Love the staff. Always has the attitude to help and solve issues. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. Office staff very professional and helpful. Had a few issues that were no fault of the staff but they helped get them taken care of.

I have lived in my apartment since August of 2017 and I am pleased to still call this place home. The community is well kept in my opinion. There was an issue with trash when I first moved in but is completely better now. Staff and maintenance are very nice and friendly.

I will say that there is a marked difference between the old management of watermark at harmony and what is now the sync at harmony team. ( I know they keep posing that Elysian and sync are he same and just changed names but ppl are actually referring to the old watermark at harmony team) I would agree that the sync team does not seem to care as much about finding solutions and over the last 3 months I've not gotten one return phone call from the manager and the staff do not seem to be trained to help anyone. I would also agree with what others have said and state that the no smoking policy does not seem to be enforced and there have been days where my whole apt including couches and clothes have just wreaked! I also ageee with what others have said that there is not sufficient guest parking and it is a big challenge to have any guests over . The apartments are nice and location is great but sadly the staff does make it hard to stay a resident.

This community is very nice and quiet. Plenty of parking for residents, but barely any visitor parking. That would be the only issue so far. I love my apartment and it's affordable for the area and love being close to the HEB.

The apartments are very well located. The community maintainability of cleanliness is outstanding. All of the amenities, such as spa like pool, bark park, and trash services are very convenient. Also, the security is great.

The community is well maintained. Maintenance staff is great. Work orders are completed within 24 hours. Great area to live, close to everything. Nice community get togethers. I would give it overall 4.75 stars!

The worst renting experience I have ever had. Staff is rude. Community and amenities are not well kept. Way overpriced for all of the issues you will experience. Not a clean environment. Trash is never picked up.. along with tons of trash alongside the dumpster. Lots of insects inside and outside the apartments. Primarily black spiders. Walls are thin, apartments built very cheaply. Absolutely terrible parking. Just a negative environment. Do NOT bring your kids to the pool, water is always dirty and unsafe to swim in. Please look elsewhere. Tons and tons of people have moved out. The new property owners have run this property into the ground.

Its been fine, no major issues. I think the trash out on the grounds Friday through Sunday looks tacky .Need to stop that. The management team ia always doing some type of fun activities for its tenants.

It's clean, staff is friendly, polite and informative. A safe secure atmosphere. Great incentives and holiday prizes. The comfort of a home. I love living here. Can use more visitor parking and lighting in that area.

The elevator was down for months. I'm on the 4th floor and 63 yrs old.Hallways and stairs need cleaning. Pool needs maintenance. Balcony paint is peeled badly. Gates are inop at times. Residents need to slow their speed

we have been living here for one year and a half and we are so comfortable and happy, we like the furniture, the space and also we have every thing close. We love the facilities and the staff are professionals I hardly recommend this apartments

Been living here for a little over 3 years. It's close to 45 and HEB is just down the street. My son and I love it here. The staff is so nice and the grounds are well kept. It is a great place to live.

My experience ya been awesome.. my move in was quick ans smooth.. if i have and questions or concerns the office staff is there to answer.. my neighbors were very welcoming and friendly as well.. im enjoying my stay so far

SYNC management company continues to ignore the ongoing problems at the pool and insist that it is not their problem or responsibility to maintain order or discipline when it comes to the safety, disruptive and obnoxious behavior that goes on on a routine basis almost daily and nightly! The property has kept the extra exit and entrance gates locked and chained in order to keep maintenance costs down, which in an emergency could pose a real and deadly safety issue...They are very good about apartment issues and maintenance when needed..however it is still frustrating when they do not attend to public unruliness on the property almost on a daily and nightly basis... the police are more effective to show up then the courtesy officer, to handle property problems, which is a shame given that the police have more pressing problems to attend to in the community and the city whose tax dollars are at work, not to attend to a private company who pays their own security to do nothing. The residents are over run by teenage displaced Harvey victims who run rampid thru out the property vandelizing personal property such as cars and items on the patios, which in several emails from the management company warning residents of the situation..

