Great location and superb management team. This community is safe as well as family friendly. The schools in the area are some of the best in the county as well. The Sync at Nobu Station is a five star property!

Exceptional service by the office and maintenance. The floorplans are huge with lots of storage. I havent seen any bugs and its so easy to keep clean, too. There is a nice dog park on the property. I love it here!!!

It is a very good community, the team in the front office is amazing, the space is clean, the pool is beautiful, the gym is great, so many options to bbq. Pet friendly, they even take your trash! Don't miss out!

Staff and leasing agents are very friendly, me and my boyfriend just moved in but as far as of now the community seems to be quiet and clean. I also live close to work so that was a plus for me. Pool area also looks nice and clean can't wait for summer!!!

Security is my issue. I am a retired police officer, and the left entrance gate is always opened and not secure, this leads to non-residents coming into the area. UPS and Fed-EX always leave the gates open to the secure mailbox area, and I have found the gym/ mail room door propped open. This leads to major concerns.

I've been here a few years now. No real complaints. Beautiful view, love my patio, plenty of parking, good location, staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds pretty quickly and as I said, no complaints.

Great community and amazing staff. Speedy service when it comes to maintenance. Love the availability of parking. It is a gated community, which is always a plus. Community events are very fun, and I love interacting with my neighbors.

So far we have been enjoying the community and complex. The price is helpful for us, and the apartments are very spacious. I would have liked better circulation in the apartment, because the master bedroom is the hottest room in the apartment. The guest bedroom is the coldest one.

Great experience so far the quality of the units is nice, the employees are all helpful and friendly. They have numerous events for all the residents to participate in. Every time i have had a maintenance request it has been fulfilled extremely quickly and they have always solved the issue.

Over the years the quality of courtesy for the comfortable of living has deteriorated. Staff needs to work on improving their communication skills with others especially residents and maintenance needs to improve their skills to properly manage facility issues.
