Below average, no clean, poor pest control. Don't keep up your word. Moved in almost a year ago promised to replace guest bathrooms cabinets because they are full of dog bites and lease is almost out still same cabinet. Our refrigerator sealer still coming out just poor management maintenance

Office and maintenance staff are super nice, efficient and and friendly. Dog park is an added bonus and the staff works tirelessly to make sure that the pool is pristine. The only issue I've come across is people not cleaning up after their pets, but that seems to be improving after they sent out an email to all of the residence. Overall, I feel very safe and love living here.

This apartment complex is really nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and made the decision easy to decide to live in this complex. The convenience to downtown via the toll roads, as well as the convenience to get to the woodlands is great as well

Overall it has been an enjoyable experience. My only gripe are members who are too loud and purposely move community furniture around without permission. I believe it is highly disrespectful to the community and those living here.

The apartment was semi-clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The situation with the trash area is disgusting. There is trash lying on the curb and in the street. Plus, the parking lot needs more lighting. Furthermore, when I went to the gym yesterday, there were kids around the age of 9-11 abusing the equipment and doing cartwheels in the gym. There were no adults monitoring them. I just left and went home.

This has been the best move-in experience I've ever had. Lauren is an amazing leasing agent. She gave me all the information I needed and provided a complete tour of my apartment and the property. The application was super easy to complete, and communication was always timely and accurate. I love the neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly and relatively quiet (which is hugely important to me). I am glad I chose Sync at Harmony!

Nice apartments in a great location with easy access to highways. Updates to the fitness and break room would be great. It smells like old sweaty carpet. The use of carpet tiles for easy replacement would help that.

I have enjoyed living here. I have lived here for 8.5 years. I have not had any complaints. It is a safe community and packages are safe if left in front of your door. The fire department is right across the street.

I have enjoyed living here. The staff is good, maintenance team is great especially Yugo. My apartment is quiet, neighbors are easy to live next to. Campus is clean and dog park and swimming pool is well kept.

Mostly good till recently...when I transferred to another apartment which I've done here before they added way to many charges that I've never had to pay before as a long time resident... definitely very unhappy about it and will be moving out next year ...

I've only been here 5 months and so far this has been a great place for my kids and I. All the residents are friendly and any maintenance issues I have are resolved fairly quickly. There's a large grassy area for kids to run around and gas grills for outdoor grilling.

Sync is not as bad as it used to be. The elevator stayed out to service for months at a time (it broke down about three times). The elevators work for now, however, they don't pick up the trash sometimes on Thursdays. The neighborhood is really nice and mostly quiet. Also, there's nearby stores and eateries in walking distance.

Lauren V. was an amazing member of the office team that helped us every step of the way! Everything seems clean and safe, the people around us friendly. The elevator being broken on move-in day was kind of a bummer and made things extremely difficult, as I am a disabled woman, but hopefully they'll fix that sooner rather than later.