I thought it be a lot different but I will be going back to a house. The issues are with neighbor's bad housekeeping habits and not with maintenance. There is a lot of trash and garbage around the apartments and in the hallways. The dog owners (several) are not picking up their dogs poop. I will not be extending.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Although the flowerbeds are not kept up and trees that were planted have all been cut to a nub and not replaced. Parking is terrible! There is no way to find a parking space at your building after dark. The new management company has a list of things to do and not to do a mile long. It's worse than any HOA I've ever heard of. (I.e. trash has to be out between this hour in that hour. If trash is not in a plastic bin it will not get picked up and you'll be charged $25. If your trash is put out too early or too late you'll be charged $25. Only certain items allowed on the balcony or you'll be charged $25. -----'s have more charm!) It may be cheap but you'll get nickeled and dime by all the rules to make up the difference in a cheaper price. Not worth it!

It was a great community until the new management took over. Now the tenants are trash and the community is going downhill as well. Great area and schools though, the only reason we stay. It seems like everyone with an class is just waiting to buy/build a house in the area.

Absolutely awful. I made it clear that I could only live on an upper floor if there was an elevator as I was recovering from two foot surgeries and a sprained ankle, yet the elevator was out for months, and then periodically for days at a time thereafter. In fact, it wasn't working the first three days I was supposed to move in and I had to rearrange the movers. The office staff have been rude and dismissive, are never in the office, and rarely answer the phone. They turned away an important delivery after I notified them, costing me over $100 in extra shipping fees, then they were rude to me when I tried to arrange a way to have the item delivered. The ridiculous lecture I received this week about your staff not fixing the refrigerator was embarrassing and out of line. I reported the problem as soon as I noticed it, and it wasn't fixed for several days. Then the service man failed to turn it back on after he fixed it, then came back days later and accused me of doing it. This is, hands down, the worst living experience of my life and I can't wait to move out.

I love the friendly staff! I'm happy with my new home. Sync is a beautiful community to reside in. The amenities are nice, especially the pool area and the workout facility! Any time I have needed anything, Ruby has helped and answered all of my questions!

I moved to sync at harmony in mid march and my experience has been Good so far i am pleased with my community. I havent had any issues with my community i feel very secure and safe where i live i love my apt set up and the community

The apartment was not in complete move in condition. There were multiple items needing attention. A ladder & bag of trash was left in one of the rooms, the dishwasher was not working, garbage disposal had problems & other small items needed to be addressed. When the office was told about the issues they were very helpful & had someone out the same day to address the issues. Although we were disappointed initially the staff did an excellent job addressing all the issues.

First of all this complex was described by the leasing agent as a place for professionals. This is not the case. You do have some professional folks but a lot of the residents are anything but professional. With the amount of documentation this place required from me to lease an apartment I find it hard to believe a lot of the current residents were held to the same financial standards. The only thing masking the smell of pot smoke is the smell of trash that is scattered all over the breezeways or near the dumpster. The landscaping is horrible. If you have a dog, expect them to get burrs in their feet if they walk in the grass since it is not kept up. Also, if you have a dog and choose to live here for the "dog poop garden" aka dog park please cleanup their potty in the elevators. Also, the dog park is not your personal back yard for you to leave your dog alone for several hours so everyone else can listen to it bark. The shrubs are not kept, some are dead and some have never be replaced. There are places where trees used to stand but now its just a weed grown mound with two metal stakes sticking up the in the air. The pool was closed multiple times this year for God knows what. The side gate to the complex was left open for months so people who had no business in the complex were walking in and out of the property at all hours of the day. Also, when this was happening, cars were coming through the gate and using our parking and the drivers/passengers were going across the street to the much nicer apartment complex. Several times it left the rent paying residents without a place to park. There are a few nice kids in the complex but there is also a little gang of trouble makers who like to bully the ones who are not in their little circle of riffraff. There are a lot of obnoxious people who either blast their car radios late at night or rev their loud engines for all of us to be impressed with their immature and disrespectful behavior. I will not renew. This place sucks! If you have some standards and expect a nice place to live where its worth the high rent, this is not your place. If you have kids or pets look elsewhere too. Neither will be happy in this environment.
