! I love this community! I have a friend that lives here and they have nothing but great things to say about this Property.

Overall, I give a 8 out if 10. The apartments are nice. The community is fantastic. The maintenance is quick to respond. Very rarely do I hear any of my neighbors. Sometimes there is a problem with children running through the breezeway making a lot of noise, but other than that, it's been great.

I have lived here a year and I can honestly say I love the amenities. I like to walk around and see the wild life and meet a lot of nice people. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance team works fast and fixes problems within the same day.

I just moved in from Louisiana . Truly It was little stressful deciphering where, however, visiting on my 1st apartment shopping, chatting with Jasmine at Orion seriously she walked me thru & showed me everything, answered all my questions and really made me very welcome from then on the process was soooo smooth. Very cordial nice and friendly there! Home safe Home!

The community is always clean and has a very calm environment to live in. The staff is always helpful and I love the community gatherings like taco trucks and pizza where you can meet neighbors and get out to talk. A very nice and affordable place to be.

I just moved here and I can tell you I picked the right apartments to move to. The residents are friendly, the staff has been great, and you can tell they have pride in this property. I expect to live here a long time.

The staff and residents here are top notch. I could write for days, however, you want to see what excellent customer service and courteous residents....COME ON DOWN HERE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!! This was truly an amazing experience and felt like joining a family or as they call in property a "RAMily!"

The only reason I moved is because I got my own place. This place was a great environment to live in. Always receive timely responses from the management team. Property is always kept in supreme and very clean. Great amenities to enjoy outside! I recommend.

I have lived at Orion Prosper for 8 yrs now and I have been thru pretty much all of the management. When the last assistant manager Taylor moved to a new property, I was worried about who would replace her because she was so incredible and very responsive to any issues I had while she was here. I really appreciated her attitude and her dedication yo the residents, but Ram Mamagement did not dissappoint with putting Manon Powell in as the new assistant manager. Manon embodies the same spirit of caring, willingness to help and understanding. I am so happy that she is on the property now and I look forward to many more years of her being apart of the Ram management team!!

YAAAAASSSS ORION PROSPER!! What an amazing place to live- the staff are amazing and so is the property and the apartments that they offer! Could not have asked for a better temporary living situation while waiting for my house to be built! Great fitness center with a pool with serene and stunning lake view ?? They also offer 24/7 maintenance service and those staff are especially overachieving exceeding al expectations of customer service! This was truly an amazing experience and felt like joining a family or as they call in property a "RAMily!" Thanks Orion Prosper! I hope this review helps like y'all helped me!

About a month and a half ago I was forced to move quickly and unexpectedly and I am so grateful to have found a home here at Orion Prosper. The team in the office is absolutely amazing and they did everything they could to ensure my move was smooth and easy. So far, I have hands-down had the best apartment experience I have ever had and I truly feel at home here. Maintenance has been nothing less than attentive and available to help me when needed. Also, the property is so wonderful that I take walks every morning just to enjoy the serenity of the ducks in the pond before my day starts. Lastly, my dogs are thrilled to have such a clean and spacious park to run around in and explore. I have never felt so content, safe and comfortable in an apartment and I will absolutely be renewing my lease!

The staff is excellent they are friendly, approachable, and very helpful. The location itself is very scenic with the path around the lakes. Traffic in the area isn't bad and close to a variety of business. Would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, if I died and went to heaven and told this is my apartment for eternity I think I would be very happy. The neighbors are friendly and I like having a great view from my balcony. Being right off Coit is very convenient. No problems so far!

Orion is average. They are not the worst but not the best. They operate as all apartment staff do. They are super nice to you when trying to make the sell but once you are in they are only worried about adherence to lease agreement. Management will answer your questions but are very poor at listening.

The staff are very friendly and professional. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Then complex is clean and well maintained. The Complex has a beautiful pool and wonderful workout facility. I highly recommend

Between here and the sister company me and my husband have lived here for almost 4 years. Our first apartment was here & now we are raising a family here. We absolutely love it! For the price you cant beat what you get! We had an issue with our window but Taylor has gone above and beyond to make sure we get it taken care of! Defiantly recommend living here!

Great schools, great maintenance. Staff is very friendly. Events are planned, and if you use email... you know everything going on! I would rate 5 stars if we had working gates. Front and BACK entrance would be amazing! And no smoking and parking rules were enforced. 2 things we don't like..... everything else, great!

This is a great community to be a part of! The leasing office was exceptional during the registration process. I felt updated every step of the way. I love living here and definitely recommend Orion Prosper to a Friend!

We are loving our new home. The school district is phenomenal. Like that we can can step outside and feel like we are a park. We are outdoorsy people. So to have the ponds and walking trails right outside our door is wonderful. Everyone in the office was so nice and comunicative from start to finish.
