Over the past three years, we've noticed a visible shift in the character of the community. There appears to be a broader mix of socioeconomic backgrounds, with a growing presence of households facing greater financial challenges. While diversity in itself can be a strength, the overall dynamic of the neighborhood has changed in ways that are increasingly noticeable in day-to-day life. This development has reached a point where it raises serious questions about whether renewing our lease for the coming year is the right decision.

I’ve lived at Sync Harmony for about 7 months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first two months, my apartment flooded because the sink overflowed. Since then, I’ve had ongoing bathroom plumbing issues that have never been properly resolved. The same problems keep happening because maintenance installs cheap replacement parts that break again shortly after, which has also increased my water bill due to constant leaks. The most concerning issue happened recently when water started leaking in my bathroom and mold began growing on the wall and around the bathroom area. I reported it immediately, but it took 8 days before the issue was actually addressed. During that time I had to live in an apartment with visible mold and a strong odor, which is completely unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. After all of this, management still expects full rent with no accountability for the living conditions. For a “luxury” apartment community, the maintenance response, quality of repairs, and overall management have been extremely poor. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Sync Harmony to think twice before signing a lease here.

These apartments look great and there are no issues with the other tenants. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a place to stay. Also, the pool is open year round and the package system is on point.

AC constantly breaking

Do not rent here. My AC went out three times three months in a row, in the hottest months. My AC went out for four days and they put in a portable unit during that time, but the apartment was still 80 degrees at night. There is so much trash everywhere and the pool is often unavailable. The break lease fee is $2,490 and they do not let you out of your lease even when the air conditioning keeps failing. The elevator breaks constantly. There is very little parking available because they want to force you to rent the garages.

The community and staff are excellent. The apartments appear to be new and very well maintained. The staff themselves are very helpful and an all around good group of people. Leiby was an amazing tour guide and facilitated our move by providing detailed information and was very attentive.

Our experience started off great, now management doesn't really enforce the rules. People smoke weed, dog breeds that are not allowed, people not picking up after their pets. And all they do is send out an email that does nothing.

Very pet friendly. Biggest cleanest dog park ever. Your four legged baby will have plenty of room to jumo play fetch catch n roll all over. Or just chill in the shade. Not a bad deal for dogs or cats

This apartment complex is gorgeous, clean and welcoming. It is filled with walkways, grass, trees and even has a small wildlife reserve. The front desk team are great, kind and welcoming, always friendly. The units have good character and quality, quiet from outside noises, comfortable with high ceilings and solid materials in it's construction.
