The Haven is a great place to live.. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The management staff is friendly and welcoming. They handle problems fairly and quickly. The maintenance staff is top notch. They make repairs quickly and professionally. However, parking and noise can sometimes be a problem.

I've had an overall positive experience at this apartment complex these past 6yrs. It's a nice, quiet community, pool and the location by 1604, 281, and 410 is very convenient. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and I appreciate how maintenance requests are handled and in a timely manner. It's been a good place to call home.

The parking lot near my building does not seem to have enough spaces not enough lighting. If I come home after 7pm I have to park farther away. It makes no sense considering the number of apartments and parking spaces. The building has not been cleaned or at least swept in months. I had to scrub the stairs myself. Neither the parking lot, it's always full of trash and dog poop. Noisy neighbors, admin does not do much about it. Maintenance doesn't get done as expected, courtesy patrol doesn't always respond after you call and provide your own information. People come and go from the gate without a fab all the time so the gate is really useless. Valet trash doesn't pick up your trash sometimes even when following their guidelines. I rate my experience a 3 out of 10 overall. Can't wait to leave this place. I wish I could talk to the owners so they know what really goes on here and possibly make a difference for others. Please think twice before moving in here.

Great community, have not had any issues. Maintained requests get fully resolved and in a timely manner. Office personnel is always welcoming and professional. Amenities are great. Communication is great with upcoming events and updates.

This community has been awesome for the time we've been here. The ease of moving from another state has been easy and a smooth transition. Overall, pretty good maintenance. Apartment complexes will maintain with trash, etc. Landscaping is kept up in looking nice. Some of the issues gates often are not working entirely correctly. Like one side is fine but not the other etc. Parking is a tad bit tough is coming home after 10 PM. Internet utility is locked to only spectrum.

The appliances and counters are so outdated. I don't think they deep clean in between residents moving in and out. Our bathrooms have mold stains from years past that we just can't remove. There's dog poop everywhere. The staff is friendly and the apartments are spacious for the price, though.

It's ok, I will be moving after this year. The apartments are not constructed well and I can hear my upstairs neighbor constantly, I know exactly where he is at all time in the apartment, I know everytime he uses the bathroom or takes a shower. Also there is dog poop everywhere all the time. I reached out to the manager to complain about there being dog poop and that after complaining multiple times now I had stepped in it which I knew was coming cause nothing had been done about it. Her responses was to ask me if I had a description of the owner or the dog because yes, I saw the dog and owner watched them not clean up after their dog and then went over and stepped in it because I am in fact an idiot.

Managers at the main apartment complex are very nice and helpful with any questions I may have for my apartment. Rent is a vey nice helpful price. Garage is nice to have as well. Neighbors in the apartment are nice as well.

The community is quiet and clean. Located near shopping, recreation and business with easy access. However I have been dealing. With the same maintenance problem since Dec 2024. I hope that will become a thing in the past.

Maintenance work orders are ridiculous. You submit a work order with either the staff or online and maintenance marks it as completed and it isn't taken care of. When it is brought up to the staff in the office, they only apologize and say there are resubmitting it and talking to the supervisor. Which is redundant because the cycle repeats itself; meaning it's marked complete and not addressed. At this point staff doesn't care and issues are not being addressed.

Maintenance is awesome along with the gym and pool. Lights in the back of the complex (Building 9) need to be installed, it is very dark and theft of vehicle tires have occurred and non resident vehicles loiter. It has been brought to the attention of management but nothing has been done unfortunately.

Good apartment complex, good location in San Antonio, maintenance staff is excellent, front office is pretty good. It would be nice if they would fine people who leave trash ?? out on non trash days and it would be nice if the parking lot was larger.

So far no major problems. It is very quiet and no one bothers me. Worst that happened was someone stole an Amazon pkg. installed door ring cam now and have pkgs delivered to a locker now. Only other issues are those that are expected such as maintenance issues.

The office staff is very nice but does nothing to actually help the residents. I've had multiple problems with my apartment only a month after moving in & I have to practically beg maintenance requests to be fulfilled. The first one I submitted took 2 weeks for them to do and now it's been 2 weeks since my second one and nothing has been done. When I asked about this they said that maintenance was 170 work orders behind. That seems frankly unacceptable and they need to hire more people. If you can't find any people, maybe try paying more? I know those types of jobs don't pay great and generally you're only able to keep talent when you actually provide them a living wage. Additionally, I was given a faulty key fob for the gate at move in and they said they would be in touch to replace it when they got more but it's been over a month and I still have not heard from them. I followed up once already but I guess I will have to again. I would just appreciate more care and consideration for the residents from this place. Thank you.

The staff is incredibly kind and easy to reach if you need anything. The community is relatively quite, they work out center is okay and the pool is a nice touch. My apartment has pests, but that happens in any apartment. That aside, it's large and well priced. The main disadvantage is the area is honestly dirty. People do not clean up after their dogs so there is waste everywhere and people also just drop trash. My stairs have cup tops and trash randomly tossed about, perhaps dropped with trash pick up. There was a diaper once. The residents are just lazy and it's unfortunate nothing is done to punish them or keep things more tidy

Rims ans wheels stolen from brand new truck. This morning 4/16/25 a man was engaging in serial acts with a prostitute in the parking lot. Drug deal commonly occur in the parking area with people smoking or doing drugs openly.

I like the community but a fee things could enhance it. If someone could clean the pathways and stairs more routinely that would look better. Like someone to pick up trash and power washing. Also if maintenance could use some kind of tarp to prevent making a mess of the tenants apartment that would be nice. Otherwise the community itself is in a nice and in a nice location. Close to highway and airport.

We moved in November of 2024 We rented the apartment site unseen. We have been very pleased with the apartment complex and the entire staff. Any of my concerns were answered immediately. The apartment complex is in a great location.
